Sun Auto Service hands down are absolutely the best people to take your vehicle for service!!!!I picked up a roofing nail in my rear tire & didn’t have an appointment. They were able to get me in, fixed my tire and back on the road in no time. The staff is friendly as well as professional. I had my vehicle serviced today. I called ahead to see if there was a wait because my morning started with a dead battery. Alex was very friendly on the phone and he said to come on in. Within 15 minutes of dropping my vehicle off, Alex called and confirmed the battery was dead and I needed a new one. I approved to change the battery and also got my vehicle inspected afterwards.The service was quick and Alex was very friendly and kept me well informed.

Not too much I want to say about the work that they did besides it should’ve been taken care of better. I always appreciate good communication as well, which wasn’t promising from the let go. What could’ve been fixed from the start took a few times getting my vehicle towed back and extra time coming back and forth to deal with it. What I originally assumed being about 300 came up to he 1100 at the end of it all. Dissatisfied.

I was looking for a place to look at and possibly fix my cars a/c. Not only did they fix it, when I got into my ride I had to turn it off cause it was so cold. Also she drives a lot better than when I took it in. Thats gonna be my spot for now on. Highly recommended.

This place is extremely high priced. Please check around before you schedule and pay that much. The ac coupon is NOT free just a visual inspection. They up charge and add services not request. I was quoted over 1300 dollars to fix a blower motor and resistor for my ac. I bought the parts for 186 dollars and they are so easy to install and yes I am a woman. This place charged at least 75% over the cost the part is at a auto parts store. Please check elsewhere even if you dont have much knowledge. Call your local auto parts store find someone with the knowledge. There are more affordable and honest places to have your car fixed.

The one complaint I have is that the shop doesnt have adequate signage, and so is a little difficult to find. That being out of the way, the car is running great now. Turns out it wasnt the issue I thought it was after all, and their attention to detail helped sort that out. Tim, Tina, and Alex are very friendly and helpful.

I decided to visit Sun Auto after receiving their flyer- my a/c needed some work. The front desk was very friendly, office area is clean and the location is convenient. However, my complaint lies in that the flyer was not upheld. The flyer offers a free a/c performance inspection to include system belts and hoses, electronic test for leaks, system components, and duct temperature efficiency measurement. After providing the flyer I was told that it only covers a visual inspection. The reality is that the a/c system inspection costs $79.95. I may consider other shops in the future.Edit: Thank you for reading my review but no one communicated with me.

Friendly and courteous. Took vehicle at drive up request for service. Located the issue(s). Had parts on hand. I gave my approval and they Completed the work the same day. Im Happy.

My son and I have used Louetta for many years now. They are always friendly, ready to accommodate, professional, and helpful. Their pick up shuttle has been wonderful since I don’t always have away to and from their shop. Their prices are fair and they don’t try to take advantage of females.

Just amazing staff always willing to help and very fair pricing. Im very particular about my tire purchases and making sure I get value. Maybe not the best, definitely not the cheapest; a good tire that you dont pay extra for. Normally after all my research is done I call Louette Automotive and they recommend one of my top 3 choices. This last time at a better rate then I could buy them online!

I got my car inspected at Louetta, no appointment, just saw them in passing. And they got me in and out really quick. I’ve sometimes had to wait over an hour at other places to get my car inspection done.

I picked up my car this morning in League City after a brake job, new caliper, 2 new tires, oil change.My brakes locked up in Baytown, 20 miles away. I was on a Hiway, 60 mph, with an 18 wheeler behind me when my brakes locked up. Had to be towed back to the shop.Bolts came loose and caliper was up against my wheel, grinding metal to metal. Bolts on caliper must not have been tightened properly.Ruined a trip planned to Beaumont today.Company will not compensate me in any way.

Work performed seems to be ok. I was very upset at the tech that stained my seats with grease and hydraulic fluid. He looked like a high school kid with grease stained jeans. This company should have used paper covers like other places do. Stains have not come out. Very disappointed

Needed a safety inspection and, as always, they took care of it quickly and professionally.

My brakes were squeaking so I brought in vehicle for a brake job. They replaced rear pads and turned rotors and flushed fluid. Next day brakes squeaking just as badly.

Louetta’s always takes good care of me at reasonable prices. They helped me save some money by optimizing the repair procedures from information I provided. They worked with me on deciding the most cost effective parts selection and told me what I could do myself to lower the labor cost associated with the repair. I’ve been a customer there for 6 years and plan to continue the relationship. Beto Cisneros, and lately Alexander have been good to me.

Was charged for a state inspection that didn’t get done had to drive back also oil inspection sticker wasn’t in car so I checked oil level to see if that had been done...usually a good place to come never had an issue when Mr. Beto was managing the place...not a good look at all...and I’ll add I’ve spent lots of money with this business....very disappointed to say the least. Just wanted to add yet disappointment again had my alternator fixed at least I though only to drive home and find that my AC wasn’t working….spent 900 needed my vehicle today was told I had to come back tomorrow this place has totally went to hell

I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Went in for a state inspection and I had to bring my French bulldog with me. First of all bringing my dog was no problem at all with the owner/manager. He told me that there were a couple ahead of me but he would do it as quick as he could. Not a problem at all...my dog and I went outside and sat in the shade. I have to say that there was no problem if I had wanted to hang out in their waiting room, which is very nice. It wasn’t anytime at all and the owner came out and said it was done. He had done it himself. I have never given a review before but the friendliness, cleanliness and service were without a doubt the best....bar none!!

Brought truck in for basic inspection to be able to get yearly state registration sticker. Was very satisfied with service, was in and out in about 15 minutes.

They repaired a window switch. At another Auto repair I was quoted $1,300. Louetta fix the same problem for under $300. My new favorite place to take Auto repair now.

Phenomenal service! I brought my vehicle in for air conditioning repair and an oil change. They had my truck ready before the day was even close to being done! I was so impressed I brought my wife’s Jeep in the next day for brakes, rotors, a couple of new tires, oil change, alignment, and inspection. All that and again, they had it ready before the day was up! Prices were reasonable, and Beto was totally professional and very friendly. I highly recommend them without reservation!

Update: I had to take my Jeep back in a 2nd time(for the A/C) and it cost me another $200 to fix another issue. They personally assured me that this time, it would fix the issue and that they guaranteed me that there would be no other problems. They throughly checked it out.. So they fixed it.3rd visit: Now 30 days later, (on a jeep that was only driven once a week) I hear a terrible noise when I turn it on and then no more cold air! I take it back in and youll never guess...complete and catastrophic failure of my a/c and that the whole system needs to be replaced for $1900.I will be getting another opinion and do NOT recommend this shop for A/C repair.Ist visit: I took my jeep in for a/c repair. They fixed it for a decent price and were very professional nice

I have used this mechanic for almost 10 years and I only trust them with my vehicle maintenance. Their shop and work area is always clean and they fix it right the first time. Beto is always there to take my call and can usually get my car in the same day. I’ve moved several times and now live almost 30 miles from this shop and I still drive there for all of my repair needs.
