First time ever coming to this location today(6/21/21) and got great service from the gentleman behind the register(didn’t catch his name) may trade in smoothie king for this place :) I got the berry berry smoothie not knowing what to expect and first sip I didn’t really care for the taste but as I got drinking some more of it it got better and better.

First time ever coming here, very friendly staff, reasonable prices, and my drink was AMAZING! I will definitely return! I got the peach passion green tea. Just WOW

I come here just about every Sunday afternoon for a strawberry green tea with strawberry jellies and mango boba! My husband gets their milk tea with tapioca which is also tasty. It is absolutely amazing and the customer service is great! Never had any issues. They also have a rewards program that I didn’t know of until they asked me if I wanted to use it.

The barista who assisted me in my order has great customer service and helped me pick my 1st drinks here! Coconut milk tea with mango, awesome choice. Vanilla latte cant really go wrong with that. The environment is calm and spunky and all the other employees were cute and sweet. Keep up the good work guys!

Greeted really well, the young man at the drive through has great charisma. You can tell he really loves his job and the Tea is amazing especially the Tapioca will for sure come back and really recommend to everyone.

The presentation was beautiful with the cake balls. I love the little newspaper theme box it came in. But I highly doubt that these cake balls are keto friendly, they are very very sweet. The drink that I ordered didnt taste good either, the queen anne tea. It tasted high in artificial sweetener, Im more than likely wont return here for any more keto items or items on their menu. For me it was all a waste of money, the prices are fairly reasonable though so I did not waste a lot of money

Omg the guy who works in the drive through is very strange and not sure whats going on, not professional at all, screaming and pretending to hear different things....turns out we are not that thirsty for this service. Will never come back. We are stuck in the drive through but are about to drive off. Do not even want to drink the drinks coming from the people of this place. Not to mention, it took us 30 minutes to get out of the drive through because cars in the front and back, and they were out of everything. Very slow and disappointing. No thank you. Learned my lesson.

The main girl was very friendly, rest looked completely lost at what they were doing. It took 25 minutes to get 3 drinks inside, yet the drive thru was moving quick. The strawberry banana smoothie was great, the mint chocolate chip was awful...took 1 drink and threw it away. It was nothing but poorly blended ice with a sour flavor. Im all about supporting small businesses but this was a 1 and done. The owners/mgmt need to spend more time training their staff & process to improve.

Ive been here a few times. The first time was the best Taro smoothie I ever had. Second and third time not such a great experience. I let them know they are local to me and wanted to support local business but the quality did not near the first time the other times I had came. After these experiences I stopped by and let them know my experience and they were more than accommodating. Highly recommend!

I would give it 0 or 1 star, but gave two stars because Keaton was awesome! I usually go to Gotcha Boba, but it was closed. I tried the strawberry banana with strawberry poppers and the Berry Berry with strawberry poppers, and it was a 1/10. It wasn’t really a smoothie, more like an icey, the flavor wasn’t really good either. Keaton really made it a point to give great customer service, make his job fun, and tried his best to make me a happy customer! He even makes the drive through people laugh. My husband would only go back to support him, but the place does not have quality product.

Too many options on the menu!! Not even starbucks has that much!! Downsize the menu and make only the most wanted and loved drinks!! Thats a lot of what is causing the confusion an over extended too large menu and large turnover of employees that cant learn and process all the recipes!! Also its a Teen Hangout Place being so close to the School!! This place has much potential but in a few years probably will be completely closed down or new ownership!! I think the new owner knows hes in over his head with this Headache Business!!

I want to like this place but my last experience two days ago resulted in me driving away after paying in the drive-thru. I place my order for a tea with tapioca. After waiting for about 10 minutes for the person in front of me to get their drink, I pulled up to the window and paid for my drink. After paying, the cashier left the window and didn’t return. After another 10 minutes and the line building up behind me, I decided it wasn’t worth waiting anymore as I would be late to work. So, I drove off. Other times I have visited, it is hit or miss on whether or not they have tapioca. When I have been able to get my order, it has been quite enjoyable, but waiting for a drink for this amount of time when there were no customers inside is ridiculous.

The drinks were good but we got a dessert and we didn’t get it so we had to ask them if they would give us the dessert and they didn’t give us a spoon!!!! They also were very busy so I can’t really blame them

The drinks here are delicious, but I just waited 20 minutes for 3 people to make 1 small smoothie. And whoever ended up finally making it forgot to add the Boba I ordered. I saw my drink just sitting behind the counter and had to ask someone to please just give it to me.The lady waiting at the drive thru asked for a refund because she was also tired of waiting.

Boba tea is my favorite! They have many drinks to choose from and I like that they have keto drinks and snacks available as well. Everyone is really nice too!

Not impressed at all. I went there in anticipation of getting a simple cafe mocha... Unfortunately the folks running the front didnt really know their menu as well as they should have because they didnt even know how to put together a cafe mocha. After some thinking they brought a 16 oz chocolate latte to the counter, upon first sip it was lukewarm and very disappointing as there was no coffee flavor and extremely too much chocolate taste. Aside from the disappointing drink the service was pretty decent albeit I got overcharged for my drink, as their menu States a 16 oz is $3.50 and a 24 oz is $4.50. Somehow I walked away paying$5.52 for my drink including taxes. Keep in mind I was given the $3.50 16oz. Size. While I know it seems menial to split hairs to those that count every cent it does matter when you are this grossly overcharged. Honestly as sad as it makes me to say for that price I would have preferred to have gone to Starbucks and gotten the same size drink for about the same price but be satisfied knowing it would be the correct temp and taste. The only reason I did not give one star was because of the excellent service as the staff was kind and professional. So unless youre wanting a Starbucks priced coffee from a bubble tea shop posing as both bubble tea and coffee shop then I would not really recommend it for your coffee hotspot.

Really wanted to like their Keto options but was disappointed 😞 The kolaches were All dough, No sausage... barely any meat at all. Also, the mini cheesecake tastes nothing like cheesecake.. was more of a weird chocolate mouse. We tried Sinnamon Rolls & Lemon cake balls too... nothing left us wanting more. Keto items are always more expensive everywhere, so we expected better

We used to go in there at least once a week until they forgot about my daughter’s drink. She ordered an ICED COFFEE and it took them over 30 MINUTES to make it for her. She was inside waiting on her drink. I was running late picking my kid up from school, and after over 25 minutes of waiting in the car, I went in and asked what was taking so long. The young lady there was very polite, but said they got busy (in the drive-thru lane) and were making my daughter’s drink right away. Not gonna lie, that made me mad giving me an excuse like that. We were there long BEFORE the drive-thru lane was ever busy. It should NEVER take that long to make an ICED COFFEE!! Coffee with ice - that’s all it was!! I said that was NOT my problem and it should not take THIS LONG to make her drink, especially when we were there BEFORE the line started. So they gave her free chocolate dip fortune cookies to make up for them forgetting. Seriously?? This is NOT the first time they’ve done this either. I was late because of their absent mindedness, and free fortune cookies are a poor substitute for my time. What they NEED is someone over the age of 21 running the place instead of a bunch of teenagers. We will not do business there again. Not until it is better managed.

They have a lot of variety of drinks in a large selection of beers siders and wine they have jolly rancher icy machines and they have breakfast tacos and also a very nice well assorted number of Vape‘s and Vape juice it’s brand new so it’s neat and clean Give me a few days I’ll post pictures later

I go and get a bubble tea at least once a week. And its always yummy but today was a disappointing because Neil my server was horrible. He messed up my drinks and when I call to complain he said that they were out of creamer and their sealing machine was not working. I wish he would have told me when I was ordering so I wouldnt have spend my money on really water down drinks that were not closed. It made a mess on my car and on my clothes.

First visit to The Drink Station not pleased at all. They had just opened up tables were not clean, floor not swept, and what look like grape jelly all over the floor. On the plus side drinks were really good.

It was my first visit today so Im not trying to judge them with 1 drink but.... they werent busy and yet it took a while for my 1 drink. 4.98$ for a 16oz hazelnut iced expresso which I hate to say I make better espresso at home which I shouldve done and saved 5 dollars not trying to be cruel but it didnt taste like coffee, tea shop beverage it tasted like at home diy beverage. Friendly drive thru lady that I interacted with. I will of course give them another try on another day with a different beverage but so far not impressed at all

My friend and I stopped in for a coffee fix and seeing the grand opening sign. The coffee was just right and the staff was extremely friendly 😊. A little slow but for a grand opening fully understandable. I also got an awesome laugh when my friend tried the tapioca pearls 😂. They are truly an acquired taste.we will be back to try other items.

Okay I love your boba and little snacks. But, everytime I go either by myself or a few friends we at least get one order wrong. One day, one of the staff gave me my boba tea with tea leaves inside or another time my friend didnt get the correct tapioca or a times none at all. I really do love the drinks. And the place is nicely decorated. But come on guys we can do better than this 😅😅👏👏.

I was running around League City on errands and discovered this place. Theres nothing more refreshing than a good cold drink in your hand on these hot Texas summer days.Very clean and well run business. Staff was super friendly and helpful in making suggestions. I love it when people have high energy in customer service. I can see this place being very popular for family gatherings, chilling spots, studying, or just swinging in as a neighborhood regular as it is very welcoming.I went with the Classic Milk Tea with boba as a tester and it was amazing. I will have to come back and try more of their other offerings and smoothies. I saw they even had keto drinks and treats for the health conscious folks which is a huge plus!Thanks for opening a boba shop that is easily accessible and an asset to the community!

Okay drinks. I have found that the tapioca is either made or or not, as well as inconsistent. Same as the drinks.My first experience I ordered the taro coconut smoothie and the chai milk tea with tapioca. The total for two drinks was $12.18. The smoothie still had unblended powder in it showing that it was not fresh and tapioca in the chai tea was hard and not edible. Disappointed after spending $12 on two drinks that didn’t satisfy me or my husband.I gave the place a second try and I tried a different drink, a thai tea with light ice. I was then informed they charged more for light ice which is ridiculous. $12 for two drinks and being charged 50 cents more for light ice is not worth it and a waste of money. I will not be returning.

Horrible customer service. This the slowest place ive ever been to. And they drinks are never made correct, i always have huge ice chunks in my drink. They dont have a number to call to get issues resolved, so I have nothing good to say about this place.

Great drinks. Bring cash for the tip. The card setup will not allow you to add it to a card payment. Drinks are slightly pricey but delicious and stay cold in their seal. Had a terrific Arnold Palmer and Thai tea. My hope is theyll consider adding decaf as an option for espresso.

I have gone here numerous times and they NEVER have boba. I’m just saying once you see that it’s running low, I would start making a new batch. It’s just annoying when it constantly keeps happening and most times I call in advance to see if they do and when I get there they can only make one drink.

This location is terrible. Three separate bad experiences. The tea takes a long time to be prepared. Employees lock up at 9:30 despite their hours stating that they close at 10:00 (this was about 2 months ago before their hours changed) and would not take any orders through the drive thru. Tried to call in an order using the number posted on their door and the line is dead.

Today was my first time coming to this place. I went in around 8:45. The young lady who was the register was extremely helpful as far as choosing a drink for someone who is unfamiliar with drinks that are not water, coffee, or beer. Great service, great atmosphere, and amazing prices. Will come back soon!

I get the wide awake glacee with half the sweetener. Yummy. And if you provide your phone number you get a free drink after every 10. Also the espresso they use is not so bitter like Starbucks so doesnt upset my tummy or give me heartburn like Starbucks does. They could use some outside seating though as I enjoy bringing my dog!

I love the location, drinks and prices but my daughter and I are always told were out of this or that I think they should up their par on boba and jellies. Also my daughter Trinity suggests changing the slogan about choking on your balls. I personally think its funny but a lot of people may find it troubling.

We enjoy The Drink Station (usually we go to the Alvin location but today we went to this one) its nice as far as drinks, wifi, great rewards program BUT this location is DIRTY. The bathroom smells and the floors are months past due on a mop/vacuum. Its hard to feel cozy when you are afraid to touch the arm rests. 😕

This place is wonderful, the staff is pretty amazing. Its a great place for study groups, hanging out solos to complete some work, or to stop by for just a drink. Im glad to have a tapioca place near us worth visiting. :)

Recipes for drinks are carefully crafted. The owner has a nutrition background so I know Im getting the best product when looking at all the other drink competitors. Sure, a little pricier, but nominal for the great flavors, options and atmosphere.

Honestly took forever to get my coffee and it tasted like something out of a Keurig nothing special. Am willing to go back at a different time to try something different though. I still have faith it can be good

Pro-tip: On Cash Tuesdays order the milk teas with no ice and you will have a drink for $3 or less compared to the $5 drink price normally, they tell us not to advertise that as it costs them money even though it brought out the most customers.From a former employee: This place had my heart at first as I had finally found a job that linked customer relations with coffee, two things I thoroughly enjoy. However, after working here and doing my duty as the employee of bringing up various problems that needed to be addressed such as our supply I was given excuses upon excuses and then was ignored. We once used dry coffee creamer bought from Kroger instead of our Normal non-dairy creamer as a way to cut costs and we continued to tell people it was Non-Dairy as instructed by the owners. There were numerous problems with the business as they set themselves up to fail. On a busy shift when we needed two people to work, they went down to one. Drinks came out slower as a result, then we (the employees) were to blame, after being set up for failure. This place will steal your money as they instruct us to fill the cup up with more ice and instead of getting a 12 oz. drink you will get closer to a 4 oz. or less drink. Every good employee they had quit by February 2017 after being hired in July/August 2016. Best place for a smoothie!

I recently returned from a trip to Asia where I discovered mango smoothies. I was addicted to them, sometimes drinking three per day. Haha!When I returned to the States, I had to feed my addiction. I live in southern Galveston County and the pickings for smoothies are slim. After some searching and experimenting, I found some positive reviews for The Drink Station in League City. Needing to feed my addiction, I hustled on up north to The Drink Station.I ordered a strawberry-mango smoothie and I was instantly gratified. It was perfect. I was happy to see that they used fresh fruit and other quality ingredients to make my drink. The flavor has been unmatched thus far by any other smoothie shop that I have visited since being back home. I have zero complaints.The rewards program is pretty good too. You get 10% back for each purchase and if you drink as many of these things as I do, it adds up quickly.The staff is always friendly and it is definitely a place where you can relax for a while and let the world go by while enjoying a drink. They have several choices including various coffees and teas which are probably very good if that is your thing. I am not a coffee guy so I cannot comment.On my visit yesterday, I ordered my usual and one of the guys behind the counter laughed and said, Just in time, as he was heading to the back with several fresh mangoes in his hand to chop up for use in drinks. With so many other locations using juices to make their drinks, I will choose The Drink Station every time that I am within 20 miles of the place.See you guys this afternoon!!!

This is a great place. Feels more cozy and personal than starbucks. The staff is incredible!! Super nice and very knowledgeable. I had a chocolate peanut butter smoothie and a pizza. The smoothie was top notch and Ive been craving another ever since. The pizza was honestly a little too salty for my taste but still edible. Its definitely not going to stop me from going back. There are a lot of options on the menu and if you dont see anything there just ask the workers and they can most likely create it for you...loveeee this place!

Espresso was not good. 230 in the afternoon and hardly anyone in there but took over 4 minutes to get an espresso. Partly because after he made it he took it into the kitchen to talk to the other employee about something so my crema was gone and there were grounds in it. Not friendly either. Wont be back

I love this place but they run out of everything at night. Also one night we were there with one of the employees talking and all the sudden the cameras start talking and the employee said it was the owner. It is illegal to have audio on security cameras. The boba is fantastic!

Good green tea smoothie. There is quite a wide range of delishious drinks available and recently they added a few snacks.They have always been helpful in recommending drinks and Ive always like what I got.I dont live very close so only been here 3 times over the last few years. I enjoy every visit though.
