Absolutely horrible service!!!! They have no true unlimited high-speed Internet options for there customers anymore since dish took ownership of the brand but cant seem to remove the word unlimited from their promotional material. Do your self a favor and go with a alternative cellular provider that actually offers true unlimited data and offers what they claim rather then deceive there customers with misleading terminology!!!!!!Buyer Beware!!!!!!

Customer service slacking in this location. 2 employees, 1 customer a head of me. You do the math:(I struggle every time I come to the Leavenworth Boost Mobile location.

Great place and even better atmosphere. To be honest I was a little hesitant when I decided to get a new phone. But let me tell you what they made it easy to decide and even easier when I found out they use T-Mobiles network. Highly recommend trying out boost the employees there were awesome as well and very knowledgeable.

Poor customer service. The employee who was there tonight 1/7/2021 when my son asked him several questions showed an angry face, his eyes turned up and a deep breath like angry if he does not know how to work with customer service, should quit that job is for people who have patience and a lot of amiability. Good place, except when they allow your kid to use your card to purchase a new I phone and sign my name she had no ID. They would not return the phone 24hrs. Later.

Called the wrong Boost location, A whole state over actually, I don’t know who picked up, but that guy was extremely helpful. 10/10 would recommend

Me and my girlfriend switched from T-mobile to boost mobile and I have no regrets. The Sales Rep Gave us really good service & even showed us how to get free tv threw my phone. Very Happy I made the switch!

The guy working sun morning is not helpful went in there to see about service. he did not even want to try to show you phones or nothing. he was kind of rude. another guy before me had trouble with him too. i would of got a phone there but with service like that no way. i well go to cricket the lady in there was very nice and helpful. i well till people i know not to go to boost. this guy should be fired.

Loving my Stylo 5 I got from here. Sales Rep helped me get it for free. Ended up walking out with a new phone and a cheaper monthly rate.

The employees were very informative and very helpful with all my needs. They worked with me to get the best deal possible with a high quality phone Brand new Iphone 6s plus for 50 bucks.

Just moved to leavenworth, The sale rep there gave me the absolute hook up!!! on a iphone 7 +. I will definitely be getting my phones from this store from now on. highly recommend A+++++

I went in a while back to purchase a smartwatch and was unable to return it a few days later because they didnt want to and it was at their discretion. I understand that they have the right to do so but the smartwatch was in immaculate condition which I got it in. It was just a cheap off brand Android based smartwatch that was buggy and the screen responsiveness was appalling to say the least. The thing that really got me was how disrespectful the employee was during this whole fiasco. They will never get my service again and I hope other see this and choose elsewhere. As being a military veteran and being treated that type of way I hope the active duty military members on the base surrounding the area do not visit this establishment. Its been so long since Ive been there Im still so frustrated on how someone can get away with this when I tried to return the watch several times in the same box with the receipt.if I was able to I would rate this establishment a 0 out of 5 stars.Sincerely, a disabled veteran

I felt sorry for the young man that was helping us he was new and he had to call the manager a few things, the manager you can hear him screaming and cursing at him through the phone I was very surprised and shocked.... I went in a few days later to get an upgrade and the manager that was cursing to the young man was in the back smoking pot needless to say I didnt get an upgrade I just walked out of the store very disappointed

Purchased 2 pre owned IPhone 6 returned next day to complain about the overheating battery instead the manager wants the say it’s normal on iPhones and ignored the questions and said there’s nothing he can do I sold the phones and went back to AT&T thanks just found out Apple had issues on the updates to cause battery issues to cause the phone to shut down and run slow I wish I could have rated this place a 0 never recommend this place
