Can you believe that a store front business does not have a phone number?I need to call before I come there but in 2021 these guys dont use the phone? Coupled with several other problems.What a business model! We need google or Amazon to bring high speed service here...

Likely the best service of a utility Ive ever been to. They are able to quickly correct whatever the main Xfinity phone service botched for me. At this point Ill probably just go in to the store. They have multiple workers that really know their stuff.

After being loyal customers for many years and never late with our payments, we sold our home and had to close our xfinity account until our new home is built. When returning our equipment, we were offered no thanks or any sense of appreciation for being consistent loyal customers. They were completely apathetic and appeared in a rush to get us out the store.

This was my 3rd stop to exchange my set-top box. Finally this was the one thT had an exchange. I got the box home and setup and now I get a message that the set-top box is not authorized. I sm not sure where the screw up is.

I was amazed how easy it was to get in and out of the store. Maybe I went at a perfect time. Attention was excellent and was helped promptly. It was a much better experience than trying to communicate with Xfinity by phone.

Signed up for service in Feb. my phone could never be activated per xfinity. They have been charging me 70 to 170 per month on my card. Called them to clear up and obvious mistake and 1.5 hours and 3 people later no resolution. They would just sit on the phone and not talk for 4 to 7 minutes at a time. Super awkward. They basically stole from me and refused to give me a refund. I contacted my credit card 6 minutes later money was refunded. Don’t waste your time. Customer service is a travesty with this company.

Two days earlier, redid promotional package. Was told to be charged for 3 boxes. Found out at the store, not correct. Went to store to exchange boxes but found out was the modem for exchange. Jose Conejo was very patient and explained user friendly advice to set up my new modem. Jose set up my bedroom box again, still have a good promotional deal. I got home, changed out modems, everything Jose explained, fell right in place! Thanks LC Comcast and employee Jose Conejo, from a happy customer Bruce 👍😎

No package deals, customer service was just ok. Had to change package with less channels and only saved $10 a month. Texas City does not give you a choice. Only one provider. :(( Talk about a scam. Wonder how much Texas City politicians are making from this????!!!!

Clean store, following COVID-19 social distancing protocols and mask wearing. Everyone greeted me with a smile, only waited about 5 minutes (thank goodness because the way everything was set up so sleek and bright made me want to start purchasing more) customer service was fantastic. The clerk opened up my account and got my order together and made sure all my questions were answered before she walked me to the door. Also, placing a business card in case I had more questions. Great Job Xfinity!

Customer service in store and on the phone was actually really great, however the technician who came to my home basically told me that since his testing device showed that he was getting 700mbps on my router, there was nothing he could do about our computer and phones operating at 100mbps. The recommendation was that I need to upgrade my devices. I felt like he came by just to prove that we were wrong. Terrible experience.

Everyone in this store is super nice any super quick. However when the lady at the front desk has no manners at all it pretty much sets the tone for the whole visit. Rude pushy and mouthy as if she runs the place in her own way. She needs some training on how to be polite.

We ordered and received our phones in the mail......YIKES!!!! Trying to get them set up at home was overwhelming for us. The instructions were vague for us and we chose to go into the store to get help. Anne and Randall were very patient and helpful. Anne spent a lot of time trying to get both new phones up and running. Soooo glad we changed our carrier. Appreciate the time and assistance. Thank You!

Very good at taking your money, but very poor on providing service. Have had cable problem with quality for years and 3 months ago finally replaced the cable. Cable still running on top of fence. I dont think it should take over 3 months to bury a cable.Email system is antiquated. If you make a mistake you can eliminate your email account forever. They view it is easier for them to burden you with establishing a new email account than re-instating an old one.Ready for an alternative or cut the cord.

Worst service all around. Hotspots dont work, having your own modem and router, they cant provide a connection, the people are incompetent. Not worth the hassle. The only way to give them 5 stars would be negative stars.

Id give this individual location a 4 out of 5 stars. Its got some great employees who go out of their way to help you. Its got some rude ones too, but not enough to matter, every company does. The only issue Ive ever had with this location is communication. Ill go in one day talk to a really great employee, they tell me about one particular deal/promotion and I tell them Ill come in another day to set it up. Receive their card. Next time I come in, talk to somebody completely different, I tell them what the other employee told me last time and they say things along the lines of I dont know why they said that, because we dont do that or They mustve been new, because we cant do that. That has happened to me at least 2 or 3 times at this store and it makes it seem as though there is zero communication amongst employees and management at this location. Other than that, this place has been pretty good since Ive lived in the area. The service as it pertains to connection speeds and outages, on the other hand, is a different story. Absolutely deplorable. But I know that isnt on this store. Hopefully when I move closer yo Houston, my services will get better.

The employees here are great. The Xfinity internet service is horrible. They recently (more than) doubled my monthly payment.I pay $73.47 for 200 mbps downloads, while I actually get ~20-30 mbps download speed consistently. This was even after they sent a tech guy to come help me resolve this issue.This is the only internet service provider available at my apartment complex, so I am stuck with them until I move. Extremely disappointed with the service.

Unreliable service, and in place of customer service they have a computer that tells you to unplug your modem, plug it back in, and then hangs up on you. Would give -100 stars if I could. Internet is a NECESSITY these days, and these clowns are the only option in my neighborhood - otherwise Id never do business with them again.

Xfinity Mobile has the absolute worst service. Both signal quality and customer service. When you have issues the only option is to wait hours on hold for level. It really gets bad if they send you to level 2, then you may be on hold for 2 or 3 hours. Ive even been offered a call back which took 2 days. The only thing comcast/xfinity is reliable for is internet. Dont ever get their mobile service.

Always too expensive did not sign a contract this time just got temporary internet for the kids to do homework ....well today i was going to cancel my month to month internet deal that i had and was going to sign a new contract so to lower my bill, well i was paying $ 70 + just for internet without contract and with contract was going to drop only 5 dollars... What a joke i end up cancelling the service . Plus the young man helping us it seems to us not happy with us cancelling he said that there was no other option for internet to lower the price honestly we think he was not helping us i know there are more friendly people with better customer service in there too bad he took care of us

Comcast packaged me services that was understood between me and promotions that would keep me always at same price but tonight they cut part of my package out and you cant talk to dept till Monday this leaving short of my package but still paying full package. Great, fast service!!! Each time I go in they always review my account and try to save me money. The only issue I had this time is while I was discussing my account with the lady, Dallas, that was helping me, another female employee came up to encounter and interrupted me to talk to Dallas. She did not say excuse me or even apologize, just walked off. I guess the customers is not always a priority!? I may have given 5 stars, considered 3 stars, but Dallas was very helpful!!!

The staff is super duper helpful and kind! They are always there at the front door to greet the customers. I have had several issues with my service and they are always on top of the situation. I told him I pay my bill online and didnt know how to use the express machine. He said, no problem I can help you with that, and took care of my payment. Do not buy Xfinity service. We discussed a specific package and price. Recieved the box hooked it up and they signed us up with a package below the one we wanted without our knowledge. Now we are stuck in a year long package we cant use or we have to pay considerably more to upgrade to the correct package. Random scheduled maintenance is constant. My internet never works at night, and when I come home from holidays, my internet is usually down and my home security cameras offline because of it. I had Xfinity when I lived in Colorado and it was wonderful. I never had issues. I have to reset my modem or call tech support at least twice a day with them here. I do not recommend Xfinity in this area. No way.

The cable is trash .for the amount that we pay we get the same movies and shows over and over again .they should have an update every once in a while on movies and shows instead they commercials every 30 minutes on movies . And now they want to add and extra cost for Discovery plus to watch new shows and movies with no Commercial.

The worst customer service by Anthony Rollins. Went to purchase new iPhone and change service from existing provider and trade in two phones. He advised current android phone was worth zero and iPhone, in flawless condition, per another clerk worth $12.00. Two years old and never out of Otter Box case. What a joke! So, purchased new phone without trade. When first used it, it wanted me to sign into my Apple ID and enter password and Apple would do two-step verification to old phone number. Problem: in the interim, sold the iPhone Xfinity offered $12.00 for to a private party for $125.00. Yes! Amazing. Turned off “find my phone” re-set to factory settings because knew I could download all info from cloud to new iPhone. To complete Apple sent 6 digit authentication code to a two year old phone number that had been disconnected for 2 years. He used the WRONG phone and number.Then spent over an hour on phone with Xfinity customer service rep at their call center who was clueless. She said Anthony at the Xfinity store made 4 reversals due to errors he made when setting up my account, e.g.; wrong phone, wrong plan, wrong name, etc. I am not surprised because he was trying to wait on two other people while waiting on me. Finally, she transferred me to senior customer service supervisor at Apple in Portland, OR who spent over 2 hours on phone with me before he could confirm wrong phone number was used. Therefore, had to initiate an “account recovery “ process which took TEN (10) days to have the information in my cloud associated with my new iPhone and number. Meanwhile, I could not use any app because the apps could not access my Apple ID. All I could do was make & receive calls for 10 days. Pretty lousy for a $1000. Phone!Never have I received such egregious and incompetent service from a so-called customer service agent. If you go to the League City Xfinity/Comcast store in person, I advise you to avoid Mr Rollins like the Plague! Moreover, he gave me no receipts or paperwork and I returned to the store the next day and another clerk said the emailed copy is all they provide. Another call To Xfinity customer service said the store could reprint the entire paperwork which contains the complete terms and conditions. I used to have Verizon, for which Xfinity is a re-seller of their service. Verizon provides paper receipts and does everything right the first time. I have sent complaints to the Texas Public Utility Commission, Federal Communication Commission, Xfinity Mobile Corporate Office, Verizon and Apple. They all need to be made aware of this pathetic customer service behavior. Meanwhile, I urge anyone reading this review to take note and “buyer beware”.

Not very helpful. At least my clerk wasnt. I got a no to every question I asked. Got my new, doubt it was new, router home and it didnt work correctly out of the shrink wrap. Had to log on to the Comcast site and troubleshoot for over 3 hrs.Id seen a post on line where it listed that I needed a new router for the problems that Id been having (not a Comcast post). I called Comcast 4 months straight about the problems that I was having and they all told me that I didnt need a new router when Id mention the post that Id seen.Router works great after the hours of troubleshooting.

As another reviewer said this, Im not reviewing the company but just this store. This store was excellent. I had a very old modem. When I went in, we had a nice laugh about how old my router was, they took me to the back, took 3/4 minutes and I was out the door. Find Roy, hes knowledgable and very nice. He even told me to set a reminder on my phone to come annually since my plan can upgrade modems once a year for free. Roy was excellent and this store was great.

Scheduled a technician to come to my house from 3-5pm. Tell me why I get home at 2:50pm and there is a sorry we missed you hanging on my door. The technician didnt even try calling both of the numbers I had listed. If I wanted a technician to show up before 3pm I would have chose a different time. Now I have to wait another day because somebody decided they didnt feel like doing their job.
