The best experience again even four years after my first two visits, and at a different store. Wonderful salesman by the name of Sean at the Leesburg store in the village of Leesburg shopping center. Wonderful prices, great info on the products, above and beyond helpful!!!! Go to this store, ask for Sean or if you’re at the Herndon location as for Donna. She’s freaking amazing as well!!!!! She helped me four years ago while she was at the Dulles 28 location but has since moved to the Herndon store.

Sean at The Mattress Firm in my neighborhood guided me through exploring options, explaining the differences among the many models and construction variations, and helped me think through options until I found exactly what I needed. The store was well kept, its salesman helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly, and its selection of mattress types extensive. I actually visited several times before making my decisions and never felt rushed. Saved money on their great sale, and equally important am satisfied that I will be happy with the mattresses, pillows, and bamboo sheets I bought. I visited this location on July 12th, 2021 with the intent of purchasing a new mattress. I did the test on-line to find the best mattress for me. I arrived at the store and was assisted by Minoo. She took me through the test again and it was nice to have personal assistance because she was able to ask more detailed questions. She immediately recognized and respected my budget - as I was shopping for 2 full size mattresses for my twin daughters. I stopped in to try out the Purple mattress, and the sales person was incredibly at explaining the background of the mattresses, what the different types are available, and just let me rest on my own. I had to think on it, and the salesman was great and responding to my emailed questions within the hour. The next week we went back, tried different beds, and ended up purchasing, again without and real pressure. He even applied more discounts than wed expected, without needing to ask.I was incredibly happy with the experience, and will certainly go back to Mattress Firm first when we need our next mattress.

We were greeted immediately, the store was clean and well-lit and the salesperson listened and asked appropriate questions before recommending a couple of options. We briefly left the store to discuss options and there was no sales pressure. When we returned, the salesperson was ready for us and included a warranty in our purchase price at no additional cost. We received text notifications regarding delivery, which was within a week of purchase. The base was delivered on time and the crew was friendly and knowledgeable. Like many folks, I was not looking forward to mattress shopping, expecting high pressure sales tactics. Instead, after a friendly greeting I was left to peruse at my leisure. When I was ready for more information, I worked with Minoo Lakani, the store manager. She was knowledgeable, very friendly and helped me select the right mattress. I also found that Mattress Firm was willing to match or beat competitors prices, even from on-line vendors. After my initial visit to the store, I was able to conduct price negotiations via phone and text. You can even complete the ordering on-line.
