Awful. AWFUL SERVICE.. rude owner. Love Shirleys and this store is not a good representation of the Shirleys brand. The owner literally threw the bag of donuts in my face after he had gotten the order wrong and slammed the glass window. Will not be visiting again.

Its a chain donut spot around Houston. Nothing to write home about other than the coffee was really good. I’d go back for coffee but there are better donut shops in the area.

This Shipley donut is my go to place every other weekend! Always have hot glazed in the morning and you can’t go wrong with their chocolate iced and chocolate filled! Their pigs in a blanket are pretty good too if ya get the ones with cheese and jalapeños!

Let me just say, BEST DONUTS IVE EVER HAD!!!! My brother and I have traveled to try different donuts. I tried a cherry iced glazed and a cream filled glazed. The cream filled is a light marshmallow kind of flavor. So light and fluffy. He had a coconut iced and a blueberry cake. I was stunned by the blueberry.

Literally the most amazing experience, walked in and it smelled like just freshly made baked goods. And the whole energy when I walked in and the cleanliness. It was amazing literally hands down.

Very helpful staff. They open quite early and the variety of doughnuts and kolaches is remarkable.

Fresh and delicious. Line was long for drive through, but I walked in and out in 3 minutes. Great!

Didnt get everything we ordered, which wasnt a lot, and what we did get tested like it was made in old oil.

Always a great place to get kolaches and donuts

Shocked because we experienced a total fail this morning with this location. Ordered several kolaches and they all had hard bread like they were over heated in the microwave! Yes, all the donuts were great, but those kolaches were ruined...

Very nice place. Very friendly staff. Donuts fresh all the time. Good prices on dozens and half dozen. My kids love it.

Check your expiration date, my wife took my kids to get donuts and milk today and the milk they gave her expired last month. When she asked for a differnt one the man handed her another expired milk. They had no plain milk that wasnt expired. They did find some chocolate milk that was still good

I went to this LC Pkway store last Monday at 12:40. Lights were on including neon “Open” sign. Driving past the front there appeared to be little activity inside but lights were on and it was for sure during published hours. So I continued to the drive-through, driving over the cable that alerts employees they have a drive-through customer. Nobody would come to the window and so I knocked on it several times but employees in front continued to ignore.In this pandemic you’d think they’d be encouraging drive/through customers.After being ignored over 5 minutes I just left and went to my old donut store across the street.Sad employees care so little about the business.

The 3 times I’ve gone to this particular location in the mornings the Donuts have been cold like they’re a day old. People that work there are not friendly either.

Everything was fine. I just wish they had hot ot warm donut holes without me having to ask.

The dozen donuts were cold and had no icing. The wrong shipleys was chosen.

The employees here are always kind and work quickly to put my order together.

Bad food bad customers service

Hardly any filling in any of the filled donuts. Waste of money! 😔

Been to this location several times and will not be back. The service is always lousy the girl at the window is so rude. I had to bring a strawberry milk back because it was already opened as if they opened it to check to see if it was still good. When I returned the woman who was not at the window asked the window girl in Spanish ‘what does she want?’ You shouldn’t have such a terrible attitude with your customers. Maybe they play favorites judging by other reviews but they will never get any more of my business

Love this location. The food is always good, store is immaculately clean, and customer service is great. The afternoon person is awesome.

Difficult to get to during peak hours traffic. Its on the other side of the road. Donuts were good as Shipleys are! Just wish the individual who served me focussed on processing my order instead of the personal conversation she was having with her coworker. I had to wait for her to finish the conversation.

The only reason to stop here is to get my doughnut hole fix about once every four months. Hot, fresh, soft, melt in your mouth heavens goodness. Think Ill have to go get some now.

Hadnt eaten here in a couple years however husband stopped and got kolaches and I tried the jalapeno kolache. Lets just say did not taste the same from a couple years ago and I will not be going back. Hope your experience is much better.

I bite into a Kolache from this store and all the sudden my mouth started burning. The older guy at the window gave me jalapeno instead of regular. Beware either they cant read or dont care.

Super disappointed. When I heard they were building a shipleys near my house I was super excited. This shipleys doesn’t even compare to the one on 518. I tried to give it another shot this morning and I got a chocolate milk that was spoiled (January 2009!!!) and 2 cold hard kolaches. I will NOT be returning here.

Every time I go here the prices are different. My order is rarely right, the boxes the donuts come in are just lazily taped and not actually closed, quality is usually not the greatest either. Service is horrible. Not a fan. I’ll drive a little out of my way to go to the older one.Gave it another chance recently, home girl just bare handed my order. Mask on and everything, like I don’t know if your hands are clean lady. I doubt it.

We just mobed to this area and were very impressed.So many options! And they were way cheaper than the donut shop we had been going to.

I just left that place is discussing the way the employee talk to her clients, they use to have a very nice latino lady, this new woman who knows why she is so rude, my family and I will never comeback again!! We don’t like rude people here in our community and this new woman that Shipley Do-Nuts have put here is not the right fit for a family community, they need to get her out of here in the middle time we won’t come back !!!

Just bad customer service. Dont order a drink here, theyll get it wrong; had to throw out my order and stop somewhere else, it was so bad.

This is the worst Shipley donuts I’ve been to. Very Bad customer service. They messed up my order and refused to take full responsibility. The manager was rude and has bad communication skills. He even had the nerve to threaten to sue me if I left bad reviews. I guess that says it all!

Shipley Donuts are pretty consistent across the various locations. We came early on a Saturday morning and the person in the drive through must have ordered a huge amount as we waited behind them for a few minutes before giving up and going inside to get our food. The kolaches were good, not too much bread. The cake and regular donuts we had were both good as well. All in all a pretty standard fare and exactly what I expect. I do wish Shipleys locations carried chocolate iced cake donuts, but thats not super common. Im sure Ill be back to this location again.

Shipley Do-Nuts is the greatest do-nut institution on the planet, it makes all the Cambodian do-nut places taste like junk. This place specifically has very nice people working here and it is fast

Been coming since they opened. Food quality is 5/5. Customer service leaves much to be desired 3/5. The value is typical of all doughnut places. Never been to the restroom but the dining area is usually clean. Love the convenience of the drive thru.

They have a drive thru and plenty of tables inside! Everyone working there is great. They really want to make sure you walk away happy. Not to mention the restrooms are clean and spacious.

Always liked Shipley. This particular store seems to have occasional problems with fresh products. Hope they work the kinks out.

Just went thru the drive thru for a couple of sausage and cheese kolaches (my favorite.) Upon arrival, I waited a couple minutes which isnt a big deal, but when no one came to the window I backed up to activate the bell. When I returned to the window I wasnt greeted I was immediately told by the lady that she was with another customer and that she is the only one working in the afternoon. Said I didnt know that. She then proceeds to stare at me blankly because Ive obviously upset her and asks me if there is a problem. Said nope, just want two sausage and cheese kolaches. I didnt come there to discuss the schedule and the labor concerns in regards to afternoon business, I just want the food. She never said hello or anything. So maybe give her some help or tell her that the customers indirectly are the reason she has a job.

Very nice customer service

Terrible customer service. The lady working the counter never smiled or said thank you. After we ate I took my son to the restroom and she was in there on the phone for over 15 min! I had to take him into the men’s room. When I needed to use the restroom a few min later to clean up my daughter, another employee was in there for another 10 min! The donuts were cold and stale tasting. We used to love this location, it’s gone down hill from what I can tell. Sad. We won’t be back.

Went in at 9:30 am on a Monday. Customer Service was great! Ordered a dozen glazed. The lady went to the back to get the donuts. Got in the car, opened my box of donuts and was disappointed they were ice box cold and wet. Ughh. I will not be going back

Employees could be friendlier. Open for a few months and they still cant figure out what they are doing and they dont even greet you. They act like your an impositions.
