This business didnt bother to update their google listing to let people know they were closed for the holiday.
Went in with an issue for my weed whacker and they took care of it right away. Great group of people and would highly recommend them.
Logan has earned my business for life! Amazing customer service! When we realized that a part I had ordered was going to be delayed, he called around to some competitors to find the part for me! Honest Engine lives up to its name! These guys have tremendous integrity and CARE about their customers. If I could give them six stars, I would! Great service!
Thanks for your great service! Thankful youre there to sharpen blades and service my equipment so I dont have to!
I have all my small engines serviced there. They have great pricing. Been going there for years. Wonderful service personel. Thanks honest engine.
You wont find any more knowledgeable or friendly staff ANYWHERE! Another gentleman named Logan as well has always helped me and made sure I got exactly what I needed while not feeling pressured or taken advantage of. I wouldnt go anywhere else! Thanks Logan, from Logan 😁
Honest mechanic and great customer service
Honest Engine in Layton, Utah is a great local business! I purchased a high quality Echo lawn trimmer from them today. Logan helped me, and he provided excellent customer service! He carefully explained my options to me, and helped me pick the machine that is best for me. But he didnt stop there; he then showed me how to operate my machine. He fueled it up for me, showed me how to start and operate it, and how to properly load trimmer line into this particular device. He was amazing! I will be using Honest Engine from now on for all of my yard equipment needs! They also provide shall engine repair service and warranty service.
Great place for all your small engine repairs or parts for the do it yourself ers.Fair pricing and great value. Very friendly staff and helpful
I cant comment on their repair services because I do my own repairs. However, when I need parts theyre amazing. They almost always have what I need in stock. I was able to purchase parts for a 20 year old snowblower which is now obsolete thanks to them. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly, and the place looks as clean as a doctors office. After the experiences I have had at other places, I will do all my business with Honest Engine.
Logan was exceptional! He was very knowledgeable and his customer service was above and beyond. I got what I needed and quickly. We need more peeps like him in the customer service business! Thanks for all your help and representing your business well.
Honest Engine Sales and Service is an amazing facility. The staff are all knowledgeable, and very efficient in situation assessment. They even offered to pick up and drop off my machines. They are family-friendly. Never pushy with sales. Honest Engine is the tailor of small engine sales and service. Love these guys. theyre the best!
Absolutely the worst service and follow up Ive ever encountered. I left my generator 3 weeks ago for an estimate on repair. I was told I would have the estimate in 3 to 5 days. After a week and 2 days I stopped by. I was told they had some of the prices and would get back to me in a couple of days. I made a 2nd call the following Thursday. Same run around. After 3 weeks and not a single call back from them, I gave up and picked up my generator today. They told me that Chicago Electric generators were hard to find the part numbers. Funny, I found the part numbers in less than 5 minutes on Google. Lies, lies, lies. They didnt even try. Nothing honest about this shop. If youre not spending enough money, youre not worth the effort!!!
Dishonest Engine! Its ironic that this business is named Honest Engine. A few years ago I purchased a Red MAX weed eater from HE that has worked flawlessly until the trimming head broke. When I took it in to HE for repair they told me that it wasnt a very good product (even though they sold it to me) and that I needed to purchase their new line. When I asked again to have it repaired they reluctantly agreed that they would try to find the replacement trimmer head and install it. A couple weeks later they called and quoted $30 for the part and $40 or more for the installation and also indicated that the carberator needed adjusting. This tool runs great and doesnt need any engine work!!! Not wanting to be at the mercy of paying whatever they wanted to charge I told them to not fix it and I would drop by to pick it up. When I picked it up they charged me a $30 fee for heaven knows what, they did nothing? Today I ordered a new trimmer head from Amazon for $13 and unscrewed the old part in 30 seconds. I will never go back!
This place is the best! I couldnt ask for better service. Honest Engine has helped me with a few mowers, getting them tuned up or repaired. The employees are friendly and helpful. They stick to the quote they give you and are quick at getting things finished.
Great honest service and equipment.
I have been looking online for an air filter cover for my Toro mower and no one had them! Finally, I was referred to Honest Engine, and they had it! Very friendly service! I will put them on my Goodguys list for future needs.
Great guys who know their stuff. Had them sharpen my mower blade.
Went in looking for a part. The representative was busy on the phone with a customer, but acknowledged the fact that I was there. When she was finished with her current phone customer she immediately turned her attention to me. She was quickly able to assess the situation and inform me that they did not have the part, but could order it for me. I did not make the purchase today, but as to the future they have earned my business. Briquell was a wonderful associate and treated my situation as a priority. I highly recommend honest engine for anyone needing repairs or parts.
Their name is very fitting! They are honest, knowledgeable and extremely friendly. They take the time to help you out! I highly recommend them!
Knowledgeable staff and lots of parts
Honest Engine is a great company! Our business was in a jam when one of our machines broke. They were willing to expedite the repairs so we could get back to work quickly. Great prices, great staff, and great service! I would recommend them to anyone.
Great service! I bought my lawn mower here. They set everything up properly and made sure everything was good to go. They even gave me tips on how to have the greenest lawn on the block. I will be back when it’s time for my next lawn mower!
They are great guys who know their stuff. We came in on black Friday and they were slammed due to the heavy snowfall. They didnt rush us and were very polite. They also do great repairs.
Had issue with new zero turn. They took care of me right away and fixed the issue without hassle. I would recommend these guys to anyone! Awesome dealer and employees!
I have employed the services of Honest Engine on several occasions. Each transaction, from start to finish, has been completely satisfactory. They call in a timely manner with a diagnosis and cost and lead-time to repair. Everything theyve repaired for me runs perfectly. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable.
Great business with the hometown feel. Highly recommend!
I have worked with them on the repair of several machines. Every time the service has been exceptional. Very friendly and a great value. They have also helped me purchase parts when I have decided to do a repair on my own. I recommend them to anyone needing small engine repair.
Honest Engine is always busy and the people have always been pleasant. Expect to wait a couple of weeks for service to be completed during peak seasons. Their busyness tells you something about them, doesnt it? Ive been using them for about 10 years, and Ive always been pleased with their quality of work and prices. If youre an impatient person and put things off until peak season, then Honest Engine isnt the place for you. If youre smart about when to get your machines tuned and serviced, youll be very pleased with Honest Engine.
I dont understand anything but a 5 thousand star review for this place. I run a fertilizing/aerating business and I will ONLY come here. They are incredibly helpful, super nice when I walk in, and they always have exactly what I need. I have nothing but fantastic things to say about their service, the products they offer, and the people that work there. The small engine repair business is notorious for producing unhappy people and I think this company handles that better than any company Ive seen or done business with.
One of the greatest businesses in Layton. Lowell and his family really do understand how to treat a customer right, even a year after the sale he called me to verify I was still happy with the purchase of a new snow blower. This weekend they went out of their way to check out a weed eater that has been giving me a fit and to make sure we got the right part ordered to make it run as advertised. As far as the One Star ratings theyve received... those are mostly bogus ratings from someone who is trying to ruin the reputation of this hard working family owned business. I applaud these folks for taking the high road and continuing to turn the other cheek, and doing business the right way, one customer at a time.
First visited them last summer looking for an axle bolt for my lawn mower. I had already looked other places but they had one in stock. I was impressed with their courtesy. While I was there, I asked about a garden tiller they had in stock. It was a model I had looked at elsewhere and they were very informative. This last week I decided to buy the tiller. I checked online for best price and I did not find one lower than Honest Engine. I purchased the tiller and they delivered it to my home on the same day and took the time to start it and show me how to use it. I was very impressed with the service I recieved.
I just had my lawn mower into Honest Engine again this summer. May I just say it has been years since I have done business with a company that has treated me so good. They care about how they treat their customers. They are fast VERY fair and want to keep you as a customer. When the time comes to buy a new machine I will be going to them. Also I have to drive about 40 miles to take my machines to them and feel it is well worth the trip. They live up to their name.
I was looking for a generator for emergency, home use. The people at Honest Engine were very helpful in evaluating my needs and making recommendations. They werent pushy and were able to suggest several options in different price and quality ranges. I now have the piece of mind of a good Honda generator at a very good price. Thanks for all the advice, patience and customer service.
I have been using Honest Engine since living in Layton for the last 10 years. The work quality is fantastic. The only complaint is the amount of time our took. It was significantly longer than originally quoted.
After taking in machines I always have more issues with them. I switch my mechanic and have never had to go back. Service is either not qualified or dishonest.Never have parts in and their orders are always at least a week out. Unfriendly over the phone. There are better and more prepared places to take your machines
I dont understand these negative reviews, I have used honest engine for years and bought several pieces of equipment and always had my repairs done there. They are an honest company with integrity and superior customer service! I deal with Jack and he is great I appreciate his hard work and great attitude! They are fair priced and complete the work as promised. I suggest you look past the negative posts and give them a try yourself you wont be disappointed.Kurt Jeffs
Long time customer. They are great! They respect your dollars. The customer service is great. They will undertake off the beaten path projects for you. They respected my health problems not just my mower. Thats how they have stayed in business so long. Dont believe obvious troll reviews.
Great service and good prices!
Professional and very helpful. They got the me the help I needed and got me taken care of quickly. I will definitely do more business with them.
I have had a great experience with Honest Engine with my mower, snow blower and now my portable generator service and repair. Each time I took something in they were helpful and knowledgeable (my snow blower problem was complicated!). Each time thet met their estimate of time needed to fix my problem or provide annual service. I have been impressed! They pay attention! Staff has been friendly and helpful! Five stars for Honest Engine from me!
I was referred to this place by a neighbor, so I was hopeful that Honest Engine could fix my mower for a reasonable price within a reasonable time period during the peak of mowing season. I called for a quote and was told $75 in 7-10 days. I dropped it off on a Friday, and was told that it would take 3 days to diagnose the problem (Tues). On Wednesday, after not hearing from them, I called the store to check the status. They said that they didnt have it because there was a note on my account saying that I didnt leave it with them. What?! They had no clue that my mower was sitting there, and on top of that, it had not been touched in 3 days. So they basically lost my mower. The man said he would look around for it and call back. He finally called back that day saying that they found my mower and did not know how the erroneous note had been put on my account. I asked for it to be diagnosed ASAP, and he agreed to do it that evening or the next day. After not hearing from them again on Thursday, I called Friday for status. They said that they just finished diagnosing the problem and the cost would be $150 and take two weeks to fix. I said that the cost and time had doubled, which was unacceptable. I asked for expedited service since I had lost a week due to them losing my mower, and she said no and if you dont like what we are offering you can pick up your mower. I did pick up my mower later that day, and encountered horrible customer service at the desk. I declined to pay the $25 diagnosis fee and took the mower to another place where it was fixed in one week for $53.
This is in response to Honest Engines response in my earlier post. Your company may be honest in general but there is no doubt that you have a technician that is not. You see my idler pulley was made of metal when I brought it in. When it was returned to me, it was a broken plastic one. What other conclusion can I draw? My only motive is to help others avoid a similar outcome. I have never asked for money back or free work.
I needed some Honda Mower parts. Everyone was clean cut and friendly. They had the carburetor I needed and all associated gaskets. Will definitely be back when the need arises. Thank you for a pleasant experience.
I have an old Toro professional model which Kent at Honest Engine tells me is more than 20 years old. It had problems with the blade engaging. I took it in earlier in the spring and they replaced a belt and made other adjustments. It ran better but shortly the same engaging problem reappeared. I took it back to Honest Engine. They replaced a blade and brake mechanism without any labor charge. It runs as though it was new! I have used Honest Honest for several years and will be a loyal customer long into the future. They live up to their name. They provide helpful, timely service at a very fair price.
Ive been bringing my equipment here for years. Their customer service is fantastic and they will always stand by their work. All of the products they sell are the best they can get and for the best price around. They make sure I am a satisfied customer befor I leave and will keep me up to date on all of the new equipment and appliances.
Great prices, friendly staff, and amazing service! The young High school graduate took extra time helping me with my parts order and even removed a broken bolt because they did not have the part on hand!
Im not sure what they were doing, but it took them 20 minutes to bring out my lawnmower that they had called and said was done. Then the kid helping put it into the car suggested the backseat and I asked was he sure because I was worried the gasoline might spill, but he said it should be fine. Over a month later and the car still reeks of gas inside...
Went in and asked about a carburetor kit for the lawn motor. They said they needed the number on the carburetor.. so then we go home and take the carburetor off of the lawn mower and take it in and they say oh we need the engine code, then say they can try to match it up. After waiting 20 mins they still don’t know what we need because they said the number on the carburetor can’t pull any info on it. We leave empty handed. It took me less then 5 mins to get on google with the number on the carburetor and found it online and shipped next day.
Life lesson on this one, read the reviews before you go in.Poor customer serviceBroke more then they fixedCharged me for their screw-upsShort Version:Took a mower into them spent 450 dollars on it, now its more broke then when I took it into them. Now its just an expensive paper weight. PLEASE take your business else where. Repairs just kept coming up on things that were not a problem in till I took it into them. These problems didnt happen in-till I had paid them for the previous repairs and they already had my money.I dont think they tried scamming me I just think they are incompetent and broke more then they fixed.Long version:Got a mower from a co-worker who I trust with all my mechanical needs. This guy builds motorcycles, repairs cars, built me engine for a moped few years ago. He told me I can take this mower from him and that all the needed to be done was the bearing. Said I could have the mower for free as long as I didnt have him do the repair. Was told its a pain.So I take it to Honest Engine repair and tell them I am told all that is wrong is the bearing needs to be replaced but I wanted them to do a diagnostic to see if there is any other problems. Was told would take about 7 days and they will call me.2 weeks later after multiple calls of me checking up on it I am told the bearing does need to be replaced and it needs oil change and tune up. would cost 350 dollars. I agreed and they did the repairs.Go to pick it up and notice the blades are spinning in neutral and ask should it be doing that? They look all concerned and say no. I am told they need to keep it and look at it more. Keep in mind this is AFTER I already paid them 350 dollars.Get a call saying there some belts and a belt guard that are bad. will cost me about 200 to fix this as well. So I complain very loudly about why wasnt this caught before I agreed to have you fix the previous problem I just paid 350 dollars on? Get nothing but apologies and they agree to knock off 80 dollars to do this repair.I ask how long on this repair and they tell me should be good by Thursday (3 days) almost 2 weeks later with me checking in daily and being told it will be the next one they will work on, I finally get it fixed. Then the owner calls me up and says that the battery is dead and needs to be replaced. Which is odd because it was fine before I took it there and fine when I went to pick it up the first time. So they kill my battery and want to charge me to replace it. Then he tells me the carburetor is bad and also needs to be replaced. Again worked fine before I dropped it off and also when I went to pick it up the first time.Owner tells me multiple times he is not trying to scam me this just happens with mowers. That most of his employees are his sons so they wouldnt try scamming me either. I believe him that they didnt try scamming me I think they are just incompetent. So 450 dollars to them and 100 for a battery I have a mower that wont start despite it running just fine before I took it in to them. All that probably ever had to be replaced was a bearing but all they did is screw something up each time they touched it.PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do not take anything to them. They are bad at their job, each time you call you are talking to a 15 year old kid who sounds so nervous over the phone. I should have read the other reviews about this place before going in. Pretty sure all the positive reviews are from family members or other employees.Life lesson on this one, read the reviews before you go in.
I had heard that they sharpen chainsaw blades so I brought my old one in. Nice young guy at counter looked at it and said it was still pretty sharp and taught me what to look for to know for myself!
Great people! I would buy from them again. The advice on how to maintain an engine and extend the useful life was great! They sometimes have price-friendly used equipment.
Super helpful and friendly. I was looking for help building my go kart. The manager cut me some chain, told me where to get my clutch, hooked me up with the oil I needed for my engine and patiently explained all the nuances of small engine maintenance. He then carried my heavy engine out to my car. I was impressed and they were hoppin busy so they must be doing something right!
Just purchased a Briggs & Stratton 3000 Inverter Generator from these guys when my power went out due to the windstorm last week. They are knowledgeable and helped me make a decision on which Inverter Generator would be best for my house. They prepped one for me quickly, provided great startup instructions, and even gave me a small bottle of fuel treatment. The salesman was direct, honest, and calm. Very happy with the generator. It was running my chest freezer, garage fridge/freezer, and kitchen fridge/freezer and only using 13% power. Ill definitely come back to them for any future purchases/repairs, including the snow blower that Ill need shortly.
Honest Engine should rename their company. Theyre anything but honest. Last summer Honest Engine ordered me a tiller. Upon taking it home and attempting to use it, it wouldnt even start. I called them and asked if they had even bothered to test it before they dropped it off. They hadnt. I then had to take it back to them so they could figure out the problem. Once it was ready for me to pick it up, it was filthy. I asked what had happened and no one seemed to know. Someone obviously used it, but no one would fess up. I paid top dollar for a new tiller and essentially got a used one.Last winter I had them order me a snowblower. They called me on a Friday and said, Your snowblower is here! Feel free to pick it up anytime before 5:30 PM! I asked them, Do you see a note saying I need it delivered? They said they did, but because it was near closing time, they wouldnt deliver. If I had the means to pick up the blower myself, I would have done that! Before I purchased the blower, I had made it abundantly clear that I didnt, and that delivery was excepted. Well, the next day, my house received over a foot of snow. I called them and said, Can you deliver today? He said, I came in just for you today just to deliver your snow blower but then when he showed up to deliver, he told me that delivery was going to be $40 when originally it was free (I live 8 miles away). Im infuriated I had to pay the $40 fee because he essentially didnt want to have to be bothered to deliver when there was a foot of snow everywhere when in reality, they should have done it Friday.Have you noticed that Honest Engine seems to only reply to the most heinous reviews? They should be addressing all unsatisfied customers!
Took my snowblower there. A nice girl at the front desk helped me. Fixed with in a week for a reasonable price.I will return with another item in the future.
Brought in a small tiller for service awhile back and it never ran again. It was running when it came in. I was told that it was broken when they got it. Its ok I guess, they motivated me to learn how to do service and repair on my own stuff
I just picked up my riding lawn mower. It had some carburetor problems. They wanted to sell me new belts and pulleys which I said no to. Two weeks before I took it in, I had to replace one of the main bearings in the mower deck, at that time I had to remove all the bets and pulleys and reassembly them. They were in good working condition. After picking up the mower I went for a test drive and the cutting blades would not turn so I looked below and the Idler pulley had been replaced with a broken one. On top of that our mower some how was taken out of their rotation which caused a two week delay. This is a dishonest company and I will never do business with them again. On top of all that, our mo
I have been a long time customer of Honest Engine and until now been very satisfied with their products and customer service. My 10 year old Toro and 2 year old Honda lawnmowers are still going strong without issue. That being said, I purchased a brand new Honda HS720 snowblower in the spring of 2018 used it one time in march of 2018 and put it away for the spring and summer months. When snow started falling this winter, I was excited to use my new $650 toy and was beyond disappointed when I couldnt keep it running for more than a minute or two. When I took the snowblower in, the millennial behind the counter told me that I needed a new carburetor due to bad gas. I reminded him that this is the same gas they put in it when they sold it to me. Long story short, the good old days of supporting local business might truly be behind us. I could have then and can now buy this exact snowblower at a discount on Amazon. Dont make the same mistake I did. Take your business to the internet. Amazon has incredible customer service and very cheep warranties. I dont think that it is unreasonable to expect a $650 dollar snowblower to work less than 5 times. I will personally never step foot in this establishment again and encourage you to do the same.
I had a very positive experience. The two young guys behind the counter were helpful, friendly, and knowable.
Highly recommend their services. Been a customer for over ten years and never a problem.
Honest engine one of a kind cant get to good quality service like you can here
I dont understand the reviews listed. I took my 1 year old Toro mower to them at the start of the year because it would not start. they cleaned the lines for me and got it going quickly! Very fair priced compared to other small engine repair places I have been to and very kind people who took time to explain the problem. Will use again!
Worst experience of my life...took my mower to get repaired and of course it was a 7 to 10 day wait. Said they would order a control cable for my mower and sharpen the blade. After 10 days I called them and was told it would be another 3 days. Tired of waiting for my mower and tired of watching my grass get longer and longer I told them I was coming to get it. Their staff is incredibly rude and and apologies for nothing. I picked the mower up and paid for the cable they ordered because I intended to just fix it myself. When I got home I found that they had ordered the wrong cable. Had I given them three more days it would have turned out to be more like five or 6 because they would have had to order the right part. These people are totally incompitant when it comes to repair work. Better off to seek a mobil repair service in the area, I got my mower fixed the next day. I would suggest never taking anything to this shop for repair, unless you want a bad cause of anger.
Very friendly place, family oriented. Logan, Lowell, and Michelle are the best to work with!
Great service. Appreciate the extra effort they made to take care of me.
This is a horrible company to work with. They dont treat their customers good. They dont call and update you on your parts. They charge restocking fees when parts are back ordered for weeks. Go somewhere else and save the head ache!
I dont know what is going on with the integrity of this owner, but read the reviews before you use this conpany! Usually its very suspicious when they have a lot of 5-star and 1-star ratings with little in between. Also, some of the 5-star reviews are from people who have only ever written one review. This, along with the terrible reviews using other websites like yelp and yellowpages, leads me to believe this company is DISHONESTLY asking friends and family to write positive reviews for them. That aside, the owner keeps insisting that they are an honest company, yet we took our riding mower there, only to get a mower back that wont start at all! They fixed our initial problem, but tried giving it back to us still broken. Who charges a customer and gives them back a broken product? These guys do. Well, broken mower is useless, so asked them to keep fixing. They charged us extra $150 for whatever they fixed. But they wanted to keep charging us for more things, so they told us it had a dead battery. We already paid them more than we initially planned, so we didnt want to give them anymore money, and we bought the battery ourselves.Uh, fellas, theres a brand new battery in it and its still not starting. Also, if you did the oil change like you said, you filled it up with oil all the way to the top! You dont fill the oil up as far as you can. Theres a line youre supposed to fill it to, and you went about 9 inches above that! So, basically we were charged $450 for absolutely nothing. I get the feeling that whoever worked on our mower had no knowledge of what he was doing. I personally would be ashamed to screw people over like this. I thought repair shops were done screwing people out of their money, but apparently you still have to be careful.Maybe I wouldnt be so mad if the mower actually worked, but it doesnt. It was working the 1st time they fixed it, now it wont even start. This is one of the worst repair companies we have ever worker with. Poor customer service, poor results. Please dont use this company if you dont want to get taken advantage of.
They had the part we needed to fix our mower.
WORST PLACE!!! This is the absolute worst place to bring your mower. Theyre overpriced, and in the meantime, while youre trying to decide if you want to pay their exorbitant prices... They throw your mower away without so much as a phone call to see if you want to come pick it up. Horrible, horrible experience!
Long time customer. First big snow storm of year. Snow blower would not engage (started fine). Took it down first thing. Store was crowded, but did not have to wait long given the crowd. Was offered expedited repair for an additional fee, with a 72 hour repair guaranty. Got a call that same afternoon that the repair had been made (replaced belt) and was ready for pick up. Used the blower that very afternoon. Could not have asked for better service.
I had a very disappointing experience with Honest Engine. I took my snowblower in to have a pull chord replaced and to find out why it was running rough. They informed me that the carburetor needed to be replaced, which was surprising as the snowblower was fairly new. I told them not to replace the carburetor, but to fix the pull chord. They replaced the pull chord but failed to replace the screws holding the pull chord compartment together. When I went to start the machine for the first time it rattled like crazy. I discovered the missing screws and immediately called Honest Engine. They told me that I must have removed the screws and that they were not responsible for replacing them. WHAT?!?! Why in the world would I remove the screws? They said they would replace the screws I had allegedly removed for $20. I was so frustrated with Honest Engine at this point that I decided to seek out a new small engine company. I took the snowblower to another company and they were able to replace the pull chord screws and clean the carburetor (which didn’t need to be replaced) at a very fair price. Sadly, Honest Engine did not live up to its name.
Needed a part, came in with pictures, model numbers, serial numbers. And because it wasnt in the computer he couldnt go back and look for the part. I asked if there was someone else that might know just by looking at it because the mechanic fixing my machine goes there and buys these parts all the time, he said no and kept searching the computer for it. Finally got him to go look, he cane back with something looking nothing like what was in the picture and said thats all they had. I left empty handed and shortly after the mechanic went in and did the same thing with pictures and they went right back and picked it up. Could just chalk that up to a bad day for the kid, but moral of the story, dont be afraid to ask someone else if you dont know:)
Terrible experience ... puchased a tiller from them that never worked and took it in and they charged 40 to fix... staff was rude and impossible to work with
These guys have helped maintain my small engines that are part of my business fleet for 5-6 yeas and have always done excellent work, THANK YOU!
Great service, ordered a part for what I needed- no complaints and will return
The work they do is good quality, but they struggle to keep up with their time-frame commitment.5 days quickly turns into 10.
Answers and hangs up rather than fielding phone calls from potential customers. Tried for 30 minto get ahold of this place.
Very knowledgeable and down-to-earth people very helpful
Dont go here!! They throw your mower away without telling you. They have always taken a really long time to tune up our mower so we took it in early and told them we were not in a hurry. We didnt hear from them for a couple months. We contacted them for a status and they said they threw our mower away because we left it there too long. We had no idea. They didnt contact us. We would have picked it up at a moments notice if we knew and take it to someone else. I think they throw them away to reduce their backlog of work. When we talked to them about it, they were really rude and in your face. We have been going to them for a couple years now and they didnt care. I couldnt believe how rude they were. Now we have to get a new mower.
WARNING TO EVERYONE! Complete incompetence. Made me pre-pay for a wrongly ordered part then after two and a half months wouldnt take responsibility and made me eat the cost.
Logan is great, nice and extremely helpful
Ive taken all my yard equipment to these guys for years; the lawn mower, snow blower, chainsaw, even my mothers snow blower and the in-laws lawn mower. Ive always been happy with the work, price and timeliness.
Horrible place. Honest my a$$!!! They tell you it will take this long and it takes 10 times longer. They dont return calls. I work for a big company and we wont be using them as a vendor any more! Once we picked up our equipment and brought it back onsite and it wouldnt start. WHAT? ugh huge mess with them. I dont know how they stay in business with their lack of customer service and their horrible job! Go elsewhere....
I have been here twice and now after two horrible experience I WILL NEVER GO BACK! I dropped off my weed wacker knowing the carb had gone out and asked if it could be fixed. They said they would have to look into it and get back with me. Well a week later they called and said no it was not worth fixing and that I owed them a diagnose fee something like $40. WHAT A JOKE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Great products and friendly staff
