Unfortunately they recently closed their shop permanently after 20 years of 5 star service.
Great work, very detailed and a fair price. It all went wrong when I asked him to explain the extra 45.00.I was told that he wouldnt have taken the job if he knew I was like that. Just like everybody in the world, I like to know what I am paying for. He went through the roof and told me to find another motorcycle shop.I never asked for a discount and paid the full price because it was a fair price. I just wanted to know.I got ran off!!
Always watch out for bad reviews. There are scammers out there that put up bad reviews, then call that company to get money from them to push down the bad reviews. The two bad reviews listed here are examples of this.I have been going to this shop for years, and have never had an issue. Honest, fair, competent and friendly. The owner/mechanic knows bikes like nobody else in the industry. Not only does he work on bikes, but I have seen him working on many other small engine repair jobs also. I have personally spoken with some of his customers and they are always happy and they are return customers without complaints. If you need to know something about a bike, you will not get any BS from this shop at all.
They do a good job with motorcycle repairs. Never have let me down.
They do not perform TX vehicle inspections on motorcycles even though Google listed them as an Inspection provider. Not trying to rate the company since I have no experience with them just warning folks not to waste their time if looking for inspection.
Friendly older couple, reminded me of my parents. Much better price than my local dealer. Called me several times about every small change in pricing, instead of ambushing me when I came to pick it up. Example: Valve stem for my tire $3.00.
Very friendly husband and wife. Well I think they are husband and wife. They have won my business from now on. Now to sweet talk them out of that beautiful hayabusa they have on the floor.
In my experience with this shop I concluded that Elson and his wife are thieves, in addition to completing work that was not required he wanted to charge me for welding a radiator cover that he broke while working on my bike. His huge concession to my inflated bill was to remove his labor cost for the welding repair, big favor, the repair of this alone is going to cost me $500. I dont care if he has been working on bikes for 40 years, he should own up to his failures. He need not worry I will repeat this post on every local blog I can locate. Now he refuses to take my call, that wont work, I will see these thieves again in court.view less
These guys are great.. I bring all my stuff here
Confirmed Idiots: They had no clue what a 530 masterlink was, when explained its the link to join a chain I was told that 530 is an uncommon size.... Even though every chain driven motorcycle manufacturer uses it.
