Wasnt too hip about current game consoles and what I was going to need to set my nephew up with some modern higher end equipment.An older white guy helped me out in everyway, with out embarrassing an aging uncle in front of his nephew. Nodding to me almost telepathically, to inform me that all the games my nephew had selected were, in fact, compatible with the hardware I was acquiring for him.Clean, friendly, and helpful. If go back anytime.

The employees (Matt and Shawn especially) are always friendly and check their inventory (at the register if not by directly going to the back) if something is not displayed. If something is not in stock they give a tentative date when it might be in store. The store is clean and full of cool knickknacks beyond games/consoles/controllers. Best GameStop I’ve ever been too

Wasnt pestered to buy anything, just went in to browse. Was greeted, told to ask for help if Im looking for something I cant find, (after I said I was just browsing) and was left to wander the store in search of something. 👍👍 Happy to return

We were basically just wasting time in here. The guy at the counter was cool. We talked about Funko Pop. They had a lot of characters but nothing I was looking for. My son founds some cheap games. Didnt buy anything but we usually go here for games.

Since Ive lived in Leavenworth, Kansas I have been to this specific store several times. Not all the employees have changed, but regardless the service is always great. Anything Ive needed to know about a specific game they knew. And their online game reserve works great. Just go to the online website and look for a game. If they have it, you can reserve it that same day as a store pickup. I will definitely be shopping at this store in the future. Game on!

Great store with an extremely friendly and helpful staff. I had my two children in there and they loved playing with the available demo games, way cool! The store was clean and the deals were nice, we will be coming back again!

Im not a gamer but went there for a Pokemon gotcha. There were none in stock but the sales clerk was quite helpful & printed out a list of stores where they were in stock. A nice clean store with easy access off Eisenhower road but the parking lot has quite a few potholes.

Quite honestly one of the best video game stores I have ever visited. The employees care about you, listen to you, and know their games and game systems. I have walked in there wanting to try something new and different and because of their diligence in listening to what I like to play they have recommended games that have been amazing. They are also not afraid to steer a person clear of a game that would not be suitable for them or simply is not worth the money. They are very honest about the products they sell, what is good and what is not so good. The selection is great and the staff is wonderful, this is literally where you need to stop for your console gaming needs. (They even have other gear such as shirts, board games and relatable books/guides.)

Good visit, didnt know what I wanted going in, but found two new games. Extra merch that was also interesting like shirts or figures for fav shows and games

We went into the store about 730 pm Friday night because my son was looking for a game. He was not able to find the game. My son went to the counter for help but stood there waiting because the girl behind the counter was busy chatting with her friends that were in the store. We left the store without purchasing the game. The customer service in the store needs some work because they just lost our business.

Love this store. Very friendly workers. Most of the time there is only 1 person working and up to 8 people wanting to ask questions so it can be pretty slow, but getting money back for old games that no one else wants, I didnt mind the wait. They dont carry ps3 games any more, but they have a nice selection of Nintendo DS games for cheep
