Needed to rent a recliner for my mom, a Hurricane Ida evacuee who has limited mobility. I ordered the recliner in store and within a couple of hours they had delivered and assembled it. Lorenzo did an excellent job helping me and the delivery crew was fast and efficient. My mom is very comfortable and I am very grateful!

Needed to rent a chair for a couple of months . Working from out of town and they made it simple and seamless from payment to drop off and pick up. Excellent store with excellent staff.

During a pandemic the fridges have been sold out.They need to order more of that but Im giving them five stars bc they have everything else.

We got a washer and dryer here yesterday, which my husband and I unloaded out of the back of his truck. Today I call to confirm stove being dropped off, 4to6pm. I call at 6 to let them know i cant wait past allotted time, due to prior commitments. No return call to confirm another appt. It was assumed that I knew i would be 1st tomorrow. No confirmation call again. Horrible start to long term commitment

Stay away from this store!almost a year of payments on various items, hurricane Harvey came and flooded all my items I was leasing.I assumed they were offering their customers a grace period or an extension on all payments. So just to be sure, i called them and of course no one answered.So I went into the store around September 5th and explained to them my stuff had been damaged and the nice young man said they could arrange the damaged items to be picked up and replaced and i could pick up where I left off on my payments.THEN....NINA ( lady with a accent that fades in and out for some reason) tells me my account was turned over to collection for non payment!!!! I was 2 weeks behind on payment because of the storm and they had time to turn my acount over to collection but they didnt have time to answer one of my twenty phone calls ?They have always been very unprofessional and unorganized. I had the manager of the store come to my house demanding payment when I had just paid 2 days prior!!!STAY AWAY FROM LEAGUE CITY RENT A CENTER ( formally the Dickinson office they moved over to League City)

They are rude and unprofessional less than a year my dryer has gone out twice and they send out replacement but no communication after 2 months of calling then they say we have had it here when do you want it. But dont be late on a payment they call you the day its due 4 times. It is harassment. Stay away from them.Just for update they gave me a delivery time from 12-2 yesterday they called me at 12 and said they were on there way 215 they still have not shown up i call and get they are running late. Rescheduled for today 12-2 again and it is 2:22 i called and again they are running late but they never called today.So here we go reschedule again for monday lets see if they show up.Ok today Feb 13 They were 12-2 u talked to them at 1030 this and i wad told i was the first on the list confirmed . But guess what at 2pm they still have not left the store reschedule again.This store is a joke. The worst customer service ever.

Found a couch and love seat for 20 a week for the pair.

Thats alot per month for just two pieces of furniture. At Aarons you can get a 7 piece living room for that amount.
