Good selection on food. Have not bought anything I dont like. Thats for the off brands. I think sometimes they need to open a second register when it gets a little busy in there

Was waiting at Curbside for 1 hour and 20 minutes, and the manager (Megan) scolded me like a child, and said helping her load my groceries into my car would be the “more appropriate thing to do”. She then threw a temper tantrum and aggressively loaded the groceries up with little regard to them staying intact; yanked on my car door handle as hard as she could because she was upset I didn’t unlock my car beforehand.My girlfriend and I were on the phone with each other while she yelled at me, and were both baffled. When I asked for that manager’s name (because she didn’t have a name tag on), she threatened to report me to Shipt.

Five year anniversary going on now.Been here since it opened, even had young family members work there in the beginning.Mismanaged from day one and is still the case.Consistently out of product (not previous hurricanes or 2020 aftermath caused). Just simple poor inventory management. Constantly moves product for customer manipulation (logic is you see more product searching for your item in question). Produce section is periodically subpar, more often than market causing influences and, frequently plagued by gnat infestations.Although it is the most convenient grocery store location, we’ve finally started gravitating towards a competitor at a further distance.We’ve been Kroger customers for decades and it is a disappointment to find such a degradation in a “flagship” location however; we have been pleasantly surprised by a Texas based grocer that has, for the most part, been exceeding expectations. Their local support during hurricanes and 2020 far surpassed that of the Ohio based brand.

This Kroger’s needs better management in the curbside department!!!!Curbside is horrible here today I waited an hour + for an order and never once did anyone come and update me nor ask me if I needed anything. I had to call for an update and still was not given a solid answer about my orders status. The curbside employees are careless with loading groceries into the vehicle.The location is actually huge and if you go inside to shop it’s a great experience but curbside really needs to get it together!!!!

I love this location! The staff is friendly. The selection is great! I find things here that I couldnt at others. This is more my go to grocery store in the area! Love it!

I love Kroger as a whole but this store has to have some of the worst customer service. The employees stocking don’t take the time to actually listen and acknowledge you. The cashiers talk amongst themselves and I have to wait for their conversation to finish so I can ask a question. Cashier Darlene had to be one of the snarkiest ladies there. Don’t be in customer service if you’re going to be snarky with your customers.

I love shopping here, the customer service level is excellent. They offer to help you and staff is easily available in aisles if you have a question.

I love this store...was here on a visit from Florida, want to take this grocery store back with me. Huge store, soooo many items you would not expect to see in a grocery store...open late for last minute needs!!

I have been shopping here for a year and in the last couple of weeks, they have gone downhill. I utilize the curbside pick up weekly and today I have been waiting for 42 minutes and still waiting. Going inside is a nightmare. An all around disappointment. Theyre loading my groceries now and no apologies or explanation was made.

Nice selection, clean store. But self check out is overly sensitive. Was not an easy process at all. Myself and 2 others having constant issues and one associate needing to run back and forth. Even she admitted the self check outs were too sensitive. Then as I am leaving the cart locks up (electronic?) and needed to be unlocked with a waive if a wand. What was the point? The self check out watched me, saw everything was rung up and then a door stops me again? I was impressed with this location until check out. Not worth the hassle. I will go back to HEB.

This is a huge grocery store! Very clean and well stocked. The staff is always helpful and friendly. The produce is very fresh with a diverse variety. Wonderful bakery with a wide variety of bread and desserts. They have an ever increasing selection of prepared meals. Highly recommended.

Lately, meaning the past few months, service and product availability have drastically declined. Stuff is often out of stock, and self check aisles are way backed up with only a few staffed checkout lanes open. NO managers in sight. This place used to be an awesome place to shop, now Im often left wondering why Im not shopping down the street at HEB.

This store is no better than when it was off the Gulf freeway. Cant keep shelfs stocked. Saturday and no Milk really! Guess your store shoppers could care less about us shopping. Blocking half the isles and no manners! This store Im sure could make more money if someone knew how to manage this store and keep stock. So sad what poor management will do.

Hats off to management because they are doing a great job at keeping this store shopper friendly. My wife and I prefer this store to our local Texas City store where we live. The Kroger in Texas City Texas is deplorable. We would rather drive to the League City store than to shop at the TC store.

The grocery store is great but customer service is the absolute worst. Since I’ve been coming to this location and anytime there is an issue that requires going to customer service, the employees are extremely rude and non-apologetic. Management needs to do some in services on customer service

If youre looking for Excellent Customer Service then look to associates Tara And Kasey. On a busy Saturday, during the holidays, they searched the front and back of the store and found the Christmas mugs I was hoping to find. Thank You. Mgmt. should keep an eye on these two. The employees at this store has been a godsend. On a few occasions Ive need answers to a few questions I had at the time about Clicklist and Ive always recieved very knowledgeable assistants. Their employees have always treated me with Kindness and Respect. Krogers staff rocks!

My husband left his mask at home and we were trying to shop and didnt want to go back home so we asked if they supplied them and the outside employee told us we could get a mask at customer service. My husband waited outside and when I went in the customer service lady told me they were only for employees (I could see the box behind the desk) then she waved her hand towards the other side of the store and said I could buy one over there. I walked over to try and find the ones to purchase and could not. So I went back and she said near the pharmacy and pointed her hand that direction again. Not sure what the definition of customer service is to Kroger and the young girl behind the desk but they lost my business today we went to Target where they hand you a mask if you have forgotten yours.

This place has everything you need and more .from clothing, shoes, food,tools,its incredible. And the employees are awesome. Only been in the store 15 minutes and been asked if I need help. My new favorite store. Love it!!

This is a great store for a Kroger. They have lots of high end specialty foods and a great selection of wines. The produce department could use a little upgrading and the specialty cheese section isnt as good as other Kroger stores. The people are very friendly, and I have never had to wait more than a couple of minutes to check out. It is very convenient having the Starbucks inside the store. Their chicken nuggets are fantastic! Some of the other prepared foods are good.The prices are a little higher than other grocery stores, but it is a much nicer store, so that fits.

Let me start by saying merry Christmas Eve 🎄♥️I went to Kroger today and right at check out the entire system shut down. The entire grocery store was so incredibly busy.. humans in a rush and on a holiday well that usually doesn’t make for a pleasant environment! BUT let me tell you! Michelle the manager handled everything with such poise and grace. She was extremely kind and never stopped smiling! Customer service is always amazing here! Ty Michelle for not losing your Christmas spirit!

Great staff and inventory. Nice to be able to get home goods in addition to groceries at this store because I live a street over. Wish they wouldn’t let vendors bother customers fueling their cars. Repeatedly had aggressive sales staff try to sell car cleaner while I was on fueling my vehicle and trying to head home after. Being approached by strangers for money isn’t within a customer’s expectations in this neighborhood.

Best Krogers Ive been to. All sorts of things and. Great staff. There is one particularly nice hard worker named Elizabeth who is always busy but stops to hell. Would be a 5 but stopped being 24 hr store.

The ladies that are working in the deli are to be commended. Every time i come they remember me and ask about details of my life. Its very nice.

The prices were decent. The selection exceeded our expectations. We will be back and we will share the good news with others.

Very nice looking store. Only 4 ⭐s because I dont know the layout of the store since it was first visit. Overall, a really nice experience. Not often, but sometimes....I, actually, want to go back to a store to learn the layout to shop more efficiently with my time. This is one of those stores. One GREAT THING I LOVED about my visit was the fact the lines were getting longer and one of the ladies called people from other departments to come and check us out. She even notified us of other shorter lines that were moving quicker. Lastly, the signs on the end of the store near the Bistro for check outs saying About 15 Items to check out was waaayyyyy too cute.☺

We like Kroger vs HEB. Its more home like, product and prices always good. HEB is huge, but have the unique products. Prices and product also good.

Website and Google both say open until 1am. Apparently not and I was informed at 11:53pm that I have 7 min to exit. Btw getting medicine for my sick toddler. Spoke to gentlemen who was notifying the customers of closing and he responded he already knows but it’s above his pay grade so maybe someone above his pay grade will read this and correct your times.

The customer service is always great for me. The store is clean and I never have any problems finding anything or getting help if I cant. A great experience every time!!!

Store is great has a lot of products but customer service department is a rude and a complete joke. I stood behind a group of employees laughing and eating pie for a few minutes before anyone even acknowledged my presence. The story didn’t end there but I’ll just say this store needs to work on customer relations.

I have always loved this Kroger Marketplace, its my go to, me and my wife are FREQUENT customers, and I buy a lot of beer, I fancy myself a connoisseur of micro brew, as douche y as that sounds, and Dwayne, the beer guy there, he just went above an beyond to help me

Large grocery store that also carries clothing. I am surprised that the produce section is not as large or as good in quality as HEB. It does house a Starbucks, if thats your thing. Their sushi area is directly connected to a kitchen and they offer poke bowls to order.

This is hands down my favorite Kroger. The store is always nicely kept, staff is very friendly, large selection of goods, and wonderful fresh fruit. Theres typically great sales going on with the Kroger card (not a credit card just grants you the sale price and rewards you points which you can redeem toward getting cents off gallons of gas 100 points = .10 cents). The store is also located in a nice area and its easy to get in and out of.

They had everything I needed, including blankets. I got an amazing price on a beef roast. Checkout was fast and even though they were extremely busy, staff took the time to be friendly.

Clean, friendly, expanded selection. We drive 20 minutes to shop this Kroger. I have a close option, but it does not compare. I use both click list and shop inside. I am pleased with the friendly, professional experience of both.

Customer service center is run by someone who has no customer relation skills what so ever. Here is a new addition 5/18/18 this is for the deli if there was a way to put no stars I would. The old grey haired lady working the deli will not help you if you stand in line in an orderly manner waiting to place an order. Instead she will serve everyone else around you after she has already told you she will be right with you. Obviously you must be an equally old person # senior before she will help you. Obviously standing in line in order means nothing to this woman or the deli staff as a whole. Management needs to retrain their staff quickly.

This new Kroger Marketplace is a major improvement. The size and selection are impressive. Kroger Marketplace offers a large housewares and clothing selection I didnt expect. But they have also improved on the gourmet or more upscale selection of deli and specialty, import and special diet foods. That means the deli has a wide variety of foods like pre-prepared meals, sushi, import cheese and charcuterie along with specialty crackers and all manner of jellies and jams. The bakery at Kroger has always been good but here it is grand. The meat market is exceptional with an enormous selection of affordable prices. Really good deals on this stuff. Throughout the store the prices are mostly good. For some reason the beer and wine selection at Kroger costs a couple bucks a bottle more than HEB or Specs.

If you go to the right is the Pharmacy and shampoo deodorant soap etcTheir produce and deli and specialty cheeses are to the left of the store and beer and wine huge section are behind that and easy to get to .The bread is aisle next to wine behind that is your butcher with seafood and meats regular meat and cheese and butterIts a long walk to get to grocery section for eggs and milk which are back in cooler back right or a quick ingredient you might needThe dog and cat food and toys are back rightSecret clearance shelf too and cake and bread rack on saleCustomer service is good, but sometimes long check out line like WalmartsOpen until 1am if you read all this

Regular employees have no freedom to make the price right for the customer. Everytime a coupon doesnt scan I have to wait 10 to 15 mins. It should not have to take that long just to save a few bucks. You lost an extremely loyal customer

The store is always clean, well organized, and has a great selection. Its comparable to HEB, which Ive never said about another Kroger store before. I recently started using Clicklist and Ive been so happy! My review today was inspired by an employee named Odell. He brought my groceries out and apparently at the time my groceries were being shopped for they were out of celery. When he was going over substitutions with me he said, you know what, we might have gotten some celery in. Let me go back inside after I unload the groceries and Ill check on that for you.He came back with celery! That was definitely above and beyond and it made my day.

Would have given 5 stars but I dont like the self checkout and its the only thing available in the early morning. The staff is helpful and they all know where to find just about anything.

There is a large variety of merchandise, well laid out, large easy to navigate aisles that are well marked. It reminded me a little of Walmart. Enjoyed my shopping experience.

I love this Kroger because they have all sorts of things and actually really great close however I have noticed they dont have some things that other Krogers have. I guess thats because they have so many things they may have overlooked that make a Kroger great like jazz apples. This is the only Kroger that does not carry them that Ive ever seen

I have always been a Kroger shopper, so I was excited when this location opened, but its the worst. Parking is always terrible, you have to drive around in circles a few times to find a place to park. Almost every employee Ive encountrted here is rude and does not want to be bothered to help customers. Its really almost not worth the hassle in spite of the proximity to my neighborhood. I forget how bad it is and end up frustrated each time I shop here.

Good place to shop. Its overwhelming if you are not familiar with the set up but its clean and at least they have staff at the front end to check you out unlike the one further down 96 across from HEB.

So incredibly disappointed in this store. Comolete mismanagement is obvious. Low level workers doing their best while management is lazily walking around laughing with their friends in the store. It really is sad. I cemetery agree with the other comments talking about mismanagement during hurricanes and other disasters. At least I know everything is going to be on when this store still has gluten free stuff stocked but God forbid have other necessities that are all sold out. So happy organic stuff no one wants is still stocked when 2% milk us out of stock months.

I cant say enough good things about this place! From the expectant mother/ mother of young children parking spots to the excellent customer service, you will not find a better grocery store. Today I took my 4 year old daughter to get a few Valentine treats, and by the time we left she felt like a lucky princess. Everyone inside said hello to her, then she had a special friend help pick out a balloon for her and her brother. That friend also gave her a chocolate covered strawberry and showed her the ukulele player. Outside her balloon came untied from the string, which is the end of the world for a 4 year old. I drove to the Valentine tent at the back of the parking lot to buy her a new one, but an awesome worker named Brandon just replaced it for her. This Kroger has our business for good!

Store online hours say they close at 1 a.m. yet here I am at 12:30 a.m.and they are closed. Wouldnt have left my house and drove 15 minutes to get here if they would get their act together.

I love this Kroger location in League City. The relatively new store is very modern looking and has almost anything you would need or think of. It almost reminds me of a one stop for all stores and I appreciate the fact that everything is perfectly organized and everything is always clean.I stopped by this location last night (for the 5th time in a row) because the HEB off IH45 has been under construction for a while and I didnt feel like scouring the isles for basic necessities. HEB had been more of a hassle lately and I didnt enjoy the though of being irritated.This particular Kroger carries home goods, groceries and almost anything else you can imagine. The staff is younger and is always friendly, approachable and can usually answer any questions you may have. I guess that the only draw back would be that after 5 oclock on the weekdays, the traffic is terrible. Everyone is trying to get to the highway all at once. It took me about twenty-five minutes to get back to IH45 because of all the construction and congestion on the main road.With the negatives aside, I will definitely continue to shop here in the future due to man aspects. The curb appeal, the staff friendliness and the endless selections of food choices.
