The fruit from their store is just bad, half the time there is molded fruit on display and the other times it will mold with a day or two of taking it home. If you had them the fruit thats molded the employees dont seem to really care and deal with it only because Ive given it TOO them. Not bad for most things but avoid the produce section, I personally buy my produce from Kroger now. Has surprisingly fresh stuff

Walmart isnt my favorite place, but Ive had my vehicles serviced with them for over 20 years due to their low cost and availability around the country when weve had to use the road hazard warranty. The people in the Leavenworth Auto Service Department are polite and get you taken care of, even if its a difficult task. Robert, Mike, Jeff, Mark, Al, and Kelly have all provided great customer service time and time again, and I appreciate it!

Tell me why you can put a $800 television in your cart and walk around the store, but I had to have an employee escort me to checkout to purchase a $35 waterpik? Walmart, you have to do better. Everyone is NOT a thief. Very disappointed.

Had a very helpful floor associate. But checkout experience was bad. Had one register open and there was a problem finally after line was long opened a 2nd lane helped two people in front of me then told me they werent open to check me out. While first lane was still dealing with problem. Horrific customer service on the front end

Needed a new watch battery. Took a long time to get someone to help, but once an associate became available she did a great job. Guess everyone is experiencing labor shortages.

Never have what I need . Constantly out of stock of everything . Its like they purposely refuse to stock certain things to force you to buy what they have overstock on. Management just stands around talking. My one star is for their fresh fruits and vegetables. Oh and dont both asking them to look in the back, they just pretend to look and hope your gone when they come back.

The biggest issue that I have and several others that i encountered in the store is that the power chairs are not working. This has been like this for last month. So our elderly physically handicapped family members cant come out or they have to sit on a bench because they cannot make it through the store walking. Is there any resolution to this problem?

For great help in finding a watch battery they didnt have any but they really tried to find one for me

Its Walmart a necessary evil since theyve run everyone else out of town. Service is normally friendly. Dont let the door checkers intimidate you asking for a receipt. Once you pass the register after paying they no longer have the right to stop and check you or your receipts unless they are going to accuse you of shoplifting or another crime.

This particular Walmart has a large number of problems to deal with. There are many open spaces on the shelves. They often are short handed for cashier help. It probably isnt intentional but it sometimes looks as if they know theres no competition nearby and enjoy that fact. The store needs some competition in order to focus on pleasing customers.

I do Walmart delivery due to not having a car. At first it was really nice. Now I do not like to order anything from they. They constantly substitute items even though I have them marked as do not substitute. Also it is getting ridiculous on how many items that are not available. I will not be shopping Walmart anymore.

You can wait over an hour on your pickup items, after youve checked in. And calling the number they provide takes you to a full mailbox.

Find mostly anything you want. Clean store and nice personnel.

I bought some Great Value shredded cheese on Friday 8/13. Opened it Saturday 8/14 and there was mold on the cheese. I’m done with Walmart.

Recommend going anywhere but Walmart its a communist company that has taken away pay raises for its employees other than a 2% raise every year for cost of living and to put that into perspective its about a 30 cent raise every year. Recommend shopping local or at Amazon Walmart is extremely expensive and they even raised there oil changes to compete with other compawhich makes no sense. Why would you raise your prices if your lower than everyone.

This is one of the super complete supermarket in Leavenworth county. They also very disabled-friendly and love to know that they employ old people and treat them as well as the young one. Wondering that Walmart also sell automotive stuff such as tires. Thats kinda big things. Super helpful for me as new resident live in Kansas leavenworth to fulfill all my needs in 1 place.

Typically speaking the people who work there are genuinely friendly & helpful. I dont usually go in but use the option to buy online and then pick up either curbside or I. The store.

Went to the paint center to get some paint. The associate stephen was very helpful and got my paint done fast. Great walmart

They gave us rotten vegetables with grocery pick up. Completely inedible.

They had stuff there that I needed.If you need stuff you should go there too.Staff was friendly and store was mostly well kept (went when it was kinda busy).

Always go here to shop for groceries and household items. They need to do better on stocking shoes though.

The store layout is terrible and confusing, crowded, and not meant for foot traffic. It takes employees quite some time to assist you when standing at the service desk. Best part is the curbside pick up. Most employees are friendly but a fee times you can tell that someone didnt care too much about your order. Best advice I can give is employees need to find some ownership and management needs to evaluate store layout. A lean six sigma person might be able to straighten out the madness.

Better than other Walmart’s in the area, especially better than Bonner Springs or Legends Walmart. Clean, more organized, and friendly staff. Though, won’t give a 5 star due to Walmarts’ lack of supporting local or small businesses.

First off I will admit I am not happy with Walmart in general. Because I dont like being forced into doing the work for them at check out just so Walmart can save money!The three stars are because the store was very poorly stocked and I couldnt get any help.

I shop at Walmart alot. But the majority of the employees are very rude ! They bump into you, practically run you over, while gathering for online shopping . They move you out of their way while you are shopping . Walmart needs a basic manners employee meeting !

I went into Walmarts to buy some potting soil. I looked for it and someone to help me. Everyone seemed to be too busy to help there customers so I left and went to another store where customers are appreciated.

My local Walmart is small and not stocked well. The organization is poorly. I cant see the difference between this super Walmart and a regular walmart.

Sent my daughter to exchange for another size - they put tampered items back out on shelves taped up(!) - when she got home and I opened the package there were multiple sizes in it - obviously used... tried calling - on hold 5 minutes then the phone hangs up... what customer service???

My Local Walmart. Most employees are friendly. Every now and then I get terrible customer service. But the good definitely outweighs the bad.

It was a great day for me at Walmart lots of sales that fit my budget.And I will keep shopping there.

Spent over $500Lines were way to long waiting 40 min to an hour makes it impossible to ride everything especially when they close at 7 on a Thursday I couldnt pok my family to branson for the money and had a better timeOne of my group members 65 was unable to ride any rides because of his size which is bs and I should get my money back!

It’s Walmart, it’s what you expect. The 4 stars is due to the terrible parking lot. Don’t bring a car you care about. There is rebar and potholes that will destroy a wheel or tire. Walmart is in no hurry to fix them.

This is a nice Wal-Mart. It is larger than most that Ive been to with a wider selection of food and groceries.

I would like to go shopping without having to wait on all the Walmart online pickers in the way and never anyone to check you out, then you go to walk out and three employees guard the door . I think it would make more since to pick online orders after hours while stocking shelves, and mabe hire a few people to check customers out.

It was excellent. I needed a power cart, and It was very excellent. Ive never used one before but I have not been very well physically and I would have struggled badly without it. I had much shopping to do, and had not been here since before the pandemic. But the cart made it happen. The checkout person was very understanding and very helpful and kind. Big kudos to her; I wish that I had gotten her name. anyway thanks again. I really enjoy our Supercenter here in Leavenworth, Kansas.

The grocery pick up went awesome. Plus. The young gentleman tied all my bags so nothing could fly out of them on the way home. And closed my tailgate for us. 😍🤗 What a sweetheart. Thank you for being sucha good kid!!! And awesome worker. Your parents and boss should be very proud 😀

Walmart usually has everything I need but I prefer Oat Milk to Almond Milk and am disappointed that I have to go to Price Chopper to get Oat milk because Walmart only carries one kind and it is a very small carton that is on the shelf by all the gluten free products vs a bigger container in the fridge section like Price Chopper with more variety.

I gave this walmart 2 stars only because I could find parking easy and wasnt very crowded. And I found 1 staff member willing to help. You would think that it being spring and all Walmart of all places would have product on the shelves or in the garden area but it was pretty pathetic I dont know if this is how this store normally operates but I wont be back theres plenty of Walmarts out there.

Went in for an air fryer. said there was 3 left in stock. Couldnt find it because no isle was listed on their app. Asked 2 different employees in that section. they couldnt give me an answer. They told me to go to electronics and ask for a manager . Stood there for 15 minutes waiting for a manager. I just left since nobody seemed to want to help me. Your employees need more training.

Most people dont go to walmart by choice. Looks the same as most walmarts with the typical cast of characters.

Always have to use the self check out because very rarely are there more than a few open registers. Most of the time it is long waits at the self check out and there are numerous Walmart employees just standing around talk to each other.

Everyone is very helpful especially in the pharmacy.

The Leavenworth Walmart has great variety, but of course are struggling to keep certain items in stock as other stores are. Employees are always willing to help, even they are heading to break. They do offer Pick Up and Delivery services for those wanting to distance.
