It was so easy to call and order a mattress, box spring and frame, and have it delivered the next day. Rhonda, the salesperson who helped me, found exactly what I needed at a very affordable price. I was quoted almost $200 more for a similar product at another local furniture store. The men who delivered our order and took our old mattress, box spring and frame away were kind, careful and efficient. There was excellent communication about delivery time as well. I originally went to a small business to purchase a mattress since I knew nothing about mattresses, but kept being rushed and pressured to buy a more expensive mattress. I decided to go to mattress firm and wow what a difference! Robert Wolf greeted me, asked me about my preferences, what I was looking to spend, what I liked, and he even told me what his favorite one was and how its helped me. He even explained the science and math behind it all! Gave us all the time we needed and the option to come back if need be. Amazon has affordable prices and the item is shipped to your door (free with prime). Here, you have to pay a lot for delivery and I don’t like how you’re watched like a hawk while bed-hopping. I couldn’t actually get relatively comfortable. The bright lights everywhere is also horrible and the opposite of reality when you’re going to sleep. Casper has low lights in person and privacy curtains/rooms to test.

Once they got your money they dont care. My wife and I bought your mattress and bed frame from this location. They where very helpful to get your buy a mattress, but once you pay they could care less about you. We had our mattress and bed frame delivered and the men they sent to install our bed frame and bed hit and ran over our brick mason mailbox. I called the police and it turns out that neither men had a drivers license and yet they are driving a truck that requires a class A and CDL endorsement. Since neither one of them were licensed they had to keep their truck and inventory at our home for over three hours blocking our driveway. I was informed to call the store to see about getting my mason mailbox fixed or replaced and I have been given the run around ever since. The associate at this store named Kevin took down my info and could care less about the matter and stated that he would pass it along to his upper management and that someone would be contacting me by the end of the day. I received no phone call about the issue so I call the next morning to inquire about my mailbox. Kevin answered the phone and said Our area manager said he tried to call you multiple times and you didnt answer. I have my cell phone with me at all times and didnt have any missed calls nor any voice mails. He then stated I dont have time for this right now I have customers and proceed to hang up the phone one me. At this point I have a feeling they have no intention of getting this resolved. My mason mailbox cost me more then my mattress and frame and they are doing anything and everything to avoid this issue. This company acts like they care but once they have your money the dont, what company hires truck drivers who dont even have a license to drive a car? I will keep this updated and will probably be talking to my local news station about this. Ill keep everyone posted.

Sales lady was really nice. They do not have enough price varieties here. Everything was around 1,000 or more for a queen. And the sign saying 70% off was misleading.

We purchased a king bed and adjustable frame. They gave us one amazing deal! Scott helped us (my wife and I) find the mattress that suited our sleeping styles. We let them know where we wanted to be as far as cost and he kept it close. (We didn’t expect the adjustable frame to be so comfortable).As a side note: we went to mattress firm because our Sealy King was killing us after only 3 yrs. The Dream Bed has more foam density/construction methods and should be able to support us properly without wearing out prematurely. Sealy Wouldn’t honor the warranty so we made sure we didn’t buy another.

Friendly staff. Angie was very helpful but not too over the top or pushy while my wife and I decided on our decision. It was obvious they were using their trained sales pitches but thats what theyre trained to do. Overall they did a good job.
