We needed a storage location on short notice. East Warehouse was great to work with. They were quick to respond and easy to meet with and get everything set up. The facility is well maintained, and I found it easy to get into with a moving truck and unload our belongings. Access was also never an issue. During the time we were there they did maintenance at the facility on a couple of occasions. Each time they sent out emails before hand to let us know what was happening at the facility and when it would be finished. When we no longer needed the storage they were just as easy and great to work with when closing our account. I would highly recommend East Warehouse, and will use them again when I need a storage unit.

First month was free. Good price overall. While renting the storage unit never had any issues. There was a time when the storage unit was closed for the day, which was communicated via email.

I am a pretty new customer here, however my experience thus far has been top notch. When I was looking for a unit, I called a competitor down the street. The specific receptionist was extremely rude. I came here and they were nothing but nice. It was obvious that customer serve is very important to them, both then and now. The place is secure, clean and well maintained.I have updated my review on the other guy to indicate that anyone in the area looking for a storage facility should come straight here instead.

My husband and I rented a storage unit here for over 6 months and we had a great experience. Our unit was clean, dry, and free from bugs the entire time we rented it. I always felt like all of our belongings were really secure and we had no issues. Management is easy to work with and very professional. Overall wonderful experience.

Terrific place to store your things. Pest free, rodent free, and water free. My things stayed in remarkably good condition for the two years I had them there. Plenty of room to maneuver vehicles made moving easy. Would stay here again and would recommend for anyone.

Great place to store items. We were moving and needed a place to store items while we were in an apartment. From signing up to getting a key and code to closing out our space at the end all was fantastic.The units are well maintained, security was awesome.I dropped my keys in the box yesterday. They had my credit card deactivated with no “extra” charges on it, a personal phone call thanking me for storing with them and a check for the key deposit sent today.If you need to store something give them a call.

The owner (Lon) is wonderful to work with and very helpful. He stopped by and helped us move our heavier items into our U-haul. The facilities are well priced and kept clean and tidy. If we need a storage unit in the future we will definitely come back here.

Lon and his family are wonderful people who run a pristine business. Working with them was very easy and fast to both set up and close out my storage unit. The unit itself was very clean and incredibly reasonably priced. I would recommend these units to my own mother, thats saying something. The units are clean and secure. Tha manager, Lon, is very responsive and super easy to work with. I texted him on the weekend and late in the evening and he responded and was even willing to meet me there if I had needed. The rates were very good, and I shopped around alot!

This is the BEST Storage Facility, hands down. The manager is ALWAYS willing to be helpful and means it when he says call anytime. I needed to rent a unit fairly late in the evening, it wasnt normal office hours yet Lon was more than willing to come in and get everything set up. The security is great and its well monitored. Very fair pricing, especially considering what you get and they offer a military discount, as well. Truly, some of the BEST customer service anywhere. Highly recommended!

This place has been amazing. The owners helped get me all set up on a Sunday, years ago. They havent changed my rent in all that time. Then when I finally did call with my 30 days notice they were so patient with me slowly moving out (which ended up closer to 90 days).Every interaction and experience Ive had with the actual units, and the owners has been 5 star worthy.

Lon the facility manager is an outstanding guy! He offered to help me unload my truck and even offered me a bottle of water. The rates and service are top notch. I highly recommend this place!

This has been a great storage unit and Lon has been amazing to work with. I called and he met me at the fairfield location within 15 minutes. We figured out that the location off Hillfield would work better for my needs. Lon was so accommodating and amazing to work with.
