Have bought several sets of tires at this location on my and my family’s vehicles. Also bought multi year wheel alignment package. Made 10:30am alignment, rotation and balance appointment for my daughter’s Honda Accord as she was in for the weekend from UNT. At 12pm asked young lady when they would get to her car. She responded next up. At 1:15pm I asked the young man who I had dealt with when I came in why it was not in a bay. He said he was going to “roll it in”. I walked to the back of the building and realized the bays were full and he had just moved it into the cue. My daughter called and said she needed the car so I just asked for him to pull it up front and I left.

Great service and people. Had my oil change done and got 4 new tires and an alignment. Definitely will be coming back.

Need tires for my car. Right now we are at a 5 star, normally I wait till I am done to post review, hopefully I don’t have to change rating. Lots of construction going on in front of business. Place seems clean and staff friendly.

Nice shop that I use routinely for oil changes. As the name implies, they sell tires and batteries, but also do some mechanical work. They are very efficient and if you need your tires checked for pressure they gladly do it in prompt fashion.

I had tires put on my horse trailer and they did a great job. Quick and professional. So we went back and got tires on the travel trailer. Still did a great job.

I had my oil changed and I wasn’t informed that they didn’t carry 10W-30 motor oil so instead they put 5W-30 in my car without my permission.. Now they saying there isn’t anything they can do about it.. They are trash and I know one thing if something goes wrong with my car they going to fix it..

This place really just ruined my day. First the girl at the front was rude asked me twice where my key lock was at and rolled her eyes when I didn’t know where it was. Took over an hour just to get a quote on my breaks. With the quote they wanted to charge me 332 just in labor. When I told them that I got a quote from someone who would come out to me do both rotors and rear breaks for 327 labor included she just snatched the quote. This place was very unprofessional and unpleasant they will not get my service nor will I recommend them to anyone!

This was an awesome NTB. Came in for a simple oil change and tire rotation. Staff was professional and the location was clean and set up for people to be apart for social distance protocol. I even saw a staff member providing a mask for a customer who forgot his mask. Awesome job.

Nice people good service. Update: I come here it seems way to offten I will not visit another location while I am here this place and the crew are GREAT! Ill pay the few dollars more for the tires I like just because of the people here all are polite and customer service is great.

Needed an oil change and they were about to close. Caleb the guy at the front helped me and was able to get my car back in the road before closing time. Most stores don’t want to service vehicles late in the day and I appreciate that he was able to get it done.

Had a bad experience, reported it to corporate and they made it right. From 1 to 3 stars. Will not return to this location but will give the brand one more try.

Great service! We had called 6 other tire shops on a Sunday afternoon, trying to get a replacement for a run-flat tire. All others said noluck, no alternatives. We stopped I. Here and although the exact replacement was 1000 miles away, they got us a normal pair of tires and we were on our way. No other store even b ok there to think of alternatives, even when I asked. Great service, highly recommended!

A young Man by the name of Caleb took care of my girlfriends car when I brought it by after discount said they couldnt help me. Caleb showed me that the tire was repairable by regulation. With this here ntb has gained my trust after shopping with discount for 9 years I will be moving my business with ntb.

Great place! Even though I didnt have an appointment I was still out within a reasonable time. This isnt jiffy lube, they actually do the job right so it takes a little longer. Id gladly pay for that. I had coffee and watched TV till my car was done. Definitely will be back. Love this place.

I’m really getting aggravated with this ntb. I took my van in a month ago to have a grinding noise checked and too have a tune up done. I dropped it of on a Saturday and picked it up Sunday afternoon. I was charged almost $800. I was told they couldn’t find the grinding noise. The next morning as I was backing out of my driveway you could plainly hear the grinding noise so I went back and they took the front tires off and the drivers side brakes were completely gone. I told them I needed it fixed after almost 8 hrs it was fixed and also charged another $800. Ended up costing more money and also a days pay. Then not even 2 weeks later I noticed my van running bad and check engine light was on. So I stopped and bought a code reader in which it said there was 3 codes. So once again I took it back dropped it off on a Saturday. I told them what codes it was bringing up. Later on I received a call saying the issues were due to the fuel pump. So they replaced it which was another $1020.00. They called and said my van was ready and they only test drove it for 5 minutes and no codes. So as soon as I got home I checked it and the exact same codes were still there. After doing a little research the issues I had were exactly related to the codes and nothing to do with the fuel pump. So here I go once again and this needs to be resolved.

My car maintenance was done quickly and thoroughly here. The mechanic and the store manager, Mikal, we’re such a big help and went over all of the work with me. I highly recommend this location.

I went for an oil change. I felt these guys were honest, didnt come running to me with a bunch of my parts saying they needed to be replaced..

It was good as they were helpful to get me the tire I payed for and installed, but the tire I needed the patch work on (which was under guarantee for buying a set a 4 from them ) was just filled with air to fool me and now 4 days later I still have to fill my air 3 times a day until I get out of work on time again to hopefully get it patched the right way this time. ( it was a big head nail, no way they could have missed if actually tried to fix. ) disappointed because they tried to fool me, not even honest enoght to say go patch somewhere else and be done with that. Not the way to conduct a business.

Made appointment for 10 to have oil changed. Got out at 11:45. Was not bysy but still took over an hour and a half.

Theyre usually helpful, theyre just slow about it. If you want to get in make an appointment like an adult and you wont have to wait so long.

Worse place ever! Took 4 hours to change the oil in my wifes vehicle after ignoring my presence for the first 10 minutes I was standing there, and I even had made an appointment online already, then tried to overcharge me for a tire balance I requested. Employees at the front desk are useless and rude and extremely slow in everything they do. Complained to corporate and they had the store manager call me. He was nice and sincere on the phone and wanted me to give them another chance, so he offered me 3 free oil changes. I accepted his offer, but upon arriving at the shop to pick up the coupons, the employee at the desk told me hed be with me in a moment. No other customers were around, I finally told him I was just here to speak with a supervisor and pick up some coupons. He went to his supervisors office and came back out a few minutes later. After standing there for another couple minutes I finally asked him whats going on. He said, oh, hell be with you shortly. I walked around and looked in the supervisors office and he was eating a hamburger. Instead of coming out and greeting me and handing me vouchers that were supposedly in an envelope waiting for me, you just sat there eating a hamburger? I was there for a total of 7 minutes waiting on vouchers before I finally told them they can all go to hell! I will never use this place, not even for a free oil change. Useless horrible business!

Ive done business with NTB for several years, purchased several sets of tires from them. Ive always found them to be competitively priced and very professional.

My wife took her car in today for an oil change and tire rotation. They checked her air cleaner and wanted to change it and she said no, because she knew she could buy one at half the price and replace it easy.So this shop gave her the car back without the air cleaner back in and buttoned up. It was just all open in her engine well. It’s either really bad quality control, or mechanics who sabotage customer cars where they aren’t allowed to gouge prices.I’m not going back, and would recommend others avoid it as well.

I took my rims to NTB to get them to repair them because of curb rash and being bent. The guy said they would call me once the tire place they ship them to looks at them then they would give me a quote of how much it will be to repair them and re-powder coat them. Couple days pass and here the guy at NTB calls and says your rims are ready and are done. They never called me to let me know what the quote would be. Once I did pick them up then I looked at the rims and the powder coating had small bubbles in them and the inside part of the rim was all rough like they didn’t fully powder coat the inside. I will not use them again especially with how expensive it was.

I have been doing business with this NTB location for almost 2 years and they are always very helpful and friendly. They even told me that there was some service that I DID NOT need when elsewhere told I needed it!
