Enjoy having a true book store so close to home. Sometime you dont know exactly what youre looking for, its nice to be able to just pick up some paper and see if the book works for you.They also provide great customer service, they helped my son order a book online and source it in store so he could get the the online discount. Ill go there again!

Ill admit it... Im a luddite. I love those old-fashioned collections of information and stories called books. And very few things make me happier than finding a good book at a great price. Thats why I loved this store. I was able to pick up a nice collection of graphic novels at a fraction of retail price from their extensive bargain section! The staff are friendly and helpful, and the store is nicely organized.

I always love a bookstore. Was happy to see their health section was significantly expanded since last I went in. Maybe the demand has changed with COVID. Hope it stays that way.

This place just lost my business for good, so sad...I entered the store and immediately a woman came power walking up from the back. Asked if she could help me and then said Im closing soon - like in 5 minutes very short very rude and made me feel very unwelcome.Well then ... let me not get in your way! She clearly must be hitting her sales goals.Very very poor customer service and i definitely was there to actually spend money.

Friendly people. I worked there for like a week and then they realized they over hired. Good books, all the new books are there. Easy

This place was a perfect spot for someone waiting for their date for dinner. The variety of books was so nice. I got lost in the aisles and it was so quiet and peaceful. :-)

Might have bathroom but couldnt find one. Lady kept asking me if I need help. Dont mind being helped but felt weird after 2nd time.

They didnt have any copies left of the book I came for, but they found one copy at another store and had them hold it until I got there. Very pleased with the whole experience. If you want to buy a book, its a good place to buy a book.

A lot of books in this place. It’s a well taken care of store; clean and tidy as far as book stores like this are. Their staff are helpful and knowledgeable also.

One sales lady for entire store which was fine as store was empty. She knew right where I was looking for large print books. She was very rushed and it seems like she wasnt very happy but maybe it was just she was having a bad day. I also went exploring in the store and I found large print crossword puzzles which was very helpful but she did not tell me about. Prices were okay.

Since Im not, I will call it a disgusting excuse for a bookstore. Books-a-million is only a title. I bet they dont even have a million books.Even if they did, its clear they cant even give you the right one. This new Books a Million is a big upgrade over the previous incarnation of the bookstore. It is very large, has a great selection, and the employees are very helpful.

We usually go to Barnes & Noble which we still love. We were just surprised how big this store was and how vast of a selection they had.

Dont let the small size fool you, its a great little place. The staff are great and very friendly (especially with children) and if you know what you need something but they dont have it, they will order it for you.
