Not to welcoming at this location. Also I would like to give this store a suggestion. Those chairs you have in the store does not accommodate everyone. They are to high and very uncomfortable. I have a bad back and bad knees plus I am a little over weight. I couldn’t get comfortable. Plus you have employees who have to sit there all day on these hard seats!

Extremely slow service. Over an hour with no help. Several employees walking around doing NOTHING. They could figure out a way to expedite service during these frustrating times. Theres no reason for it to take this long.

Just spent 20 minutes trying to send Christmas pics to family. I had to send 3 times before the message was received. Each time I sent, the message indicated that it went through but the recipient did not get it. The automated support just hangs up on you. I really cant believe we have this much trouble getting pictures from point A to point B in 2020, its really pathetic.

Stay away from Verizon. They are the most expensive and will add things to your account without asking permission.Update: Notice that the Verizon store owner didnt offer to look into my complaint. Why?, because he encourages his employees to add things to new accounts without customer permission.

Worst customer experience Ive had in years on 9/16/20. Showed up to get a new phone and a new phone line. New phone needed E SIM so I could use a second line with a physical SIM and have both on the same new device. They said they could do it, sold me a phone and a plan, then didnt know how to complete the service. After two hours they gave up, handed me a note with a phone number to call Tech Support and ASKED ME TO LEAVE SO THEY COULD HELP OTHER CUSTOMERS! I told them I wasnt leaving until what they sold me worked. I stayed there and went through three different levels of phone support until I had to leave for a meeting at 5pm (4 hours in the store). I asked the manager to cancel my plan and refund the phone charges since they couldnt make it work. He agreed to do this, but wanted a $50 restocking fee for a phone they couldnt make work! OUTRAGEOUS, TERRIBLE service. Huge mark against Verizon for the rest of my life. Every chance I get to influence our 800 employee corporation to switch to another service, I will do so. And I will get plenty of chances.

Do not go to this location and do not work with Jayme - who admited to us that shes leaving soon - which apparently meant she was not going to provide professional and helpful service. In fact we wasted several hours over our weekend dealing with all the problems she created for us - and ended up going to a different Verizon location for assistance (who was kind and literally fixed all our problems in 15 minutes). Go do a different store completely (the one in League City on 96 was amazing and the ones who finally fixed our issues).

Mr. Gavin Expose (epic last name) did an excellent job getting me upgraded to two smart phones and changing my plan over to Edge. He did an excellent job answering all my questions and displayed admirable patience as my young son went from a cute little angel to ravenous screamin demon.Pause for effect......Overall I am happy with the service I received, and Gavin even gave me a follow up call to see how the phones were working out.

There is no set person to add you to the queue. So you might be waiting, just no one actually realizes it. Also you ask for something, repeat it, validate once more just in case. But come home just to realize it was not done.

They recently remodeled, and it screams we dont want to deal with customers.while I was there, another customer asked about what happened to all the space (where the two customer service counters were)? and there manager said thats our space, we need our personal space.Before they remodeled to keep their customers out, I thought they had a nice store.Aside from that, they knew absolutely nothing the new note 10 series, and gave conflicting features and specs (I spoke to two different sales reps and a manager) when comparing the note10+ and the note10 5G. After giving conflicting information, I asked them to show me some specs provided by Samsung or Verizon.The sales rep said he could not provide that information and I would have to take his word for it. He also said Samsungs information is no more reliable than CNET. Really? Really really? LuLz!They said the note 10+ and note 10+ 5G have different size screens. And the note 10+ has an AUX input(That is false.) I asked them to check for it on one of the note 10+s they had in the back.They said ok, waisted 10 minutes in their new customer free sanctuary, then came back said no we cant open one. Mind you, they had a note 10 and TWO note 10+ 5G models on display but no note 10+. Also if they would have checked the note 10+ in the back, and it had an AUX port, I would have bought it. Lol.They told me I wasnt normal for wanting to know the differences between the two phones before I made my purchase, and shamed me for not having done my own research (through CNET right?) before I came in to buy.I will not be back. I would rather drive an hour round trip for a better store, than deal with these incompetent neanderthals.

If you want excellent service, ask for Michelle. She was so wonderful. We have been with online chat, in person sales and have remained frustrated and stuck because of lack of customer cares. Finally a customer service rep who knew her job well and listened to our needs and didnt push for major changes that WE DIDNT NEED technically or financially. THANK YOU MICHELLE SO MUCH!!!

They absolutely need more training! The couple of times Ive been there, there is a guy with such a hostile attitude. The recall with the Note7 hasnt been easy for anyone, but i have to call the company myself to get things situated, since they cant.

My only day off decided to get a new phone and 2 minutes walking in the verizon store an associated approached me without even introducing herself I just happened to see her name tag Jeyme to even know she worked there because she had zero interest on why I was there after 1 single question...the only answer was no you cant looking at me like are we done now attitude. I was having issues with my Motorola Turbo 2 mobile device, I went to the VZ store and was told that I have to contact Motorola because of a chip on the screen of the shattered proof device was covered by the manufacturer only. After countless attempts to reach a competent agent at Motorola, I was told to head back to the VZ store. I returned to the VZ store and was help by a great tech, but VZ could have taken care of the problem along after I expressed my displeasure with the manufacturer and the treatment I received from them. Verizon you are who you because of the people, us, we, me believe in the service you promote. The partnerships you have developed with some these manufacturers like Motorola affects your company as a whole. You should really consider changing the culture of your relationships with companies like Motorola to ensure that your clients receive the best experience when dialing in with a issue. False advertising is fraud, but allowing your customers to suffer as a result of dealing with your partners seems like senseless attack on us. Just do better!

These guys are liars. I just went in today to use my amazing edge program where you can upgrade anytime and just start paying for my new phone. Well what one of this stores amazingly smart sales person told me was a bunch of lies. I went to a verizon store to upgrade but they didnt have the correct phone so i went to bestbuy cause they had it. Now bestbuy tells me i have to pay %60 of the phone to upgrade, so I explained that the guy at this store told me I can upgrade whenever without any additional fees. So now Im curious to see how much my original deal will vary from verizon to verizon. So the next verizon I went to said I have to pay 75% of the phone now. Amazing so in the end 3 different verizons have 3 different answers for me. Ive all ready reported this store to corporate for false information.Watch out when you buy from these intelligent individuals, dont take anything for granted. Read the fine print, they will retain information just in order to make a sale.

This is a complaint about Verizons overall disappointing customer service. My husband and I went in there today to upgrade a line to the new iPhone. We were informed that the line was a test device since it is not in use. Its pretty crappy of verizon to be taking $40 extra dollars each month from my account, send me an email letting me know that my device is eligible for an upgrade and to visit a retail location - only to be informed that they cant do that in the store and I have to call Tech support. A manager was suppose to come and talk to us, but he never showed up and instead sent the same employee that couldnt help us back to tell us the same thing. How about taking care of your customers that have been with you for over 7 years and you help us in the store. No likes to be on hold with Tech support. Disappointing service, and poor management. Im looking into switching carries now.
