Pulled into this business after 3 tire sensors lite up as low. The gentlemen pulled me right into a bay, filled my 3 low tires, and even checked the 4th tire. GREAT customer service!!!

Took my vehicle in for an inspection and oil change, Curtis lead the crew in getting my vehicle in and out. They made a few suggestions that were getting time to take care of, but no pressure to take care of today. As always, I was treated with professionalism. Would recommend any of the services that are offered.

Took a vehicle in to to get an ac fix. Cost wise, I’m unsure of how much other places cost as I didn’t shop around. When I got the vehicle back, I didn’t pay much attention to the bumper as it was the wife’s vehicle. The ac was cold when we got it back so I figured it was fine. Flash forward a few days, I realize the bumper was misaligned. I took a closer look and the brackets were broken. So of course I bring it back and they state somehow the hood doesn’t open now. They attempt to first state it wasn’t their fault and later stated it was bound to break by whoever opened it “next”. Two or three trips back to the location, they finally “fix” the bumper and tell me that the hood latch cable was detached by accident somehow when they were working on it. Now it’s been a couple weeks and the bumper is misaligned again so I took a closer look again. Now I see they attached some sort of plastic bondo or something similar to make a quick fix on the last picture. I’m just chalking it up as a loss due to not taking it to a dealership originally and tired of attempting to get it fix by this business. But hey, least the AC is cold.

I took my daughter here to walk her through her first oil change for her car. They were awesome! Explained everything to her and walked her thru some important maintenance points. The whole oil change was fastest I have ever experienced! My daughter and I both loved the fact they had a female tech who was knowledgeable and patient with her. We will definitely be returning!!

Chris C met me out in front of the business and answered my questions. My aunt had recommended them to me. Once in the bay to get the oil changed he showed me my filter explained it would probably need changing next oil change, gave me some other help hints. The process was complete in about 10 minutes. Also explained there was a $10 off coupon on the sticker

Great service and very professional. Took wifes Camaro in because AC wasnt working. Hayden ran diagnostics on the car and called me to let me know what they found. 2 1/2 hours later car was blowing cold air and cost me less than $200. Hard to find an honest mechanic these days.

This place was amazing! I was so pleased with their service. They taught me more about my car during the oil change, wiped off windshield, checked tire pressure, checked every light, and always asked permission before doing anything. The oil change took 3 minutes and I got to stay in my car. Thanks to Clayton and the other young fellow who helped!

My husband and I have used this facility and always had a GREAT experience. Yesterday I left work a little early to get my oil changed, because I had an appointment that evening. I arrived with several cars already there - no biggie. They had me pull into the 1st bay and they processed to change my oil. I noticed 3 employees talking and looking for something. Only to be told they DID NOT have an oil filter for my car. After they had drained the oil and removed the oil filter. I was very upset as I had a previous engagement to be get. I was told it would be about 25 minutes for the filter to arrive. Employees continued to be looking for a filter in the building and finally found one that had been opened and no gasket was on it. They took a gasket off another filter and made it work. Hopefully it want leak!!! Long story short not happy with the service nor being there for an hour plus for a 10 oil change.

Dont go here. 21 point inspection you pay for doesnt actually happen and they act like doing their job should be congratulated. Big ripoff as far as oil changes go....I get to the gas station next door and check my trans fluid and its 1 quart low. If I wanted to check everything myself I wouldnt pay someone else to. Im pulling a trailer tomorrow, glad I did their job for them. Low trans fluid and pulling a trailer are a bad combination.

I pulled up to a bay to get my car inspected, and it took a whole 5 minutes to get everything started. Matthew Bergeron asked for my information and told me that it would take a whole 15-20minutes to get the inspection done. I quickly walked over to order some food, and once I came back they were finished. They pulled my car around for me and ready to go. Fast and great service.

Took truck in for A/C not blowing fixed in know time. Great customer service.

This is my second time using the shop and first time was great. I got a oil and filter change for my BMW. In and out under a hour, price was fair and equal to everyone else. I went back today to get my wifes suv a oil and filter change. They said full synthetic oil was fine but they did not have the filter. They said give us 45 minutes and we will have it, So I left and did a few other stops. I came back in a hour and guy said you are just in time the filter is here.. My filter was not there, it was for another car. I was a little upset, cause now was told about another 30 minutes. They said will call my cell when it arrives, but I could not do my last stop in under 30 minutes, so I stayed local and waited. I gave the place a hour and no one ever called. I just left the area and went about my day. It is 10 at night now and the place never called me. Not to say sorry it never showed or mabey you can come by tomorrow. Not a call, not nothing.Very upset and will never be back. I will be going to another oil place tomorrow and will tell people about the terrible none service I had here. I give you ZERO STARS.

Decided to come here to replace my rear brakes since some place else, I went to the day before, looked at my brakes and was going to charge me an arm and leg🙃😬. I didn’t know how bad I needed to replace my rear brakes because they will screech loudly while backing out. All the technicians were very respectful,friendly, and knowledgeable to explain me to me what the problem is. I ended up paying $413🤦🏽‍♀️. All I can say, is that I won’t have anymore brake issues and I’ve saved $100 from the other place that was going to charge me $530🥴🥴. I definitely recommend this place!!

I went with my son today to get his cars oil change and inspection. I chose this business based on all the positive reviews and was not disappointed-they were efficient and they were awesome! The person that helped us was Jacob, who was professional, helpful, and polite, as well as another young man he was training at the time (dont know his name). My complaints involve the red tape required by corporate. First I had to drive 30 miles to place the order for the tires because they couldnt take my credit card number over the phone.Then the technicians had to give me the third degree about my truck before the sale once I got there. Apparently some computer program requires, among other things, my engine size before I can buy tires.I feel these inconveniences are caused by greedy managers who want to involve us in their schemes. Please cut the red tape and get down to the business of giving the customer a fair shake. Thanks.

This is the only place I go. Armon and the team are attentive and knowledgeable. They offer suggestions without being pushy and take care of my vehicles as if they were their own. Go here and you cant go wrong.

My truck was leaking oil so we came to get it checked out. There are about 7-10 workers here, both inside and outside, many standing close together in a group. Not a single employee is wearing a mask. They were standing right at my open window speaking to me about 2 feet from my face. When I asked if they had masks I was ignored. If they dont have the common sense or decency to prevent spreading covid to their customers and each other, I dont have confidence that they have the decency to fix my truck correctly either. I don’t recommend this place.

Jacob was excellent I stopped by before work today at approx. 9:15 I needed to be to work by 10:00. He was very efficient and extremely polite, very respectful and knowledgeable. I would recommend this place over all others they dont try to nickle and dime you! I feel that the customer care matches the quality of work you receive.

Express oil change is by far the best full service and repair shop I’ve experienced. I put a lot of miles on my car and I’ve used them for all of my car repairs and oil changes for over a year. The price is incredibly fair and their staff is always super friendly and helpful! I refuse to go anywhere else.

Colton and his guys were very fast and professional. When I arrived, I was able to pull in and get my car serviced immediately without an issue. Most shops try and hassle you into getting other services performed on your vehicle, not here. Shop was very clean and everything professional. Will have all our vehicles serviced here from now on!

Fixed our f150 in less than a day. Very friendly and honest

Came here early in the morning and was able to get me in the shop right of way. I came in for a 4 tire mount on a brand new set of forged wheels. Talk to the manager Armon and advised him they were brand new wheels. He assured me they will not be damaged or scratched. His team was able to get the tires on, balanced and mounted on my car without any trouble!Best service Ive recieved and would highly recommend this shop! They were very professional and wore masks while indoors! They are respectful and professional!

Close by home, needed an oil change, but was skeptical. 10 minute oil change sounds like paying premium for faster changes, since my whole life oil changes take 30mins-1hr and I sit in an old chair on my phone the whole time. Price was comparable to the place I usually go to, change was sub 10 minutes, no hassle or salesman like service. Just told me what I should consider on the next visit, oil change, and I was out. Definitely coming back.

Let me start by saying I live in spring well up north of this shop and it is well with the honesty in the work that needs to be done and the fairness of pricing. From tires to wheel bearings and beyond it get it done here. Save yourself the the stress and please come here and get quality budget friendly work done.

When they started they were excellent. They still are excellent on oil changes. Today Im getting other work done. They quoted me about 2 hours. Ive been here more than 3.5 hours and not done. I questioned the mechanic and he said hes the only mechanic here. Obviously he has more work (5 cars in the bays) than 1 guy can handle. I suggest they hire more help or just say they cant get to you.

Matt was awesome as always, the dealership wanted to charge me 700 dollars for my Mercedes b9 service and Matt got it done for under 300! Walked me through every step of the process and was extremely thorough. Highly recommend.

On 5/17/19 at approximately 5:00pm I took my truck in for an oil change. I have been to this location about 3 other times. I cannot remember the names of the gentlemen that helped me, however I will say that the caliber of employees that this establishment has is outstanding. Every time I have go in I have been treated like a friend, not another dollar. These individuals represent themselves, and the business, very professionally, at the same time speak to you in a genuine manor. This shows that the leadership has high standards, and each employee holds themselves to a personally high degree of professionalism. To add a tangible example it was recommended that I rotate my tires, upon close inspection the gentleman advised that it would be safer to leave the tires as they were. This could have simply made the business about $30.00. Overall I saved about $50.00 because of one simple reason. The employees arent interested in making a quick dollar, they are INTERESTED IN WHATS BEST FOR THE CUSTOMER. Thank you guys for all of your help and I will always return for all my vehicle needs, further I will recommend this establishment to everyone I can.

Just got my oil changed for the 2nd time at Express Oil Change. What a great experience. You don’t even have to get out of the car and Matt treats you like a queen! He washed my windshield, topped off the coolant at no extra charge, sprayed the door hinges with silicone spray and even removed the leaves from under the hood. Customer service is great and Matt made it that way.

I needed tires yesterday so I when there and jacob gave me a quote and I told him ok. He said come back tomorrow get here a little before 8 and he would take care of it. It was at noon. They did have people waiting so I said well it’s an appointment for 8 in the morning. When I got there they told me they had to order the tires. I said I was here yesterday and Jacob said he would order the tire and be Ready in the morning at. I was told we don’t do it like that Jacob wouldn’t have told you that. So now I’m being called a lie. Oh no you won’t get a dime of my money or anyone else I know or follow me. So I left and when to discount tires for 94 dollars cheaper for a better tire. Poor service very poor customer service along with higher prices! A void this place they rip you off. I tried to do business in my neighborhood but they what I got!!!! They need customer service training by the way from manager to line employees.

The price is a little more than other places I’ve gone. However, the ease and “full service” treatment makes you feel like it’s more than just an oil change. As a woman there’s nothing more stressful for me than when I have to try and navigate car maintenance so this place is going to get my business time and time again because it’s been such a comforting process and I get to stay in my car! Such a little thing, but it just eases my comfort level when I can do that. Everyone has always been very respectful and professional, just a top notch place!

Any time I have issues with my truck, theyre the first place I go because they always fully explain the problem Im having so I can better understand the solution. Theyre the best around and I wouldnt take my truck anywhere else.
