The PC wont turn on. Dead. Nothing. Stay calm and check these guys out. Super friendly. Super fast. Guess it was cheap since Id have paid twice as much to get my PC back in working order in about an hour. I feel so much better knowing where Ill take my PC problems to next time.

Have used Error Computer for several years. I have always found them to be honest, fast, and very reasonable. I recently bought a new computer here and was charged less than what I could have acquired it on line or in a store. I am computer challenged and they spent quite a bit of time getting me up and running, never charging me. Am extremely pleased and would highly recommend them.

Error CR was able to get us some refurbished laptops at a great price. High end machines that work great that cost us less than anything wed have gotten at Best Buy.They were also able to upgrade some of our older machines with solid state hard drive swaps, which makes a huge difference in performance and speed and cost us a lot less than we thought it would.Knowledgeable staff, great communication from start to finish and outstanding customer service! I highly recommend.

My hard drive was slooowly dying and I have a Geek Squad subscription. So, when I discovered I was missing some files I called the Geeks because I have a subscription to their service. I was told I would have to bring the computer to their store (very inconvenient) and it was NOT included in my subscription. So, Error Computer Repair has a closer more convenient location. I thought Id try them and I was amazed by their RESPONSIVENESS! My laptops hard drive was replaced with a fast Solid state Drive and ALL of my files recovered that day!!

I was suprised by diagnosist fee. If I would of known he charged $60 to look at my computer I would never have had it looked at. I spoke with the owner and told him my situation, which was that I had been unemployed due to covid and that all I ask that he be upfront about cost. So, he can respond how ever he wants, but if someone walks through your door and tells you to be upfront, simply tell them whats up, and that there is going to be a charge, dont try to justify not mentioning the fact there is a charge because it is on a sign. I believe your words should mean what they are suppose to mean, or lack of in this case....smh. Shady to diagnosisic fee when the customer directly asks you to be upfront and you fail to do so.

This is the third time that I have used Error Computer Repair. The first time, the fan died but we also discussed a new SSD since the computer was running slow. The second time, they diagnosed that the mother board had died. The computer was old so I bought a new one rather that replacing the board. They set up the new computer. Two weeks later, following a major update, the computer hung up and wouldnt boot. A call to the techs got everything straightened out in a matter of minutes. These guys are friendly, efficient and, most importantly, effective. Id recommend them for any computer issue!

This was THE best customer service experience Ive ever had. These guys know what they are doing. My computee was diagnosed within hours and fully completed within 24 hours! They update my hard drive to solid state drive and it is SO fast. Everything is still on the computer and I didnt loose a single thing! I had a tax appointment at 11 am and even though my computer was still in pieces, they had everything back together, tested and ready to go within the hour of calling them and I am now able to make my tax appointment with all the information on my computer!

Had a windows 10 issue this morning - Called and spoke to Will. He talked me through some options and, with more luck than skill, I managed to get everything working without needing to take the laptop in. It was a 5 minute call but it saved my day and I was seriously impressed with the way I was helped. I will use these guys next time I screw something up and will recommend them to anyone with laptop issues !

Almost a perfect laptop repair. Took in a dead laptop and they quickly diagnosed and replaced a dead CMOS battery for a very reasonable price. Only thing they forgot to do was reset the date. Took me a little while to discover it but once I did everything is perfect. I will go back if I need additional computer repairs.

I was dissatisfied in their cost and lack of an honest appraisal of what I could expect when they finished recovering my data from a thumb drive.. When I expressed my disappointment at the final results, I was told “to have a nice day” in a facetious tone of voice when I left their place of business. Later, I suggested a negotiated settlement that I thought was fair for the actual service rendered, but they did not want to accept it. So now I’m an unhappy customer and have no other recourse but to let others know what happened. Furthermore, they could not provide the thumb drive they worked on when they were finished, which the Owner admitted was against their own company policy, and it prevented me from taking any other action with other companies in order to try to recover the data.I was pleased to get a call saying they recovered 4.3GB of data, which sounded like the right amount of information on the drive. I was happy to hear this and I was told that the file names were no longer available in their original names, but I could open each file and rename it as appropriate. I told them this would be tedious, but saving the data still made the effort worthwhile. As I left they asked if I wanted to take the old thumb drive with me. I asked if there was any reason to keep it since they recovered the 4.3GB I was expecting. They said they had recovered everything on it, and it was corrupted, so there really was no use to keep it and they offered to dispose of it for me. I told them that since they recovered my data, they could throw it out if they wanted. When I later found out that the 4.3GB of recovered data was useless, they checked to see if they still had my thumb drive,, but said that it was thrown out because I didn’t want it, which I learned later from their Owner that this practice is against their own company policy. They are always supposed to return old or damaged parts as they are the property of the customer.I expressed my disappointment at the results and was told there was nothing more that could be done and, quite literally and facetiously, to “have a nice day” as I walked out the door. I was not having a nice day and I was annoyed by them making this facetious remark that was disrespectful to me. They seemed to think that my lack of technical knowledge on this subject was amusing to them, but it was not funny to me. I hired them because they were the experts that I thought I could depend on.My problem is that I feel that I did not receive a fair appraisal of the situation and that I was taken advantage of. I was told early on that they would recover what they could, but they left out the part that the “sectors” of an older thumb drive would probably prohibit any meaningful access to the data.I expressed my concerns to the Owner and explained that I was very disappointed and felt like I was taken advantage of. I suggested that we negotiate a settlement that would refund a portion of the fee I paid, and I would accept this as a bad lesson learned. He feels, on the other hand, that he did everything he promised and that he didn’t feel that I was due any consideration for being an unhappy customer. I disagree and offered an amicable settlement to avoid writing a negative review. I felt we both were at partial fault in the way things turned out and hoped we both had a learning experience. I learned a technical lesson and they should have learned how to better serve and treat their customer’s interests.I suggest being very careful dealing with this company and asking lots of questions before you commit your property to them. I know that I will never set foot in their business again and that is probably fine with them. It was a tough lesson learned on my part. I’m just lucky that the amount was relatively small in the big scheme of things. Lesson learned on my part, so be careful.

Took my hard drive over that morning, he was able to save my data and returned my hard drive in time to post my video. Excellent work and great turnaround.
