This was a great experience. We got to the store shortly before closing. The manager showed us a great selection of mattresses. We checked them out and made a choice, paid for it and was out in a very short time. But we were not in a hurry. He understood what we wanted and allowed us to make a GOOD buy.

Okay, this is an edited review. I had originally blown them up about a policy issue. There was a $300 credit toward accessories with our purchase. We both chose pillows that had to be shipped to us (All of them do. They don’t stock anything in store). Anyway, I hated the pillow when I got here. It was a $150 pillow (cheap compared to my wife’s). I took it in to exchange it and was told that the credit toward accessories does not apply the exchanges and I would only get $69 credit toward the $150 pillow. There was nothing that the salesman could do.Fast forward to yesterday. I spoke to the store manager (Clayton). He has the ability to do things that the employee could not, and he made it right. It was nothing against the employee at all. He did a fantastic job. It was just a policy glitch.Although frustrating at first, it was handled very well. Here’s the deal guys….. No store or company will be 100% awesome 100% of the time. Things happen. Mistakes are made. It’s how you handle them that makes a difference to me, and Mattress Firm did just that. The most important thing isn’t how you run the race, it’s how you finish and Mattress Firm finished strong! Not only will I continue to shop there, but I will whole heartedly refer others.

I was politely greeted upon arrival by Mr. Mitchell and was spoke about my needs for a new mattress. We discussed options and budget. I chose the mattress that best fit my needs and we went over pricing and I was given a written estimate. I went to a competitor to see if I could find something similar for a lower price. I was there for 40 minutes without even one person greeting me and offering to answer questions. I found a lower priced mattress but found reviews that were not favorable. I decided to go ahead and spend the extra money for a better quality mattress and 100 times better customer service. Thank you! Customer service is very difficult to find lately.

I don’t normally place reviews unless I receive outstanding service….and that’s what I experienced when purchasing here. I spoke to Robert Cornelius, and he was very knowledgeable, not too pushy (I hate pushy salesmen), and helped me pick out a great mattress. With so many options and styles, it was very confusing as I was researching which one to go with, but Robert made it very simple and easy!

Clayton was very helpful and patient while helping me make the best decision for my household.

Robert was very nice and knowledgeable. I was a little nervous spending $$$ on a mattress. But I really needed it. I felt comfortable when I left and didn’t feel guilty about spending $$$. Robert didn’t pressure me to buy a mattress and let me walk around for a good while trying all the ‘plush’ beds. He didn’t talk my ear off but at the same time was close enough to answer my question and direct me to something more my style.

Robert did an excellent job to help with a replacement box spring for my sons bed....teenagers. We were in out with the box spring in 15 minutes. Thank you Robert!

Did not have one there, so I asked for one that IS comparable to what I asked. He hooked me up and the price was very reasonable. I needed a 10 day trial to see if the matress had enough support. The matress that is on my contract now does not give supportI was sold a floor model. I need the confidence that the matress you want to charge so much for will allow me to sleep well

Buying our mattress was one of the last things to do before moving into our home after Harvey repairs. Dan L. assisted us with our purchase. He knows the products and was able to easily direct us to the type of mattress we would most likely prefer based on a few questions. He also showed us the different pillows and explained their features that made it easier for us to decide on which ones we liked best.
