I went to fill my meds at CVS in Leeds, the man looked at me then turned his head but then another customer walks up and he waits on them. Iv been standing there for over 10 mints.Then another customer walks up and i said im next n I said iv been waiting here, so he got my stuff said it will b 20 mints n i said ok. Went back he said it will b 20 more mints. I waited 30 mints went back n he told me he tried calling me, my phone never rang. He said they dont take my insurance, i was there over a hour n he lied about calling me. He said he was sorry he was the only one working. That is CYS fault that they dont have another person helping, so not only did i have to wait longer i was lied to also, I will never go back. Hire some more employees.

Friendly staff! Never a long wait in line! They text me when my prescription is ready! Very helpful
