Alarm alert on system indicating abnormality going off for a week, asked for manual, sent link by company that was not usable. Then advised to download manual for system and this time was able to find manual but still could not stop alarm alert from going off pretty much ever minute of the day 24/7. Emailed and was told to contact office Monday. I tried to change batteries on system but still did not stop the alarm alert. Then fire department shows up on Saturday night because alarm was sent (company said bad sensor when I asked on Tuesday). Had I not been there perhaps fire department would have broken into home? Alarm alert still going off, 7 y/o daughter awakend at 3 am could not sleep. Emailed company over weekend of July 4, asked for service. Told to contact office Monday. I emailed Monday AM requesting service and was responded with an email monday pm to call office). I called office Tuesday am, told that they could not come until Wednesday. So, I get to listen for another day to the alarm alert going off every minute of the day until tomorrow. Responsive? You be the judge. I have had trouble (incessant alarm alert, young child being awakened, fire department showing up and no fire, inability to get manual) with the system for over a week. They will come tomorrow. I had been their customer paying the monthly fee for over a decade. I think they should be more responsive to folks having problems with their system.

Did a great job repairing and resetting the alarm in my house. Very fair price for parts and labor. They came out the next day and finished the work in less than an hour. The technician, Mark, was courteous and professional.
