I love shopping here. I feel like I get great deals and really love getting discounts on my gas. The staff is usually pretty kind and helpful. Only complaint/suggestion I would make is that sometimes the location of items in the store doesnt quite make sense to me. But other than that I am happy with my experiences here.

This store has always been a high 4 stars for me. After the way I was treated today. Negative. Unprofessional dress and horrible attitude.

Fresh produce is expensive compared to Hyvee /Price Chopper. There are sometimes deals in the frozen section,but they are becoming rare.I only shop here because its part of the Kroger family,and there are some private selection products that are good.

Shopping at Dillons today was a struggle. The employees stocking the shelves were blocking access to products in several areas. Its very frustrating to go grocery shopping when you cant get to the products you want.,

Great produce selection and clean store

Employee in Kansas had an attitude when she asked if I had your shopping card and I said we don’t have your stores in Minnesota. She got really upset and said how it is owned by a larger company. We basically paid for our items and left.One item I purchased was an egg salad sandwich. It had to be the worst sandwich of my life. I took one bite and tossed the entire sandwich. It tasted like chalk on stale, wet, soggy bread. Had we not been traveling I would have asked for my money back, but by the time I took the bite we were miles down the road. Yuck!!!

The store is great but the pharmacy really makes them look bad. fantastic dillons employees but the pharmacy staff is laughable

If I could rate the shopping delivery as 0 stars I would. My order (including raw chicken) was delivered to the wrong address- like not even next door. I didn’t figure out where it was until speaking with a neighbor 30 minutes after the estimated delivery time. The store accepted no responsibility and tried to deflect completely to Instacart. It was well into a 15 minute conversation before the assistant manager offered to exchange the raw chicken. He told me I could come in and exchange it. Just for a second, think about that. If a customer has groceries delivered - maybe there is a reason the customer didn’t go to the store initially to buy it in person. Charging people $10 for grocery delivery that doesn’t deliver? Taking my business elsewhere.

We went here today to stock back up and was impressed how everything was pretty full. We were able to get everything on our list except for one item, so that was definitely a success for our large family. The check out clerk and bagger were fantastic

Dillons is well stocked and has great prices. I wish this location had the bulk food section other dillons have, but it is still one of our favorite grocery stores.

They wont give back change at the register, coins, but have it in the self checkout and pharmacy. Only store in town doing this Im aware of.

Thre pharmacy is terrible. They have horrible customer service. No people skills. The wait to fill a very necessary script can take an entire day. I always tell them asap and still wait about 24 hours. Only two of the women working there are nice but the rest are in the wrong business.

Can somebody please get the wing department together they dont have a clue of what theyre doing they never know what theyre making they never know what they have half the time they decide not to make it half the time they dont have any made for 11 12:00 for lunch why have a wing deli if you cant get it together.

This used to be a great grocery store. Now it is just okay. The variety of selections is less. Not sure what they are doing. I am finding less and less of the things that I like to eat. The store is wheelchair accessible. I really hope that they make some positive changes or I am going to have to buy my groceries elsewhere.

One of our favorite places to shop for groceries and other items. My son always enjoy going with us, for some reason. They always have great deals. We save a lot of money shopping here and buying fuel at their fueling station since we can use points earned by shopping there.The staff are friendly and helpful. I find what Im looking for, at least, 98% of the time.

The floral department is always awesome with Fran there! The last time I was at Dillons, there were two employees helping her out while she was recovering from a surgery.Melody and Amy did such a great job on the floral arrangements! I was amazed at what talent they both have with everything that they do for the floral department. They deserve nothing but the best.

Friendly staff and clean environment. They have several options of natural and allergy alternative foods at reasonable prices. Produce always looks great. Good selection of meat and fish as well.

My favorite grocery store. Clean, employees are very friendly and helpful, even if they work in a different department.Prices are cheaper than most grocery stores.If you get the Dillons 123 Credit Card, you get all the discounts and earn points for shopping there. However, it is a regular credit card that can be used anywhere.Dillons sends special coupons to their card holders and points earned can be used at their own gas station for additional savings.Although I have moved and none of their stores are located, i dont mind the drive to continue shopping at Dillons, because their prices are cheaper, especially using the coupons, discount on gas and the quality of their products!!Compared to places I have shopped near my new home, Dillons is still my favorite store!!Its a 40min drive, but it is well worth it to me!!They stand behind their products and Ive even returned grapes because they were too tart and received a full refund!

I have been a customer of Dillion’s for years. I have always enjoyed shopping at the store because of the people that work for them. I could go to closer stores but choose Dillion’s because of everyone that works for them. After today, I’m rethinking my decision. I was getting at the deli and gave my order to Annie. She was working with anyone other customer at that time. There was another women working with a young man. Annie came over to me and him and goes “Whoever it is closer to gets the meat?” She laughed and smiled, and then said “I guess that is you,” to the young man. I was stunted and just stared at her in shock. I never say her interact with him at all and all of his requests were made to the other woman. I never observed any conversation between them. I finally said something about how rude her actions were. I took only half my order and then explained I would be complaining at the front. That is when she laughed and said, she was the assistant manager. Annie let me know that he would be back Thursday. Just to let everyone know this is the beginning of poor customer service at Dillion’s.

Good customer service. I received the exact piece of fish I asked for at the counter. The counter person didnt quibble with me but just gave me what I wanted.

Dillons store in Leavenworth KS is a wonderful place to shop. Good sales & a nice variety of brands to choose from oh yes and also wonderful deli, Chinese carry out plus a island where they make fresh sushi.We drive a 60 mile round trip to shop there. DO I NEED TO SAY MORE???Del Boatright

Possibly the best grocery store in Leavenworth, large selection with fresh produce and large meat dept. Like organic food? They have that covered as well. The in store Chinese food take out is good, but get there early as they often sell out on a busy night. With their roomy aisles and friendly staff, you can get in out quickly. Also, they have a gas station out front that you can get a discount from your purchases. Also, great seasonal buys out front, and dont forget the recent addition of Click List, if you would rather not go in!

Friendly and clean was my first visit.2nd visit not so well. No carts inside, had to go out and get one. Then on check out one cashier in a 15 or less items. I had a full cart and had to self check out. I should have received a discount for that alone. Then discounted items didnt show up on the screen so I had to wait for someone to come over and do the discounts.If you are going to have self checkout then you shouldnt have a15 or less register. Very inconvenient.

The prices seemed slightly higher than normal, but great deals on meats that helped make up for it. Requires you to have their card to save money, kind of a hassle but seems like most grocery stores now have the same thing.

A great Dillons for anyone in the KC area looking for a Dillons. We try to go at least once a month, (we live in the Metro on the KS side). The quality of Dillons is great and their sales are fantastic. This store has a fantastic deli and a great selection of prepared foods.

Always clean, stocked and good produce. But last time had problems using my local bank MasterCard credit/debit card at the front register 15 min after I used it fine at the pharmacy. The clerk told me MasterCard has never worked here as a credit card, funny Ive used 15 min ago at the pharmacy fine. And Ive used the same card for 20 years at the front registers, gas station and the pharmacy ok. I told the manager my issue and concerns and she said she would look into it and all me back. Its been 2 weeks and no call back. I suspect it is a training issue, since it is not a chip based card and they are confused, not trained and dont care.

I called in advance to see if they had Kerry Gold unsalted butter. They said they did. I drove there and low and behold NO Kerry Gold unsalted butter!!! They did have unsalted butter. The difference is that Kerry Gold is grass- fed. The difference matters!!!

Love this place. Moved to neighborhood a few months ago. Opinion wasnt that great before then. But since I moved I have been here at Dillons almost every day since and they all say hi now. Feels like coming home. Prices are competitive and deli can be slow...but chicken and other food is great!!!

I used to be a employee here they fired me for having to have life saving surgery and wanted me to request time off before I had it cause it was company policy I was treated badly my boss would not pick up my calls and when I brought my medical proof it mysteriously disappeared from there records when I came in as a customer I was glared at and had whispers behind my back would I recommend to shop here? no. would I recommend to work here if you want to be screwed over then yes if you are a normal human then apply anywhere else but dillions Im not the first person to be screwed over by them that I know and I certainly wont be the last.

I like this Dillons Store in Leavenworth !However, during this COVID issue,In the last month .. the staff had quit sanitizing the carts and even tho the spray bottle is inside the door .. there are NO paper towels to wipe down the cart and no effort to bring carts into the indoor cart area .. Dillons has dropped the ball when it comes to protect ting their customers

Deli department is terribly understaffed! Every time we go, it takes almost as long to get service at that counter than it does to do the rest of our shopping. You would think after a couple years they would get it figured out. I guess they just figure youre stuck and wont go elsewhere. Meat counter is not much better. It is a nice, clean store at least.

Out of paper towels to check my oil and dirty water for squeegee to wash my windshield. I hope that they correct this issue. It is most inconvenient when one needs to check the oil and wash the windshield.

Nice place, love the downloadable coupons. I hate the self checkout, no matter what you do a person has to come over for some type of edit. no more of that for me

Came from out of state and really unimpressed with how things werent stocked up on the shelves like come on its thursday. Plus not thrilled that red haired lisa threw all the things she scanned down the young lady. I mean food ended upside down along with flowers being tossed down the belt thanks didnt want those for my grandma or anything.

The store itself is great but our last visit to get Chinese food as we were waiting for the guy to come to the front this young lady that was dressed as an employee walked up and after digging in her crotch, she cut us in line. Melanie was a bad experience but overall I like dillons.

Prices are a bit higher than other local groceries but they have a bigger selection of organic/gluten-free/specialty foods.

Have shopped at Dillons for the last four years. I used the Dillons app and aslo signed up for a percentage of grocery spend to be donated to my church. Also, Seniors 65 and older can get a 5% discount on groceries when shopping on Wednesdays. The store underwent a moving grocery items. This was challenging. Unfortunately, the store significantly reduced the options for various products. The produce has changed. While it is understandable that the store needs to make changes to survive.

Consistently has the best price on fuel when you use the free Dillions Reward Card. Has ten pumps that are often crowded during the after work going home period.

Drive over 30 min to get here. They have good deals 5/5 that you just cant beat.

This is an OK place to shop if you cant find what you need at Aldi or Walmart. This place is over priced. I do like the fact that they carry health food products, however they are hard to find since they changed around their shelving.
