Came here late and did not get service because they said the closed early. But they had no sign posted and the lady that was there had an attitude just to tell us. Not really professional when all we are trying is give a big franchise my business. Knowing also how addictive coffee ☕ is 😡.

The staff at this store are the most welcoming of any that I have been to. They have been out of some of my favorite beverages because the supply isn’t available for some reason, but the food is always fresh. Service is fast and friendly. I prefer to go inside the store because the drive through line is usually long and I get served faster that way.

Its okay, if you want to pay the price for a whole pot of coffee for one cup try this joint out. I prefer McDonalds coffee $0.25 for a senior cup of coffee versus Starbucks $5 for a cup of coffee no matter what your age is. Not for me, but maybe you

Love the morning staff! I feel like a cast member of Cheers when I go in. They greet you as if theyre actually happy to see you and the drink is always made just right. Been to many other locations that seem like youre bothering them when you want to order.

Whilst wearing masks, starbucks will NOT allow workers whos housemate tested POSITIVE for covid 19 to quarantine. in fact they insist on bring their employees in.

Usually Starbucks employees can make you believe they are happy to serve you. The young lady this day made it clear she was not happy to serve me or even be at work. I think she needs a vacation.

For 6 bucks, my cup should be full and delicious. Today it was neither. I was the first person in the drive thru, not sure why it took so long...no explanation. Drink was missing a couple of inches. Also not sweet like it should be...not complex...white chocolate mocha. Right off the menu so they cant mess it up. Guess I will choke it down since I need my caffeine.

Every time I order the vanilla sweet cream cold brew they mess it up. No sweet cream, just vanilla cold brew. Also, the woman in the drive thru window was flirting with my husband while I was sitting next to him! Totally unprofessional.I will not be coming back to this location.

Friendly, caring employees with a genuine desire to serve you. Because of that I will make sure to stop at this location everytime I am in the area.

This location is in an unfortunate place for traffic reasons, but of course traffic wasn’t so bad when it was built. It’s still my go-to location if I’m not in a hurry. Though I will say the one on the other side of the freeway is pretty fast considering how busy it gets. The parking situation can also be a pain. I once witnessed someone damage their own hummer trying to back into a parking spot.Indoor and outdoor seating available with tables for small groups or pairs (check ahead during COVID to make sure). Chill environment inside but not a huge location. The inside of a Starbucks has to be one of the best smells.Never have I had any issues with my orders and I’m prone to ordering those obnoxiously long drinks, if straying from a basic cold brew. I had a new cinnamon oatmilk espresso something or other yesterday that was delicious. Food usually hits the spot when I get anything, too.It was years before I started using the app, but it was order ahead/pick up easy and checking out quick and your tip doesn’t blow away on a windy day.Here’s a tip: Don’t be a jerk and empty your cars garbage out in the drive thru for staff to have to clean up. Yeah I’m taking to whoever did this shortly before 8PM 3/27/2021. You stink. The staff are always kind and don’t need your bs.

How much water are these people putting in the iced coffees? You’d think that a chain of this size would have some regulations on how to make a damn drink. Every time I go it tastes completely different. Today it taste like water and cream. I don’t even know if there is coffee in there or not.

Great location. Always clean and friendly. They have a drive through that is convenient and easy to enter and exit because they are located at the corner of a major intersection. They also have a large outdoor patio which is perfect for the times.

Its beautiful Starbucks, I wont speak negative about it. They have a beautiful patio but in Houston; its hotter year round than cooler. They should have made the patio smaller and the inside a little bigger because there isnt much room. At 10am, there were people standing because there wasnt enough seating. There is a large table that should be replaced by 2 tables. Also, the displays on the floor could be closer together to add a few more tables and chairs.Its a nice place but there isnt that sense of relaxation as all the tables are shoved to the wall. But I will say this; the people are very friendly.

Bad coffeePoor employee attitude and attention

I really like this Starbucks. Its got some comfy places to sit and they dont run you off if you like to camp out for several hours and nurse your caffeine addiction. (Guilty!) Its Starbucks, so you know what youre getting with chain coffee but my drinks are always well made and everyone is very friendly.

I wasnt sure what I wanted and when I mentioned a couple of the ingredients Id like to have she came up with a special drink that included them and it was wonderful.

This location gets your orders right the first time. I also love that they have the trenta cups!

Amazing customer experience today. Ordered a drink, got stuck at work and wasnt able to go get it for over an hour. When I went through the window they remade my drink for me without me even asking because it had sat so long. I always have a great experience at this location. The staff is so friendly and polite. I often pick up multiple mobile orders for our work staff and many drinks at one time. The orders are always right. I really appreciate that, it helps us get through our day. Great job guys!

Drive thru was great! They pumped through customers and drinks even though they were having issues with their register! A small place but they did an amazing job of making it a quick experience!!

Went in this morning for coffee for my assistant manager & myself. I am pregnant so I wanted something decaf but iced. Ive ordered many decaf iced drinks from here before. The woman at the drive thru, who wasnt the nicest, said they have no iced decaf drinks to offer me. Then she tells me the only thing I can get is a decaf americano...which doesnt taste good AT ALL. While I love starbucks, normally when I am not pregnant, I will not be returning while I am pregnant. Dunkin donuts accommodates pregnant women with many decaf options. Its not my fault I want a taste for coffee but cant have over a certain amount of caffeine. See you in june, Starbucks. Very disappointed.

Been to starbucks all over the world, its nice to have one of the best ones right here where I live. Staff at this location is always very nice and friendly. Plus they all seem to know how to make a great cappuccino.

This place is literally my favorite starbucks. Everyone is super friendly at 6:00 am and super energetic. I usually look like that loner sitting on my phone and eating alone, but the atmosphere here is great too. Quiet and calm. My go to before school!

Parking lot was really hard to navigate with all the people. And some drunk from the bar next door hit my car ......good coffee though. Nice service.

Great Starbucks in a central location. Cute outdoor area to lounge in but you do hear the traffic of the busy intersection. Location also has a drive thru which really is a plus!

This is a good place to get coffee . They have cold, hot and blended options for whatever you are craving . They also have some tea cold or hot . If you are not a coffee drinker Starbucks offers some non coffee options like smoothies and flavored ice drinks with fruit . If you are hungry they have plenty of deserts like cake pops to pound cake to cookies . They also have healthy non sweet things like sandwiches.

Tony makes great coffee and is very good with his customers. This is my favorite Starbucks in the United States.

The staff and drinks are great. However, this location has an issue with flies. It is impossible to sit down at the tables with out battling them.

Was the original League City Starbucks with pretty friendly baristas. They get to know you, remember what you like and get it started before you even have to order. Very convenient.

Ive had consistency in my orders being incorrect, Which Ive found peculiar because my order is simple consisting of iced coffee with added shots of espresso and soy milk.Despite the lack of correctness on my orders, the people are friendly and kind.

Cinnamon latte was okay, not mixed well, all the taste on the bottom. That said, company and conversation fantastic!

I stopped at this location cause I was in the area but my Starbucks is in Nassau bay they have Great coffee by the way but I stopped at this one and Service was good but my coffee I got was nasty like it had sweet and low in it I had the vanilla sweet cream cold brew so I just threw away drove but to one I go to

I work at this location and Id have to say its the best team Ive worked with thus far.

My co-workers, bosses and I came to Starbucks after a late meeting we had here a few weeks ago. The staff was quick and very friendly. Served us all of our drinks and got them all right the first time. They were close to closing but they were still very nice and didnt get annoyed with 10 people walking in all at once that late at night. Oh and the coffee was excellent but do you really expect anything less from Starbucks?? lol I will definitely go back.
