I should preface this review with this: I have always received the best quality of care at SW at every previous visits and I have used their paints for 15 years. I am SUPER disappointed. I arrived at 6:11 pm knowing I was cutting it close to closing. I patiently waited for 13 minutes behind a party of 3 gentlemen and I noticed that the attendant was very attentive and even tried to save them 30%. When it was my turn to color match a very basic tan flat paint that I only needed one pint of, the attendant swiftly told me that because I had come so close to closing he wouldn’t be able to help me because he had the order (of a sample) of the gentlemen in front of me and the gentleman that arrived after I did, whose order he would also have to finish. He was very curt and short with me. I said I’d be glad to wait as long as needed and he said if I had arrived earlier he would’ve had time to color match. I immediately left and went to Home Depot. There, I was treated with respect, waited less than 5 minutes for the loan attendant to address my needs even though she was working on several other cans of paint and to top it off, I was back at home with the perfect match AND a smoothie before SW would’ve closed at 7:00. I am disappointed that the men were treated with urgency and respect at SW and that I was not. I am currently embarking on building my dream home that will be painted inside and out with a budget in the 5 figures. Sherwin-Williams will not see a penny of that.

This was my first time at any Sherwin Williams store. My first time buying paint not intended for crafting, in fact. I made a call to this location before coming in. I had A LOT of questions. Jennifer was SO helpful that even if I had another place in mind, I would have come back here. Once I arrived to this location, Jennifer continued to provide superb customer service. I have been there once more after my initial visit. I will be back again before the week is over and intend on solely using this store for my painting needs.There selection here was great, and they seem to have specials regularly. I got what I needed at a very reasonable price. I also signed up for the Sherwin Williams Loyalty program. Looking forward to more savings ;)This location is convenient to get in and out of and close to my home. I would highly recommend this location! :)

Great service. They took the time to ensure that I selected the right type of paint for my job and they even carried the paint out to my vehicle. Additionally, after having used the white door and trim gloss paint from Sherwin-Williams, I can tell you that I will never again use the low quality stuff from Home Depot again. Well worth the extra money!

Rude and not helpful. As a homeowner looking to paint their house. I am No expert by any means and was looking for advise on common types of finishes for ceilings, walls, trim, etc. My wife and I have been to this store on multiple occasions ready to buy gallons of paint and we have left with nothing. Trying to figure out the right types of paint is confusing for a DIY person. Surely a paint professional would have some advise? Guess not .

The employees were very helpful in helping us mix paint colors to achieve the look that we wanted. The store was very well laid out and very organized, and clean.

Good quality food, great prices! Friendly staff and owner. They are brand new and still getting organized, patience will pay off.

We bought a quart of paint to touch up the ceiling, bought the color and it was much lighter, I took it back for John (asst manager) to look at. He said something was off bc it wasn’t mixed right and told me he would do another and make it right for me at a heavily discounted price. Well, he did another one for me in a bent up can that was going to be inventoried out anyway an still charged me another $16. That’s not making it right, that’s selling me another can of paint in a crappy bent up can. I was excited to see a Sherwin Williams closer so I didn’t have to drive as far, but that was my first and last trip to that store, I’ll stick with Home Depot from now on. He was also training someone at the time and I know mistakes happen, but making it right should have been handled very differently other than me having 2 quarts of paint, only being able to use 1 at the tune of $32.
