Great place and very pleasant owner. We got a little of everything here. The donuts are good here, the macaroons are very good.The over the top item here are the breakfast tacos. One taco is enough to fill anyone up, great meats and toppings to put in it also.Definitely a great value, $4 for a healthy size half pound taco with awesome flavor.I really enjoyed it and the polite conversation with the owner.

I’m sorry but this is an establishment that I do not plan on coming back to. Donuts holes were dry, stale tasting and barely glazed. They appeared like the glaze was old. It was flaking off. Plain sausage kolache breading was dense. I can’t believe I paid $1.69 for donut holes and they are gross 😤

We moved to a new home and this was a place I saw that had good reviews. First time there collected some breakfast croissants and a box full of donuts. It’s was all good! I have been back probably 4 more times and each time (no exaggeration) the donuts tastes like “last weeks” donuts! They were hard, dried out and the filling was hard. So I gave it a go thinking maybe they will be better next time. NOPE! Despite the reviews 1 out of 5 times was a good experience. I would not recommend this place. Go to down the street!

This place is a fantastic find, especially coming from out of town. The owner is absolutely delightful and knows each of his returning customers. The donut holes are to die for, you have to heat them up! We LOVED the breakfast tacos (which are actually more burrito sized!) they are absolutely huge and great for the amount you pay for. I didn’t have any kolaches, but I’m sure they were just as fantastic. Highly recommend!

Visiting from out of state so I ordered delivery. Generous cream and sugar, the jalapeno kolache was great.What I didnt expect was being so impressed with something as simple as a glazed donut. It was amazing! Up home we have dunkin, Tim Hortons and a local bakery but they dont compare the donuts here! It was perfectly glazed and dough was slightly chewy, not overdone and not under done. Hard to describe but Im floored at how I can be so impressed with such a simple thing. Kudos! Im here for a couple more days and will be back, may even buy a dozen to take on flight home. Did I just type that? Take glazed donuts 1200 miles?Yeah, that good.

Cant beat the smiling faces when you enter the store. Even with masks on you can tell hes smiling ear to ear. And thier breakfast tacos are huge and yummy!

PAY ATTENTION TO YOUR CREDIT CARD RECEIPT VS. THE CASH REGISTER RECEIPT. My wife has been going to this place every Saturday for the past several months. This morning after the lady ran my wifes credit card for her purchases, my wife noticed a Service fee on the credit card receipt that she signed and was given a receipt from the register (not a credit card receipt). The credit card receipt that she signed and gave back to the lady that included the service fee was a higher amount than the receipt she was given pulled from the register. She immediately brought this to the manager/owners attention and he said that the service fee is to pay for the credit card fees at the end of the month because its very expensive to his business when so many customers are paying with credit card these days. He told my wife that they have been charging a Service fee for several months and apologized to her that she hadnt noticed it until now. He said if she wouldve paid with cash then she wouldve been charged the amount that was on the receipt from the register (the lower amount) vs. the receipt from the credit card machine. My wife came home feeling disappointed. My wife and I are ALL about supporting the restaurants and the local mom and pop shops, especially at this time during this crisis going on. Me being a CPA and my wife owning her own business understand the credit card percentages and how it can become costly. However, we feel that this type of service is deceiving. Also, the Service fee (credit card fee) was more than 3% giving this place an additional profit. My wife and I feel that honesty is the key to customer satisfaction. We hope that this review will help this business make the right decisions going forward.

With their drinks for Covid 19 not sealing or covering food. Not wearing gloves. The guy touches his nose with his gloves and grab customer food. Completely disgusted. Not sanitizing tables play with money get your food with the same gloves. Completely nasty. Go to Shipley you would be safe. They dont change their gloves. Completely nasty. I placed an order for delivery. It arrived missing an item. I called them to see about getting that part of order and because they were too busy and they didnt know what to do about it their solution was to order again and I pay for missing item a second time including delivery fee and tip. And they would just give you a second one I will never order from here again due to the poor customer service. Now l wouldnt have been so upset if it were something for myself missing but it was for one of my kids. If I could rate 0 stars I would have!

Best Kolaches and Donuts in League City by far! Staff are friendly and make you feel at home. Breakfast tacos are a great deal and just as good as the other stuff there. You can tell the owners take great pride in their food, it really really shows in the taste. Do yourself a favor and try it out if you havent!

So many exotic flavors!! They even have sugar free options which tasted just as sweet (dont know how they did that). I ended up getting Thai tea and Rocky Road which were okay (not too special).

This is a great friendly local business that earns its stars. The crew went out of their way to ensure great service. The apple fritter was just the right consistency and cinnamon flavor. Not greasy and parts of it melted in my mouth. My son enjoyed his kolache and half my fritter. Definitely worth a return trip.

Kolaches were almost as good as the apple fritter.As I sat down in the car to leave, there was an employee already wiping down the table we were at.Better get there early if you want to sit. Best breakfast tacos! Everyone is custom made at the time of the order. And theyre huge, even the small. The owner is super friendly and always takes time to chat. And he spoils my boys, too. Awesome prices in the breakfast tacos makes this a weekly stop for us. Just awesomeness and Im glad this is close to home for us!

My favorite donut/kolache/breakfast taco shop. The dining area is clean and organized. All baked goods appear very fresh, and as they never have the exact same selection I get the impression they bake things daily! Breakfast tacos are cooked to order right in front of you, and small tacos can easily feed two. The atmosphere is always cheerful, which helps as the place can get busy. Lines never take too long, and it smells wonderful in there so time passes quickly. Parking is fairly abundant in the lot and there are two convenient entrances from FM 518. A+ establishment.

My first visit here was enough for me to realize how great the customer service was. I was in here for mother’s day and they gave me a free donut with my meal! The staff was extremely nice and welcoming. Highly recommend!

The large breakfast tacos are made to order and are very big! We tried one of his beef fajita tacos as well, and were not disappointed. Generous with ingredients. The tacos are pretty much like burritos. The owner was really nice. I didn’t really like the donut selection but I did go at 1030am so maybe all that was left were leftovers. The breakfast tacos are awesome.

Went here today to get some macaroons that I crave for the longest time. Was searching for macaroons near me and boom this place popped up and was reading the reviews before I went. So much freebies when I got the macaroons. The owner is super nice and would definitely come back for more.

Make sure you check what your paying if you use a card check recipes each one will say something different. The foods not good over priced and their energy drinks are $5.. money hungry buissness my total with tax was 6.88 on one recipe the next said 7.10 the one to sign and they hit my back for 7.15 I see all these good reviews but I feel something is off here.

This place has HUGE tacos that are packed with flavor. Their donuts are excellent and the owner is so nice, youll feel like you are eating inside his home instead of a restaurant. I found this place driving back home from Galveston, but I will definitely be back the next time I am out there again.

Friendly and fast service

They have the best breakfast tacos. They are very generous with proportion. The taco shell is so full you need a plate to get every bite. There is a wide variety to choose from so if you don’t like tacos you’ll have plenty to choose from. The people working there are very friendly saying hi as soon as you walk in the door. Very good customer service. I do recommend everyone trying this place out.

The owner is super friendly and hospitable, their glazed donuts taste fresh warm and sweet. They werent too heavy on the glaze, just the right amount. Also got a really nice introduction to The Kolache, which I did not realize was a culinary specialty. definitely coming back!

We got there at noon, 30 minutes before closing. Everyone was friendly and helpful. We ordered two breakfast tacos and they were delicious. I was excited about the macarons because of the reviews on Yelp. We got four of them and were extremely dissatisfied with the quality. They were freezer burned and the lemon tasted like jalapenos. They gave us a free serving of donut holes for ordering the macarons and they were quite good.Nice and clean, no parking issues and reasonably priced. Other than the macaron debacle we were satisfied and will return.
