Another great experience at Buc-ees. This store has everything. Try the brisket sandwich, pork sandwich, and the apple pies, for sure! Everything in here is good and you can easily spend a couple hundred dollars before you know it. Take time to walk around and experience this place. Bathrooms are really nice and the service i great as well. This particular location was a little more difficult to drive in to, but nothing too drastic.
This place is humongous! I have never seen a convenient store this size. They have 3 big sections of gas pumps with different types of gas. They have a real kitchen for bakery and good items. They have a grill cooking in front of you brisket sandwiches, pull pork sandwiches and chicken sandwiches. They sell goods for the kitchen, houseware items and house decor. My husband was speechless as he walked in. They even sell grills, the big ones. Of course they have your sodas, lattes, coffee and slurpees. We definitely will return when we travel on I-20 to Alabama again.
Overwhelming, a little terrifying, and incredibly wonderful. It knows exactly what it is and executes it perfectly. It was bustling and I get the impression it always is. The stuff they have in there seems high quality, lots of selection too. The food is really incredible. It was overstimulating but thats what its going for, so overall I had a great time. Just had to rush in and rush out.
Regular customer to this location, but will probably stop visiting Buccee’s all together. Their chips went from $1 to $1.50 and the bag has now been shrunk down to half the size it was originally. When you order from the kiosk, they went from giving you To-Go box sized portions of food to now being stuffed into a hotdog box (now more than half the portion lost) along with a price increase. I honestly thought Buccee’s was above this, but now I see who they truly are and it’s extremely upsetting.
This place is awesome, with a lot of unique merchandise. Theyve got everything from a wall of assorted beef jerky, to turkey fryers, to tee shirts and hats. A ton of snacks and freshly prepared food like BBQ sandwiches, deli sandwiches, fruit cups, and salads. If youve never been here it is definitely worth a stop just to check it out. I highly recommend the brisket sandwich.
This gas station/convenience store/department store is AWESOME!!! To begin with it boasts 120 gas pumps!😵 When you enter the store you will see shopping carts, make sure to grab one, because you will need it. They offer your usual convenience store items, but so much more. Clothing, home decor, Costa sunglasses, all kinds of cooking seasonings and specialty food items. They offer a brisket sandwich that is delicious! You seriously need to check this place out if your anywhere in the area close to it. You will be glad you did.
This is, I think, the first location in Alabama. The place is very nice with a wide variety of products. The company sells its own brand of products and drinks and also has a pastry shop and sells candy, fudge, pulled pork, brisket, and sandwiches. The staff is friendly and the store is huge. Very unique set up with plenty of gas pumps for locals and people passing through on the interstate.
Was so excited for my first trip to a Buc ees. NEVER again will into this place. Anxiety central. They were packed, no flow of traffic in the store, crazyness! There did seem to be a large selection of everything, and the store was very clean. We tried the food, sandwiches were ok, NOT $6 level for the bbq and brisket though. The fudge was awesome.May try again one day, if we happen to pass at midnight or something when it wont be so crowded
Stopped at the one in Calhoun GA on 10/17/2021,nobody in my party of 4 had any covid symptoms, masks were optional, the next day we all got it one by one.super spreader event, didnt even use the restroom, bad experience
A gas station near the interstate generally is not a destination experience, but Buc-ee’s is just that. You really have to visit a Buc-ee’s to understand what it is all about. They have a huge number of gas pumps. The travel center itself is also huge with many different sections catering to specific needs. The bathrooms are huge and extremely clean. The chain prides itself on this fact.
Most definitely the best Gas Station in AL!! You can easily spend more than you want to here. So happy that AL has one I always thought Id have to travel to TX to see and visit one.
I must say I love Buc-cees. 🙂 This is the first location that Ive been to in a few years. They have so many things to buy here. I would highly recommend coming here just to see all of the wonderful things that they have for sale. I will come back here when, Im back in the area. Please stop by and take a look for yourself. 🙂 I have so many pictures but, could only post 50.
Amazing place, reasonable priced and food was so good! Definitely recommend stopping here.
Where to start this review? This place is absolutely massive and always packed with people. The staff are friendly and willing to help. So where to start? First I started at the jerky counter and samples some of their delicious jerky (not a bad flavor in the bunch). Then I went and grabbed a chopped brisket sandwich and some beaver chips. Then I saw a banana pudding cup for desert. Then I also added 7 bags of sealed jerky to take home. Also added some glazed cashews and pecans that were absolutely amazing. The brisket sandwich and beaver chips were really good and would definitely eat them again! Only small downside is no where to sit down outside and eat
Extremely Disappointed and I love Buc-Ee’s in Texas at least. There was no order to the gas pumps, a tour bus was taking up 20 spots.Inside the young employees were goofing off on the loud speaker, making sure all customers could hear. I ordered food and waited ten minutes. I looked at the prep boards and they were full of red with some of the orders already passing the 7 minute mark. I stepped away and an employee saw that I left my ticket on the counter and immediately yelled to cancel my order (order number 1) I went back thinking that it was done (I heard order 1) and the employee said he canceled the order! I asked him to not cancel it and he said I would have to order it again! (This was at about 4pm on 7-25-2021) I had already waited 12 minutes at this point and was not going to restart the clock. The employee made no attempt to ask before canceling my order! Over at the rack where you can grab sandwiches there were no Chicken sandwiches, when I asked the guy working the counter he said the kitchen does not care and they have not seen them for two hours even after asking the kitchen multiple times for a fresh batch. This Buc-ee’s is not run like Texas counterparts. Clearly upper management does not monitor this location as well as the Texas locations due to it being so far away from headquarters.I did end up grabbing two sandwiches from the ready to go aisle after my order was canceled. I had to touch every sandwich in the tray to find two that were warm!!! Every other sandwich was cold!!The registers were quick. One good thing and the only redeeming part of this Location is the availability of ethanol free gasoline.
We LOVE Buc-ees! We were headed down I65 and detoured just to stop here. They have anything you could possibly need on a road trip, and then some- gas, food, clean bathrooms, snacks, etc. Tons of different food options like BBQ, sandwiches, fruit, salads, fudge, roasted nuts. And everything is pretty inexpensive! It can get busy, but still worth a stop!
Not sure what there is to say negative about Buc-ees. Yes, they get busy. The center section of 120 gas pumps was a little tight for driver-side fuel doors, but if had wandered over to the right section, as looking at the main door, there were probably 30 pumps free for both sides. Fountain drinks are inexpensive and who doesnt love warm nuts? I had to buy some cashews. All was fantastic, and i was able to walk my dog in some very nice grass where people had obviously used the free poop bags. Thanks to yall.
Stopped here for gas and snacks on September 8, 2021. Very clean facility and great customer service. I was recently been diagnosed with celiac disease. When I asked a gentleman at the brisket counter if he knew whether the rub they used contains gluten, he wasnt sure. He brought a manager over who immediately knew I could eat just brisket, no bun, no sauce. He requested a clean cutting board, clean knife and got a fresh brisket out of the smoker. He did all of this to insure there was no cross contamination. Brisket was delicious! Service was fabulous!
This is our first out of Texas Buc-ees weve visited. We stopped by on the way and back (Houston to Georgia). Everything is almost the same as ones in Texas, plus some Alabama themed goods. The brisket taco was yummy.
Awesome Buc-ee’s at Leeds, Alabama. We have been enjoying Buc-ee’s for years when we go to Texas to visit family. The Leed’s Buc-ee’s is humongous with so many gas pumps! Super clean with that great southern hospitality provided by all the employees. We always spend at least an hour looking around, picking up snack, gifts, BBQ. This is a great stopover before the beach and has cute beach attire sunglasses, and hats. Chairs, coolers and fishing gear, too. The nicest, cleanest public bathrooms you will ever find and the gas prices were lowest in the area. They even beat out Sam’s Club gas prices!
1st visit to a Buc-ees (the supercenter of all gas stations). I lost an hour of my life in there just browsing around. Ginormous restrooms, great food, and plenty of pumps/parking.
Bough a glazed nut sampler, as well as other snacks when passing through. We love stopping here and have never had a problem with the quality of their products. The nut sampler was stale so I was going to toss them. A friend said surely they will exchange them, its Buc-ees. She was wrong. Before you leave the store try your items for freshness.
Great selection in food, clothing and other items. Clean spacious bathroom.
Had really high hopes for this place. Good customer service, clean bathrooms. But all their food aside from the jerky and some candy is all bland mush. So it’s basically a really big gas station, duh right? This place was so hyped up for having really good food.
Buc-ee’s was absolutely mind blowing! I have to admit that I was a skeptic at first. Everyone was running to Buc-ee’s and I was thinking for what. It’s a gas station! Man was I wrong! There is the gas station part of Buc-ee’s just like all other gas stations, so I won’t get into that part. We all know what that looks like, so you have to go for the rest of it. There is a retail store in Buc-ee’s and then there is the food. You have the convenience of the prepared food items or your choice of ordering from a kiosk and having your food prepared fresh. I always grab the prepared bacon, egg and cheese taco. It’s great and always a go to. To spice it up a bit I always grab a couple of the green chili salsa from the food pickup area. Trust me it’s worth it! Now that my family is a Buc-ee’s fan, we never pass by without stopping in!
First time visit and I never thought I would have ever walked in a gas station and came out with 2 boutique worthy shirts. I LOVE this place!!!! They have the best breakfast burritos my husband got the brisket egg burrito and I got sausage they were both delicious but let me tell you that brisket was amazing!!! Also the restrooms were so clean!!
We stopped at our first Buc-ees in Terrell, Texas and these will always be a stop that we make. This location is no different, huge facility with lots of pumps and food options with great prices. A must stop for any weary traveler.
This place is amazing! So many choices for very delicious food! The servers are very friendly. One recommendation: maybe some outdoor seating? Hope they get many more locations!
What an amazing place with so many choices and so many things to choose from.I felt like a child walking into a place of wonderful choices. For any parents/adults who have sensory challenges, enter carefully and most likely with some good headphones or earbuds. I found myself overwhelmed and needing to leave. We purchased some delicious coffee and other items.I dont believe you want to miss an opportunity to visit.Oh! The restrooms are WONDERFUL and CLEAN. They live up to their standards. I never thought I could say such a thing concerning a restroom of all places.Have your phone camera read to take a pictures. They have food galore and you wont be able to choose very easily.
O.M.G.Words cant explain how big and busy this place is. All 120 fuel pumps had vehicles getting fuel!According to al.com, the Alabama Buc-ees is believed to be the largest travel station in the state at 52,235 square feet.If they dont have it, you dont need it.
Just a sight you have to see if youre passing by. The size of this place is impressive with an amazing selection of, well, seemingly everything. Clean bathrooms and Ive heard the brisket is fantastic though Ive only visited after a big meal so I havent tried it yet.
This is what the area needs. My first Buc-ees experience. Plenty of employees were on hand. The store was very clean. I first went to the snack Isle and the Buc-ees brand of snacks were a majority of the isle. I wanted their brand for a baseball hat and a shirt. I will say that the 3x size was not available in all the selections. Gasoline was below market price for the area. I will return to this location.
Super clean and neat. The best gas station around. Everything you could want to eat. And lots of extras. From Brisket to candied pecans. They even have DEF at the diesel pumps for regular trucks.
I do not normally get excited over a gas station having traveled extensively over my 41 years of Driving Experience, however Buc-ees service center is absolutely amazing. There is an insane number of gas pumps at the center. There is more than the average amount of room available for each car to be able to fuel up, open their car doors and have room to move. There are what looks like hundreds of parking spots for people to be able to park go into the center and purchase food drinks and almost any type of souvenir item that one would like to purchase. The inside of the store is humongous! It reminds me of looking in a Walmart store in the able to see the distant end of the store when you walk in. The store is very clean, brightly lit, and plenty of room to move between the aisles. A section of the store that sells very bright clothing reminds me of being in Florida and going to souvenir shop down there. If you like Western where there is a section for you. If you like sandals and t-shirts theyve got you covered. There is also no reason to go hungry or thirsty once you stepped into this store. A wide variety of drink options both Fountain and bottled or canned. And food ranging from breakfast foods to what looks like very good barbecue. I had a beast burrito I was full of eggs potato and various breakfast meats and it was delicious if a bit dry.The pricing of the food and drink were very reasonable. I couldnt really tell you the prices of any of the souvenir items but was very impressed with what I did see. Staff were very friendly, and the store chain is very open and what they pay employees by posting on the gas pumps themselves the pay scales of all the different types of employees and they start at $15 an hour. This is very impressive to me.While I do not travel this section of I-20 very much anymore, I do this will be a stop to refuel and feed the family. Speaking of fuel, the price of gas here was about $0.10 a gallon cheaper than several of the exits prior coming from the Atlanta area.
LOVED IT!! We drove 1 1/2h just to see what’s the hype about and it was an awesome experience! My first time at Buc-ee’s and we bought shirts, 1 stuffed animal, stickers and tons of food! The staff is suuuper friendly and the vibe is great at the store. The bathroom, store and the gas pumps were clean. The food was delicious and for the price reasonable. I would definitely recommend to stop here!!
A little something for everyone, great service too
Although super crowded today cause of grand opening I was shocked at how big the establishment was there were over 230 gas pumps they had all kinds of food and souvenirs of every sort of home decorations toys clothes not to mention food of all kinds they had brisket sandwiches they had fudge it had everything you can imagine. As far as the price is good it was priced like a ordinary souvenir shop little high for most things but they had everything from journals to jewelry to things for your pets. So much stuff and so crowded it was almost impossible to see everything that was in the $52,000 ft² establishment. The employees seemed friendly and helpful although I did not stay inside to check out I went to the car while my husband paid for our items and our gasoline. Im hoping once the new wears off it isnt always as crowded as it was today cuz it kind of made it hard to shop. I definitely plan on going back and trying out the brisket and Im sure Ill spend lots of time looking at all the interesting things that they had for sale. That leads is definitely moving on up not quite sure if thats a good thing or a bad thing just yet My little hometown and so a little no more.
Always awesome. The made for you food is excellent!
This is the most uncaring people I have ever met. I was desperately in need of a restroom and pulled into a Buc-ees for the very first time. I was driving my tractor, without a trailer. It did not occur to me that they do not allow tractors, since there were several other kinds of trucks there. I decided to get some fuel while I was there. Right after pulling up to a fuel pump, an employee on a golf cart rolled up and said we do not allow these kinds of trucks in here. I asked, not even to buy fuel? He said no. I decided okay, Ill just use the restroom and then leave, but he said no. I have to leave now.At this point, I was desperate to go, so I pulled away from the pump and into one of the spaces. I was bobtailing. As I rushed into the building, another employee was walking out towards me. Apparently, the first one had called another. He stopped me and said I could not enter the building. I could not afford the time to stop and argue with him, so I ran passed him and said Ill be right out.Less than 5 minutes later, I came out to the guy on the phone with the police claiming he would have me arrested for trespassing. He followed me all the way back to my truck like I had committed some kind of crime. He stood across from my truck and watched me leave, all the while threatening to have me arrested if I ever came back. I have never been to a Buc-ees before, but I dont think I will visit another one again.
Very Very Nice..if you pass by one, traveling..Stop in 💛💛❤❤
This place is so cool! Ive never stopped at one before and plan to return. Its basically a one-stop for almost every traveler, and, I suppose, for local consumers as well. Restrooms, groceries, snacks, hot and cold meals, coffee, clothing, home decor and accessories, souvenirs. I think that overnight business does not serve hot food except for hot nuts. Nevertheless I had difficulty choosing from the selection of cold sandwiches, salads and so forth. Oh, they also sell fuel.
Great as always. Came here one my way to and from Atlanta. Lots of breakfast options. Very clean bathrooms. Happy to see Bucees expanding across the country!!!
Buc-ee’s is an extraordinary place to visit, With it’s vast amounts of Pumps, Parking and anything you can think of to buy eat and drink. I’d have to call it The Walmart of Gas Stations ⛽️
I expected more from employees that make that decent of a wage, after finishing the sugar coated pecans there was this long hair in it.a little much after eating the whole thing in trust.
My 3 star review is because there was no ‘Family Restroom’. My dad is wheelchair bound and needs assistance going to the bathroom. I’m his daughter and so I would have either had to take him in the womens or go with him in the mens room. Neither of these were acceptable to us. I think an establishment of this size certainly could and should provide a family restroom. Not only for a handicap situation, but also for single parents of young children that shouldn’t go to the bathroom by themselves or one not for their gender.
I love this place! Friendly staff! Immaculately kept restroom! The selections of foods & snacks are immeasurably! I had a sliced brisket sandwich that was so tender, I ate it while driving (I dont recommend but I was hungry & needed to get further down the road). I also got an Alamo turkey deli sandwich for later that was delicious. I also purchased fuel which was super clean, quick & easy because of the gazillion pumps out there. I would recommend this place for a fuel stop but take the extra few minutes to get the full experience of what this awesome place has to offer.
This is one of the biggest if not the biggest location, lots of pics of stuff you can buy but the real star of the show is the huge Restrooms!Dedicated staff to constantly clean the Restrooms, private closet like facilities, more stalls than you can shake a stick at with seat cleaner hand sanitizer in each! Also great hot food and vast selection of snacks and drinks!I travel often and i try to plan my stops around Buc-ees locations if possible, nothing but the best to say about this chain!
Is this place a dream destination? I think so! It’s more of an a amusement park without the rides. With seemingly 250 bathroom stalls, I didn’t have to do more than give a kind head nod to the 38 people exiting on my way in! We then filled up our $.99 cent of icee magic from one of the 16 slushy machines. Topped off with the best hot dog and gut buster smoked chopped brisket sandwich, and jerky to last for days. We made it out alive for roughly $100 and we’re on our way to sunny Florida!
Really good brisket sandwiches and beef jerky. Lots of other gas station stuff and apparel
Will not be visiting Bucees again. Have had upset stomach which started after eating their barbecue sandwich, now present for 3rd day, and diarrhea started yesterday. No thank you.
I stopped here after a track day at Barber, and it didnt disappoint. The hot brisket and pulled pork stations, Texas-themed home goods, and endless gas pumps were captivating. However, the craziest things I saw were huge paintings for sale as I entered the restroom followed by a couple entering the restroom with no one noticing because it was so huge. I dont know what they did and I wasnt asking questions, but I can only imagine. This place is like a gas station on steroids, and I was definitely overwhelmed. I will be back though, so Im not complaining.
1st time going here, got $40 in fuel. Looked at our bank account 30 min later and they charged us twice. Went back to store and manager said they didnt charge us twice, it was our bank. Called my bank, they said it was Buckees. So people beware of Buckees charging you twice.
They have so much good stuff BBQ pork sandwich was great.Very clean and friendly. But you will need a little time to look around.
By far the best convenient store gas station whatever you might want to call it that Ive ever walked into five stars and by far a must stop when you pass by it is located off the Bass Pro Shop exit in Leeds Alabama they definitely have loves and any other large chain of gas stations or travel stops beat. Just so you know theres no phone number available to be able to contact this business you can only do so over the website
So excited to have a Buc-ees in Alabama right down the road. Its like Hobby Lobby, Woods n Waters, fudge shop and BBQ restaurant all rolled into one store.I ordered the Reuben from the deli and it was delicious. It was fast paced, well staffed. Everything was fully stocked and clean. Restrooms are the best youll find anywhere.
Please put some some sort of signage up reflecting WHAT BEVERAGE GOES IN WHAT CUP I got sent back out of the line 3 times because no one would ring up iced coffee in a non clear cup. There were no clear cups. Staff didnt care. I ended up going to another register and just telling them I had soda cause after the third trip through the line I was over it.At the very least, just give an option for an extra large iced coffee. Its the only reasonable way to get caffeine in the summer without sweeteners, and theres limited space in a vehicle. Ill happily pay more, just dont make me split it into 2 half sized cups!
Today was my first time stopping. I must say I loved it. Every single worker was so friendly and helpful. The restrooms where spotless. They have everything you can think of. This will definitely be our stop, when we are traveling to Atlanta ❤️❤️ you must try the apple pie and turkey jerky😋😋
They have everything! Gas, yup. Food, yup. Bbq grills, yup. Apparel, yup. Archery supplies, yup. Its the most amazing gas station ever!
Greatest place to go! Restrooms were very clean!
Roaches all over the drink station! Management is so rude, asst gm acted like I was a bother by telling him. I wish I didn’t tell you about the roaches crawling everywhere, you obviously know already and don’t care!
Really nice well kept bathrooms, however the brisket everyone keeps talking about almost taste like it was made In a plastic bag. maybe it was an off day but the sandwich was way too sweet and all grisly with a stale bun.
Amazing shop with gas stations, significant food offerings, general supplies, drinks, and various other types of merchandise. Theres not much more you could want for after leaving a Buc-ees! The brisket sandwich is amazing as is the candied jalapeno dip. Lines move quickly here and employees are always extremely friendly.
It doesn’t get better than Bucees. Coming from a local, this is one of the best spots in the area. Yes, it gets busy. Yes, lines get long. Yes, employees can be short, but they deal with a LOT here. The world is overworked and understaffed. Be kind. The food is phenomenal, specially the MTO Turkey cheddar sandwich. You can never go wrong with a pulled smoked brisket either. It’s worth a detour, quick stop along the way, and is our dinner on many nights. Everyone needs to try bucees at least once!
Im from Texas and I know Buccees. The BBQ sandwich makers need to have a Zoom meeting with any of the ones from Texas to learn how to properly fill and sauce. My sliced brisket was dry and had only one layer of meat. This isnt a bologna sandwich, it should be some degree of sloppy and when you bite into it meat should outnumber the bread. Also, none of the BBQ sandwiches had pickles and onions although the entire landscape of sandwiches were available and plenty. When we started to get gas someone told us that the emergency shutoff switch had just been tripped by someone and that it causes gas to not be available for an hour. 15 minutes later it was available after we went into the store.
The restrooms were nice and clean, plenty of fuel islands; however I likely will not return. I was in line for fudge and there was no order to customer service. There were 6 people behind the counter and one person giving customer service. They had to see us all waiting. In the parking lot cars are coming from all directions. Love’s is fine to me. I don’t need Walmart while traveling.
Lots of things to choose from. Staff is friendly and helpful. And the gas pumps, and the gas is as cheap or cheaper than you’ll find anywhere else
This place is HUGE!!! They make pots of sugar-coated pecans, almonds and cashews, which are fabulous!!! They also sell a wide variety of unusual gifts. The bathrooms are second to none!!! The stalls are made of brick and are very private.
It’s sad that us truckers are banned from your establishment. But we’re only good enough to deliver your goods. We are hated among many establishments but what you fail to realize your business could not run, your employees could not work until the supply is delivered to you to utilize by who???? Us truckers. We hope one day we’d be excepted into your establishment other than to deliver to you. God bless you.
The store itself is definitely worth visiting. The staff at this location was fantastic and helpful. I wasnt a fan of sausage biscuits here, but the Rhino burrito I got was really good.
As good as most other Buc-ees, and right outside the city. Convenient, stocked, clean and friendly. Always worth a stop. Thanks!
I really dont get the hype. I was expecting it to be huge on the inside like people were saying. It wasnt. All the merch is ridiculously over priced, laughable even. I didnt use the restroom so I cant speak to whether or not its as wonderful as advertised or not. I did buy a couple of sandwiches, a pulled pork and a brisket. Both were extremely dry, with no sauce and not much flavor. Definitely not worth $6. It was full of people and I see all these great reviews on here, but like I said, I dont get it. I guess its something to see once if youre traveling, but beyond that, meh
Michael, the General Manager, was incredible. We locked our keys and phones in the car and he was so helpful. He calmly called us a locksmith and we had our car unlocked within 20 minutes. Additionally, the store was clean, organized, and had tons of food and beverage options.
I just visited the Leeds Alabama location and while there I grabbed what I thought was an appropriate cup to use for the Icee machines and poured a cupful when a white shirt manager walked to me stating I had to use an Icee branded paper cup instead of the Styrofoam cup I had grabbed. I offered to pay for more than I had dispensed and to keep a Styrofoam cup to use. Icee lovers understand this conundrum; paper cups melt the product faster and will leak. The worker stated the Icee cup could only be used and we could either put the product in the paper cup or throw product out. Given how he lacked customer service skills I dumped the Icee, left my food, then walked out. There was never an apology; just a firm statement of policy. And he stated this policy was due to overhead, yet he was willing to increase his overhead by alienating a customer and driving away sales (I had other items I left behind due to this experience).Given this experience I will strongly recommend everyone to avoid this business. Icee lovers will know where to get Styrofoam cups; keep going there, not here.
Our family had a great time checking out this new location. Great food and prices. Will be back again.
Great food..diesel and def pumps...great place to stay in rv overnight
Great place to stop for gas. I also have a EV car. Would be nice if they had some EV Changers.
Ladies room clean, fast gas service, plenty of gift merchandise, odd gifts.
Very clean and well keep gas stations and the guy at the check out was very polite stopped by on my way to Cali my husband and I . 5 ⭐️
Best customer service experience ever. Ive applied for Smith Grove location. I truly want to work with this company.
Best c-store in America! Cleanest public restrooms Ive ever been in. The brisket is good but not the best ever. The employees were friendly. They have a WIDE variety of everything.
I have to say this is a great place to shop and both me and my wife purchase our gas here once a week. Food is great they have one of the best brisket sandwiches Ive ever had. I always purchase a pound of brisket when Im there as well. But the last three times Ive visited including today when I try to get someone to gather the brisket for me everyone seems to have an attitude and doesnt want to help. It literally takes me asking three different people to get a pound of brisket. Today the first girl just looked at me and took her gloves off and walked away and the girl that finally helped me just got an attitude and just threw a bunch of meat in the box and didnt even weigh it so it was about $25 instead of $17. I will still continue to shop there but hopefully the customer service will get better
Absolutely amazing. The greatest convenience store concept ever conceived. This place is a must-stop whenever we pass.
Another amazing truck stop. Lots of cool things to see.
We love Buc cee’s but need to tell you that the pre made brisket sandwiches we ordered were disappointing. The meat was dry and burnt. In addition, someone was heavy handed with the seasoning. You missed 5 stars this time! You get a “ mulligan “!
Great place to stop! Food was greater than I expected. Lots of unique decor and clothing items.
This Buc-ees is very big! It has a big variety of snacks! The bathrooms were very clean.
All of the employees are super helpful and actually friendly!!! No matter what time you go, they still require only the best. Great place for a Buc-ee’s You start on one end hi end grocery store, to great restaurant-suddenly you’re in a fantastic clothing store plus a beautiful home store (better than hobby lobby, etc). Loved the whole experience…
It’s great. Large enough to accommodate the high volume of people that come through here comfortably. The clientele is very diverse as there are lots of out-of-towners that stop here. They have lots of food and drink stations for any type of taste. Based on other reviews I tried the bbq brisket sandwich and it did not disappoint.
Great environment. Every one is super friendly even as they are working his/her butts of. There is a huge variety of things to buy:Kitchen/home, pet supplies, clothing, beauty care, and AMAZING food
Some items little expensive. Its a glorified gas station convence store. I didnt see a reason to make a trip to that location of fuel prices were a savings I would stop. I still look for best price including discounts. Heard by many that rave the biscuits and Jerky make the trip worth it. Be ready to drop some money for those items. Fresh Jerry is better than the bagged. Get the biscuit by the lb better deal than sandwiches if you have kids or missed a meal bag will be empty when you arrive home. Try a bog of bucky nuts. Closest comparison cracker Jacks without the nuts. Enjoy
A decent sized Buc-ees with everything you would expect. Bathrooms are clean as always, and is SUPER busy. Gas pumps quick and you can always find a spot.Masks? What masks? If youre worries about wearing a mask or others not wearing one or maybe pick a different stop.
Wow. Buc-ees is even more amazing than I thought it would be. The apple pies are insane. And the BBQ is worthy of being in Alabama - smoked meats with great flavor and sauce.
Needed a cup of coffee, hour later wife and I walked out with 2 bags of stuff. Bought a small package of jerky to try it and wished I had bought a lot more down the road. jerky case incredible! Never seen a place like this.
