Sleep expert opened 15 minutes early to accommodate me. He was friendly and polite. Showed me the options and applied no pressure for the choice I made after lying on all the options. He offered me next day free delivery which was appreciated. Delivery was on time. I am well pleased.

Mattress Firm was great! They took care of me, and got me a perfect mattress! Delivery was fast, thorough, and friendly. I slept my first night on my mattress last night, and its the first time in many weeks I did not wake up with stiff shoulders and neck. Awesome!! They give you 4 months to try the mattress. My husband and I had been putting off purchasing a mattress for over a year because the experience has always felt a bit uncomfortable. With Labor Day Sales on the table, we decided it was time.As soon as we walked into the store, we were greeted by Richard (who was wearing a mask and always considerate of personal space). I prepared myself for a salesman pitch, however the more Richard talked to us the more I understood that he really just wanted to help. We answered questions as to how we sleep, if we feel rested, or hot or filled with joint pains at all....and then he gave us recommendations (tested them out) and then left us to test out whatever other mattress we wanted and discuss amongst ourselves - I never felt the pressure to buy, but the support in making a decision good for us. After discussing sales prices, warranties, perks with each mattress - we settled on a Serta iSeries cooling mattress.Delivery was scheduled and on-time. These guys also wore masks and were extremely pleasant. I just had the best night sleep in such a long time. I recommend going to this store for mattress needs if you want some advice without the uncomfortable pressure to purchase.

Very disappointed with Mattress Firm and the delivery process!!! I was told that I could use my existing headboard frame with my new adjustable bed. With the first delivery I then was told that I’d have to break the bed apart myself and then they could come back to attach the adjustable bed. I did just that and placed my new mattress on the floor and waited for the second delivery. This time I was told no the adjustable bed wouldn’t work unless I got “special” brackets. The third set of delivery guys then told me no the adjustable bed will not work unless I purchased a new head board!! I have a simple headboard… nothing different from the ones online for sale. Also they never even opened up the box with the “special” brackets to even look and try them out! The adjustable bed was set up in less than 20 minutes without asking me if I was ok with the height or anything. So here I am over a month later with an adjustable bed at a height I don’t want and not attached to my headboard!! After all the money I spent on this bedding I would have expected the delivery men to do the work. I will not recommend nor will I use this company in the future if this is the way customers are treated. With that being said the ladies in the actual store of purchase were great but the delivery option has been nothing short of a nightmare. I expect this to be made right at some point.

We stopped in today to look for a new mattress and had Paige as a sales representative. She was very patient and understanding and took the time to talk to us at length and answer the many questions that we had. While I know this is the job of a sales rep, Paige impressed me because she never showed any sign of impatience or irritation no matter how many questions we threw at her. In this day of unknowns and delays, it is so nice to work with a company that really cares and has staff willing to put in the extra effort to help. Knowing how delayed things currently, we ordered mattresses 2 months ago for our new home in Florida and scheduled delivery. I flew down this week accept delivery only to find out a day before they were to be delivered that they would not be delivered as they where out of stock. Frustrated, I took a chance and visited this local store in Leesburg to be greeted by a wonderful young lady, Paige. I explained my situation and that I was leaving in the morning to fly back to KC and wouldnt return for a month. She jumped into action calling the store in KC, where i originally purchased, and the warehouse checking on stock and she found replacements that were delivered today. First, it was a relief to have the bedding delivered, but it was so refreshing to see a young lady like Paige really take charge and find a quick solution. I cant say enough about her professionalism and skills! I highly recommend this store and make sure to ask for Paige!

Nor did she try to switch me to some other competing model. She wasnt trying to make a sell, she was helping me find the perfect mattress for my needs at the cost of her own time.This was a breath of fresh air. As coming from someone with a background in very high pressure sales, do or die commission life, Im very pessimistic and untrusting regarding larger transactions or expensive services. Mara at the Lee’sburg, FL store was awesome. I came in with the intention of trying out and purchasing a Nectar mattress. I walked around, trying a lot of the others out, but what I ended up buying was a Purple Hybred 2. She was able to answer all my questions, and made me feel good about my choice. She wrote up my order, and delivery date in another city I’m moving to, so it could be coordinated with my expected arrival next month. She made the entire process easy for me, and I’m confident my bed will be set up and ready for me when I arrive. I also felt safe as she wore a mask the entire time, and kept distance.

Nick was awesome!! Ive never liked shopping for big ticket items because of pushy sales people. Soooo NOT the case here. We told him what our needs were, what we preferred and what our budget was and BOOM.... no shady its a little more than you want to spend, but its worth it and no undercutting quality.
