I retired after 38 years in retail management and I would have wanted to know about the experience I had in your Leavenworth Store today! I went into the store ready to spend money! I was the only customer in the store and there were 2 associates in the store at the register area. Neither one of them spoke to me with a greeting! After walking thru the store to find what I was looking for I finally asked where something was and all I got was a point. After looking at selection of shoes in the corner by the register for awhile, still no offer for help! I told them thanks and left! They never responded! I will NEVER step in your store again and will let all my friends know about the Horrible service I received! This is the first negative review I have ever written because I understand how hard retail sales are and working for the public is. I even understand being busy doing something else, but to never say 1 word to a customer is too much!

My son loves all the shoes I have ordered from here..

I was told they carried weights (like small 5lb dumbbells and ankle weights), but they don’t carry them.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Their selection of shoes is limited but all in all Im happy.

Stopped by this location on my way home from work and was promptly greeted by a young man. He helped me find the exact Brooks I had been searching for and even helped me order a pair of shoes for my husband. Great communication, service, and management skills from this young man and this establishment. I will be shopping here more frequently.

Pretty good selection considering the size of Leavenworth. Was positively surprised considering the fact that the store looks closed from the outside. To bad they dont have the newest items, like lebron 17. Overall a good store with kind employees.

Decent deals, but went in one day & the fat manager guy was rude. I spent over a hundred dollars there twice with a young man & attractive young lady salespersons. However, after the rude fat dude manager Ill be taking my business elsewhere from now on. Rude fat people in management suck Big Time!

I got three pair of shoes at one time and they all was the best and great deals

I was very happy with the Leavenworth Sprint store. I will never go to sprint at Ledgens again.It seems they dont care if you come back. The Lv people all were very polite. Store manager Mr. Cline went out of his way to help me. I was ready for another company, . When I came in I was so mad. Everyone was great n I m happy with my new phone. Lady J. I love the store in Harrisonville but this store in Lansing/Leavenworth has went down hill since I used to shop there. I was there Friday the 12th. I needed to buy baseball cleats, a bat & glove for my son and a pair of under armour tennis shoes for my daughter. The guys would ask if they could help you and then walk off. I felt like I had to beg them to show me a bat and beg to get help with fitting him for the right size on things. I gave up on the glove because after showing me one he walked off finally was able to get my son a pair of cleats but got no shoes for my daughter. Then to top it all off went to put my sons cleats on Tuesday night for practice and I had 2 left foot shoes in the box. Im done with this store.

Wasn’t pleased at all with them. Didn’t have any of the sizes I needed in the shoes I liked. Their smallest size was 7.5 for women.

No wide sizes, or any type of weight training shoes. Fitness store? Really?

Low variety of Asics. Show styles not yhe latest. Near a mitary installation lots of Soldiers buying, but not Military discount (not good)

It fits a real need, but the selection is lacking. You can find what you want, but youll be limited to just one choice in a lot of cases. Sometimes, that choice is a lot more expensive than what you were planning to spend.
