They respond, quickly which is great customer service! Usually its a good place to stop for necessary items but it can be crowded after work.

Good selection and wide aisles. Check out lanes move fast. Produce always look fresh. Staff is always nice and ask if you need help.

Grocery pick up is subpar. Two different pick up orders were missing items I was charged for. When I called to speak to the manager about the issue she was unsympathetic, unwilling to accommodate a solution and was rude. I will not be shopping here anymore

This is a huge grocery store! Very clean and well stocked. The staff is always helpful and friendly. The produce is very fresh with a diverse variety. Wonderful bakery with a wide variety of bread and desserts. They have an ever increasing selection of prepared meals. Highly recommended.

Love this place, affordable grocery shopping. I mostly get my energy drinks from here. Monsters, Rockstar, NOS.... Etc always at a cheap price. Also Kroger products is amazing and affordable. Great place!

Opens at 6am, thats a big plus. Have just about everything you would need. Well stocked and in store coupons.

Even though the state of Texas is back open for business this Kroger still requires people to wear masks. Luckily, theres an H.E.B. right across the street that appreciates individual freedom, where I will be shopping from now on.

I’m not a huge fan of Kroger, but I recently went to HEB to have a cake made. They were really rude about writing what I wanted on it so I came here instead. The cake I ordered was amazing. It was so cute! I’m not sure who actually decorated it, but it was everything I asked for and more! It also tasted really good which is important. The staff here was happy to write what I wanted and they were so friendly. I will definitely be ordering all of my cakes here from now on!

They never have enough checkers and its like theyre trying to push you into the self-checkout area because they dont want to have or pay enough checkers.

I have been shopping at this location all through this pandemic, and the employees have always been respectful, helpful and have treated me nice even though Im not wearing a mask. I usually shop the hour before they close so Im not around a lot of people. The other night I had been there for almost 1.5 hours, interacted with multiple pleasant employees, and had no issues. As Im checking out, Im confronted by an employee telling me I have to wear a mask and exemptions dont matter. She said either order online or you cant shop at MY store. She said she has to look out for her customers. I said Im a customer too, and she bolted away and had someone else cover the self checkout area. If this is how customers will be treated, then Ill shop at HEB right across the street where they have never discriminated anyone.

The manager lady who worked Aug 13 2020 about 10pm was very rude to me. I cannot wear a mask due to medical issues so I purposely went an hour before they closed when I knew it would be empty. There was no one within 30 feet of me anywhere. But she came up to me and told me I cannot shop there without a mask. I explained I have a medical condition and that, as she could see, there was hardly anyone in the store so I could easily social distance, and that I waited until late at night to come in when nobody would be around. Still she told me to leave. All this time, her mask was below her nose. I also noticed the few shoppers AND employees walking around either had their masks below their nose OR they had them down around their necks! Yet I was being refused essential items I needed, like food. I explained the governors orders even state if you can social distance or have a medical condition you dont need a mask. She didnt care. Terribly discriminatory. I have exclusively shopped there, but now I will go to walmart because they dont discriminate. Kroger will get no more of my money.

I love Krogers, but when you change hours can you please change them on here...I just got there what I thought an hour and 10 min early nope I had 10 min to shop...Them 2 more cars pulled in because they thought you closed at 12 so I told them before they made a waisted trip to the door

This Kroger is the best. Helpful workers who spot you a mile away lost and go out their way to help you find what you need. The bakery might I add is fantastic. Fresh cakes, pies and bread all for a good deal. If your mouth is watering come check the best bakery around town out. You will not be disappointed.

Well kept store, very comprehensive GHBC selection on top of grocery. Produce, deli, bakery all very well kept, very obviously cared for. Attractive, complex displays. Meat section well designed but not kept up over business day.Cashier engagement needs work.Beautiful store in a good location.

Worst place to be employed. Kroger in general is the worst place to be employed. Karen the District H.R. has a lot of issues with character deformation towards other employees. Its always a great idea to have the facts before falsely accusing a specific persons of things that they did not do or dont even know what youre talking about. If you investigate one person in the pharmacy, every employee in the pharmacy should be investigated. Including all pharmacists and fill in pharmacists.

Was told I cant shop in here cause I didnt have a mask cause I cant breath with it on an cant have things on my face. She was very rude, so I left an told them wont shop here again and said okay to me. She didnt care I cant wear one

I have been shopping on and off at this store for 7 years. Always had a friendly experience, reason I am not giving just 1 star, until today. My mother and I received rain checks for a product that they did not have during a sale and could not keep on the shelf. Today we went in to cash in on those. I asked a lady named Alicia in the meat department acted like I was inconveniencing her for asking for someone in receiving to help. I told her I was told to ask if the product was not on the shelf. She then scrutinized my rain check and asked 3 or 4 times how many I needed, I stated 8 please. She leaves and then the main store manager came to us and got snotty about it and I showed him the rain check and said I just need the 8 please. He goes well if you are going to act like that, I refuse to help you, even though I used please and thank you. He was extremely rude, lacked customer service skills, and might as well have been a teenager just trying to get through his shift. Very RUDE experience today at this location

Alexia in the floral department helped me feel at ease as she offered much help, guidance, and conversation as she filled balloons for me. She was very friendly and made getting last minute items for my sisters bridal shower stress free and simple. She helped me find the exact color (Periwinkle) I needed after Amazon had let me down. She even bagged my filled balloons and helped me load them into my vehicle. I highly recommend utilizing their services should you need party supplies/suggestions/tips. No substitute for brick and mortar service. Thank you for helping me make the party a success!! :)

It was a learning experience.I tried the scan tool at the store for the first time. The employees were really helpful in explaining everything and how to do the vegetables. Had to sack all my own stuff but it didnt take that long to do and I didnt have to wait in line.I hate lines!

Excellent (almost new) very large supermarket. One shortcoming --- in my view --- is the meat section were you get to talk to a live person, select what you want and say how youd like it to be cut --- that section is rather small for such a large establishment. Otherwise I have no complains whatsoever.

One of the nice Krogers Ive been to. A lot of variety; I really like the cheese and sides selection to serve with wine they have next to Bakery section. Once had to return an item and didnt have any problem. Fast checkout usually. They can improve kosher and international sections though.

Parking lot full of baskets and half the lights arent working. Been like this both times I have visited this week. Also they added a new entrance that is open till nine oclock but dont bother using it because they never have a register open to check out. To top it off the only way to pay for the groceries u want is to self check out... Wonderful !This location has always been sub par in my opinion. Only reason I come here is for the Kroger brand cookies and pizza at which my family like. Never shop here when I am actually buying groceries for the week and spending two hundred plus!HEB across the street ten times the customer service and always willing to help in any way they can.Added bonus... HEB has zero self check out spots, they care about their customers, always check you out, and offer carry out service to your car.Take notes Kroger !!!!

Always loved Kroger and am loyal to them despite HEB being a well respected and high quality Texas company. This location in particular has always been great to me. The selection is great and the staff is awesome. They are very quick to keep in stock and were 24 hr for a long time which was perfect when I used to work nights and weekends.

This is not the first time the employees are hoarding the cleaning supplies how do I know I made a comment to a Kroger emploo that I would love to have a can of LysoL and then pulled one out from under her register thanks but not sure how cool it is

I like Krogers and have shopped there for many years. I have been a faithful shopper. I would like to see them improve their fresh Seafood Department as I have had some not so fresh seafood few times in the past year. I would also like to see them improve their checkout lines. It seems lately that there are not enough open checkout lanes available. When I have a full basket I really do not like using self checkout.

I rate this less than one star! I have shopped this Kroger location for more than 7 years. I used to enjoy visiting this Kroger, however, the last year or more the store is in steady Decline!The Trend seems to be hire less labor and offer less than sterling customer service.The self checkout lanes discourage the customer from experiencing Total Customer Satisfaction by suggesting you are Less Valued.This maybe a business Trend, unfortunately it is hampering customers from receiving the attention it requires and deserves to maintain a loyal customer base.Think before you Shop!

My family and I just moved here and were so happy to find such a nice grocery store close to our home. I love the friendly employees here. I love that they have a wide selection of gluten free foods for my extended family members who visit often. I was really pleased to find that they carry boars head meats and cheese at the deli counter. Overall this store is great and very clean every time I have been inside. One suggestion I would make is that they do a better job at keeping the carts outside wrangled up. Obviously some people would rather park their carts on your car instead of in the cart return and you cant fix those people.

Just wanted to say that the customer service I received today was well beyond my expectations! I spoke with Pete who quickly recovered a missing receipt I needed for an expense report for work. Seriously awesome service Pete!!

I have always liked Kroger. Its close to my home and very convenient. Its nice to know the layout of the store where you can run in and get what you need without running around a new store like HEB. I know where nothing is there. Everyone always friendly there. Keep up the great work!

Store opens at 6am. So you should come and shop early morning.

They rearranged everything and its hard to find things. The used to be a healthy section with gluten free and dairy free foods. Now you have to hunt all over to find gluten free items and things like pumpkin seeds. Frustrating to take twice as long to shop and even the employees cant find items.

Theyre listing shows 24 hours so I get there at 5:30 am, special trip to them, walk all doors and theyre closed. Sign in door says 6am yo 1am. Come on Kroger look at your own listing on Google please.

This is a five star Kroger, In a great area with great service. I come here all the time and there is always a manager in the front and the employees are rockin it. They get you through fast, they are polite and its also a clean store.

If youre not shopping there every week and checking out the prices youre missing out great place to shop

Love this Kroger. Newly remodeled. The beer/wine section is huge! Has indoor Starbucks too :) The employees are very friendly. Go on weekends and you can taste all of the product samples from vendors.

Im super unsatisfied with Kroger this store. And here is why:Today 2/27/18 I came to the store to buy a water 5Gal Primo water. And in that Kroger store they have Recycle Center for such big 5Gal and 3Gal bottles. Where you put that empty bottle and you have a coupon for $7.00 for purchase a new one but with water.So I put my empty bottle but no coupon/voucher came out. Maybe that machine run out of coupons or I dont know... Anyway I asked for help and Supervisor Israel came to talk with me. He says they dont care about it. He dont know anything about it. And he cant help me. He told me that I have to call them by myself and figure that out.Really ?!!!!I strongly think that they have to check what they sell. And how they sell it. Staff should know whats happen in their store. And THEY should solve such issues and call to that companies, not a customer.Now I lost $7.00 and I dont want to purchase anything in Kroger again.

Been shopping here before moving to the area. I love that I can usually get in and out w/no problem. Good quality products. Simple Truth is the Best. The Friendliest staff around.

Easy to get in and out and everyone is friendly. If they carry something just let the store manager know and he will have it the next time you go. You need to carry Blue Bell triple chocolate. Thats my favorite flavor all year round.

My preferred grocery story. Always friendly. Theyre always willing to fulfill special requests. The fresh fruit and vegetable section is well kept.

I really like shopping here. The staff is very friendly and they stock a wide variety of specialty items. I rarely have to go somewhere else to find an item Im looking for. Yes, it was a pain to shop during the expansion but the finished product is very nice. Love the cheese shop and the new bulk area.

We use click list there. Jimmy is the best. Always very thoughtful and a great asset to Kroger. We used HEB and they were just awful.

Good produce, but when looking the natural food, there just is not such an area.Too, this store does not have Crystal Geyser individual 16 ounce bottles. That is what I buy.

The people there are nice most of the time. They continually have a change in the work force so not everyone is the same but most of them are. And those that have worked there for some time are really nice.

The staff at this store is excellent however I wish they would stop moving the products to different places in the store and stop replacing my favorite brands with kroger brands.I also wish that they would be a little bit more consistent in their pricing you can never predict your budget when the prices constantly move up-and-down from day-to-day

My fave Kroger. I dont go often as its too far away from me but its large, has gourmet items and a good clearance section.

King Cakes was marked filled on box. After getting two they werent filled thru out the whole cakes. Beware of the king cakes at this Koger. We bought one from HEB and was 100% better.

First Kroger and this one had a huge selection of wine and beer. Otherwise very much like smiths. One stop shop and great location. Also close to walmart if that helps.

Huge plus for elderly, busy, handicapped and a variety of persons.Online coupons option available to add to your Krogers Card (Im told you cant combine coupons but can only confirm my experience).Con: I find the prices to be higher at the end of the day so usually shop off a list from their website & paper sale ads. This is the same case with all/most of my friends and family.Again, props on quality of produce!

This Kroger is HUGE and has everything you could possibly need! So much nicer than the one in Michigan by me.

Clean, big, just getting a little irritated I cant find a handful of items I use to be able to purchase. Most of the time the veggies are nice, this month, they havent looked so great.

I have an ongoing love hate relationship with this establishment. Frequently when an item is on sale, this store does not have the advertised product in stock. I have complained about this on numerous occasions and so have many of the other shoppers there. They also advertise lower everyday prices on numerous items. While it is true that they lowered their prices on a lot of items, on the flipside of that coin they raise the prices on other items that are frequently used.The one constant in the store that I can really appreciate is the pharmacy. The staff is friendly helpful and courteous. Their auto refill on prescriptions is a wonderful plan.

I make my own cold brewed coffee. Stopped in Kroger and their price for a box of dunk in donuts cold brewed coffee packets is $4.00 more than Wal-Mart!! That isnt a typo! Needless to say I left without making a purchase.

The store itself is fine but it makes me nuts for my groceries to be sacked willie nillie. I like my canned goods together, my frozen together, my produce together and especially my meat together. I had canned goods in with meat that tore the wrapping. Canned goods and hamburger meat iIn with my bread that smashed my burger buns. I would almost rather sack it myself.

This is a great store. I find everything I need easily and the employees are very friendly.

Sometimes the shelf stock is low or zero and you would think on the beginning of a weekend everything would be well stocked.

Management is not doing their job, leading to not enough staff. Im done, its only HEB from here on. Ive noticed this decline of quality and customer service and workers have a low moral of work or work ethic, probably due to bad management.
