We liked this place! Parking spaces are too close together though.

If you dont want to work then dont! If you have no clue as to what you are making then ask for help! Also lose the attitude like I said if you dont want to work then dont! Just wasted 10 bucks drinks were so bad I walked back in and handed them back and told them they were disgusting and walked back out. Thats it for this place!!

Franchised owned if you have a problem they wont care or get back to you. Coorporate requested for them to get in touch with me supoosedly they were but that nevered happened! They dismissed serving my child a paper sleeve inside his ice cream cone!

It was okay, theyre partnered with Dunkin donuts, theyre mocha isnt sweet at all, even when I asked for extra chocolate it just made it chalkly. They were very patient with us though, which I give them 4 stars for.

I have visited this location several times and each time that I have been they have not had mint chocolate chip. Yesterday I took my in-laws and was very disappointed that they did not have chocolate, vanilla or mint chocolate chip ice cream (again!). They selected pistachio and almond ice cream but waited until we arrived at our destination to eat their ice cream only to find that it was not any good. You could see that it was freezer burned. It looked like it was curdled and it had a gritty texture. My father-in-law tasted it and said that even the almonds had a plastic texture. Had we not been a good distance away I would have driven back to return it. I made an attempt to call them to let them know about our order but no one answered the phone. Very disappointed and doubt I will return to this location.

They were out of almost all cones and then very confused about the order.... not a good experience by any means!

I have gone to your store three times in the last two weeks. I go for your delicious chocolate ice cream on a sugar cone. I have never been to an ice cream parlor that did not have chocolate ice cream. Three times. What is the problem.

Just moved from New England, its awesome to have this Dunkin in Texas!

Ill give them an A for effort. I ordered something they didnt have and they were more than accommodating with making a substitution. Aah, the joys of having to order off of an app before you get there. No worries, theyll get my business another time and Ill call the store to verify that they have what I want.

Poor customer service by what seemed like a bunch of teenagers. Had to speak with 3 different employees just to get info about which flavors they had available. On top of that I couldnt even hear what they were saying since they continued to giggle the entire time while telling me what they had. Overall employees seemed indifferent about interacting professionally with me.

Closes at 9PM everyday, fix your website and window hours

Ive been gong to this location for 30 years since I was a kid. It had the same owner for 50 years and she was the nicest lady ever. She recently sold the franchise but it still has the same great service with a smile.

Overall, the ice cream at the shop was light and refreshing, though less creamy than I prefer my ice cream to be. The candied grapefruit had real grapefruit bits, which I appreciated. The matcha was not sweet at all, and even though Im a match purist, this could have benefited from a little more milk and sugar in it. Expensive ($8) for a small double scoop. Little Giant is still my favorite ice cream spot when it comes to friendly service and generous portion sizes!

Im not sure if this is a temporary issue due to new COVID procedures, but I would avoid this place if youre looking to get ice cream, or quality customer service. According to the teenagers taking turns at the drive-thru (yes, I spoke to a couple different kiddos just while trying to place an order), this Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins hybrid DOES have ice cream available, but good luck gaining access to it. All of the giggling and detached-sounding voices we dealt with during the experience has me questioning the sobriety of these employees, but well chalk it up to immaturity that made me drive off empty-handed.

My husband, daughter and I went in on a Friday night for a late night family treat. We knew that theyd be closing soon so we only sampled a couple flavors and quickly selected our treats. Johnathan was taking care of us, he gave us the BEST service I have ever had! He was kind, polite and generous! He treated us like we were his family, even though it was late and Im sure he was tired. Not only did he take fantastic care of us, he was kind of everywhere. He came over to the register and fixed a mistake another employee made with another customer, he was answering the drive threw calls, and even made a couple of orders himself, all with an incredible smile on his face. The world needs more people like this man! Fantastic service sir, thank you so very much! My family and I will be back!! Who knows maybe this will become our Friday night tradition!!

This location called the police because they didnt want to give a name for the person who refused to serve food during posted hours. The manager obviously had no concerns about the store as at closing time the only people there were minors. Ill be in contact with corporate. Im surprised that the store doesnt have a better management staff... its Dunkin doughnuts to after all

My order was placed at 8:49pm. I didnt receive my ice cream until 9:20pm. I was their only customer. No one in the lobby. No one in drove through. The girl told me that their supplies were frozen for the next shift. They gave me two stale donuts for my wait30 minute wait for two over priced sundaes. I will not be returning.

Sadly the employees know nothing about how the online specials work. It’s clean that’s a plus... they just need more knowledge.

Went at 8 pm because the site says open until 10. Unloaded all 3 of my children, ages 5 and under, just to walk around to the entrance and see that the lobby is closed for cleaning. Im not sure why youd clean and close down a tiny lobby that shouldnt take more than 5 minutes to mop, during business hours. Will be going to mable slab down the road from now on.

With all the froyo spots around, sometimes you feel the need to go old school, and this place is here for you with the bubble gum ice cream or peanut butter chocolate that tastes the same as when you were a kid.

I went to place a order for a ice cream cake 24 hours in advance (the requirement) as girl was taking my order she said you need it tomorrow, our manager is on vacation and I have to call and ask her....She calls back to tell me her manager says no, but can make it Tuesday. My daughters birthday was Monday, not Tuesday.If I ordered it online and paid for it, I would of been screwed, thankfully I called location to order.This location needs to learn customer service.NASA location took care of me, if less than 24 hours notice, after wasting time on this place.

Went for doughnuts and coffe at Dunkin.Dont waste your time better cheaper doughnuts at Kroger across the street.Yes, grocery store doughnuts are better. Doughnuts cold stale and expensive.Coffee old and luke warm.

Fresh ice cream should never have freezer taste. This had freezer taste. Pretty bad.

I was disappointed that there was no pumpkin cheesecake, but the lemon custard was delicious! The young lady that took care of us was very friendly and pretty.

I usually go here to get hand pack butter pecan ice cream but today I went and try the Banana Split which was so nasty oh my God they over did it with chocolate syrup and I didnt like it at all it was so nasty I had to throw it away I start gagging from the taste of it ugghhh. I wasted my money $6.79 when I got home I called and asked to speak to a manager they have no manager on duty just the girls that was working inside so I asked her how can I talk to someone about getting my money back she tells me I have to call back tomorrow to talk to a manager look like a manager should be on duty but then she proceeded to tell me about thats how they fix it. Everybody dont like all that thick chocolate syrup but nevertheless I wont go there again to get the banana split Ill stick to my hand pack butter pecan ice cream so...... I give them a one-star the services was not great they took too long with my order through drive thru what a waste of time on a Tuesday I am peed off about wasting my money on something so nasty and have my stomach so upsetting.

I write this as I sit in front of the building where I was told my drinks would be brought out to me. Ive been waiting here for 10 minutes and that doesnt count the 5 minutes before I was told to pull around front. I had two cold drinks. Thats it. Saying Im irritated is a huge under statement. Ugh! I will not be coming back. Its worth driving the extra mile for Starbucks.
