Only used car dealers you should use. Friendly, honest, and knowledgeable. Dont bother going anywhere else. All of their vehicles are as described. They only pick up well maintained used vehicles and sell them for reasonable prices.

Purchased my 2013 Hyundai Sonata July 1st and I AM IN LOVE WITH IT. Ali answered every question we had, let me and my best friend take it for a test drive. We were offered refreshments and was literally out of there within 45 mins. Very friendly and patient.

Just got my second car from them (Leesburg office). First time I happily got a 30-mile cab ride to get here. Second time, well, I live closer. But either way WORTH THE TRIP. Test drive all you want, discuss finance or bring you on. The cars look good, run good. For second --hand cars that dont SEEM like second hand, you cant do better.

2 years ago we decided to take a chance on Loudoun Used Cars and purchase a 2005 sedan with 108,000 miles. The appearance of the car was very nice and the price was good, so we had high hopes this vehicle would keep running well, and now 12,000 miles later, I can say we definitely made a good purchase with Loudoun Used Cars! :) We’ve had no major repairs, just the regular predictable upkeep for state safety inspections, and the only surprise problems we’ve encountered with our sedan have been minor electrical annoyances that don’t affect the vehicle’s functionality (the interior trunk button sometimes randomly doesn’t work, and the sunroof sometimes randomly tries to activate itself when the ignition is first started). The car has almost 121,000 miles now and is still running very well, but a local high school kid recently rammed into it with his SUV in a parking lot and made it look ugly with more $ damage than our sedan’s market value, so I’m definitely looking at Loudoun Used Cars for our next purchase. :) The customer service we got with our first purchase was great. It’s been long enough now that I don’t recall the men’s names, but they weren’t pushy at all, and they were happy to assist us as we asked to test out several different vehicles over two different days. The paperwork was actually quite quick and easy too, and they even added on the extended service warrantee for no extra charge when we couldn’t afford it ourselves! (We didn’t ask for that favor, they gave it themselves, and our car was one of the lowest cost vehicles in their inventory, so that bonus was especially nice of them. :)

Recently purchased a 2010 ford focus. Got it at a good price and great condition. This place is amazing. I had a spending budget of $3000 due to my car being totaled and I went through almost 15 car lots. Every car lot turned me away with nothing available or pretty crappy cars. I stopped by this lot today and there was nothing but kindness and options from this lot.I informed the gentlemen on how much I had and surprisingly he had already 3 or 4 options for me to look at. The three cars he did have me look at were in excellent condition and pretty low miles. (100,000-120,000) - especially for 3,000 dollars. After looking at some car dealerships I decided to go to Loudoun Used Cars and I am very happy with my decision. The service is great and the cars too.I am an Audi lover and was looking for a used Audi in good condition and at a good price. I thought it was going to be a difficult task, but no. I bought a beautiful and perfectly kept used Audi A4 from Loudoun Used Cars. Pristine painting, new tires, very clean inside, and the engine working perfectly with a recent timing belt and water pump change. I believe they have a nice selection of Audi´s and Volkswagen. So far so good with the car!

I cant say enough about what a pleasure it was purchasing a used car from Loudoun Used Cars. My wife and I were looking for a nice minivan after having the misfortune of hitting a deer a few days earlier and finding out or previous car was totaled. We were lucky enough to find a well maintained Honda Odyssey for sale here. The staff was very friendly and not pushy at all when it came to looking at the vehicle and taking it for a test drive. We were coming from Maryland and when purchasing the car they offered to repair anything that would not pass the Maryland state inspection for just the wholesale cost of the parts and no charge for the labor involved. They even held the car for us for a small deposit for 8 days while we waited for the insurance company to pay us for our old vehicle. I would recommend doing business with them as I will do again if we need another car in the future.

In March 2017, I went searching for great, affordable used car. I saw a Carfax ad for a nice looking SUV at Loudoun Used Cars. So I decided to ride out to Leesburg, Va. from the Bowie, Md. area. With all the stigmas of dealing with scrupulous dealers, I was pleasantly surprised at the professional atmosphere at Loudoun Used Cars. The sales staff made me feel at ease during the buying process. No pressure-- The sales staff were friendly and accommodating. I would recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a clean, Affordable, quality car.

Do not buy from these guys. They do not stand behind their products. Bought a car from them, check engine light came on on the way home, had to replace entire transmission. $3000 repair on a $6000 car! They say they offer a warranty but they never mentioned it to us and they do not provide complete buyers guides as required by law!

Great, personable service. Kind of confusing to find, but once located this dealership has a wide range of cars. The pricing is reasonable, and the service is very kind and accommodating.

At first, the service, image, and conversations with Asif and his staff had gone good. But 2 hours off the lot the vehicle we purchased was having issues. We have them the benefit of the doubt since the car is old. But having failed 3 MD state inspections and multiple mechanic accounts of the true condition of the car shows just how much information was held back from us a buyers. And although Asif has been helpful in terms of trying to reduce the cost of repairs by using their mechanic shop, the vehicle is still in an unsafe condition to be driven legally in the state of Maryland (and presumably any other state).From the beginning he assured us that the car was perfect. And all of our interactions have been good in terms of customer service. But the product was not what was advertised. The vehicle is not safe to drive. And currently getting these issues amended has been far from easy.The process is ongoing but lawyers may have to be called, as well as an investigation into the ethics, inventory, and services of Loudon Used Cars.Until this issue is solved I cannot recommend this dealership to others for the risk that these cars may pose to the safety and security of others.

I am completely disappointed on this place. I purchased a 2005 Nissan Xterra and 3 months later engine light came on and it was the catalyst I ended up having to pay $1000s to fix it also both front wheel bearings were old and had to be replaced. Also, the passengers window broke and it won’t go down. This place is a scam do not buy from this place you will regret it!After seeing their reply I even got more disappointed. I purchased the vehicle 6 months ago and not once they have filled my tires. I actually reached out to Asif personally about the issues and told me he wasn’t going to help. I go put air myself at sheets were the air is free I have never reached out to help with filling my tires because the car has bigger problems than an air filling. This just goes to show how corrupted and liars they are. And yes they helped financed but they ended up taking avantage of me because they ended up charging me way more for a junk car. I hope these helps people become more aware of the type of cars they are selling there. If you are thinking of buying a car there make sure you take it to a professional to check any issues the car has.

An excellent dealer of used automobiles. I live in the State of Maryland and upon recommendation from another close friend, I purchased a 2005 Mercedes Benz in excellent condition from this shop. I had some difficulties with registration and inspection for Maryland. This left me frustrated because the car was registered in Virginia and had passed VA inspection. The entire staff knew about my issues with MD inspections. They were patient with me all the way. Mr. Jamil, suggested that I leave everything in his charge and he will have someone home deliver my Maryland Registration & Tags in 8 hours. Keep in mind the dealership is a used car dealership in Leesburg, VA and I Iive in MD. Mr. Jamil had this accomplished in 5 hours with the assistance of one of their staff. The car runs like brand new. I had to replace tires, Everything in the car works. They restored my faith in buying an expensive used car with a fair price and support. I would highly recommend this dealership and yes I would buy another car from them again.

Got royally screwed over by these guys. Firstly, the side body of the car had damage, and the wheels were pretty rusted which weren’t shown in the pictures of the car on their site. They claimed the car was ‘mechanically perfect,’ yet after taking the car to a mechanic, there were leaks and severe rust throughout the frame of the car. Should’ve done a pre purchase inspection before purchasing a vehicle from these guys.

The most grimiest used car lot i have come across yet. I purchased a Mazda 3 with them and the transmission managed to blow in a matter of days. Left my mother stranded on the highway on the way back to their 2nd location when we realized there were serious issues with the car that were not disclosed with us at all. After we demanded a refund, they told us we would need to pay a $1000 reinstatement fee to take a broken car they sold us back. Very disappointed in the lack of honesty and integrity. Mr. Asif is a complete scam artist. Keep looking.

I was given $1000 more than my CarMax estimate for my trade in and my purchase was over $2,000 under Kelly Blue Book dealer estimates. Employees were kind and responsive. I was in and out in one hour.

A few weeks ago, my girlfriend and I stopped by Loudoun Used Cars to take a look at a few Audi A4s that they had on the lot. The two gentlemen with whom we dealt were very friendly and accommodating, even letting us take two solo test drives to narrow down our option. After deciding on one of the cars, we negotiated the price down to an acceptable level, with the caveat that I would only buy after I took the car to a reputable third party for an inspection. This is where things turned sour. Upon hearing this, the salesman was visibly upset, and attempted to dissuade me from doing this because of their warranty and his personal guarantee that the vehicle was in excellent shape. I insisted on the inspection, and we agreed that I would return the next day to pick up the Audi and get it inspected, which was very well accommodated by my salesman. I took the vehicle to a highly recommended and rated European service center where a few issues were found, including a leaking pump, a bad battery, some bad suspension components, and a few window switches; nothing major, but serious enough to require repairs (~$2400 with parts/labor). I returned to the dealership with this information in written form and presented it to my salesman to see if he was willing to fix these issues. He then stated that this was the reason why he didnt want me to take the car to a third party, because all theyll try to do is find something wrong with the car. He even had his own mechanic come over and attempt to downplay the severity of a few of the issues, implying that a reputable service center would perform an erroneous paid inspection of a used car. Even after this, I didnt try to lower the price of the car, but insisted that at least the pump and window switches be fixed, and I would take care of the suspension and other repairs myself. I was told that I would be contacted after the salesman could confer with his mechanic on the repairs. Two days later I hadnt received a call back, and had to contact the dealership myself. I was then told that because I had been offered a great price prior to the inspection, he was unwilling to fix the issues and would only sell the car as-is. Because of this, I declined to purchase the vehicle.Overall, I had a relatively pleasant experience with my salesman. However, I feel I was not asking for too much for some of the vehicles issues to be fixed, and I dont appreciate the implication that I would help falsify a paid inspection to try to get a vehicle for cheaper (especially considering that I didnt try to lower the price after the inspection). The gentlemen running this dealership would rather let a broken vehicle sit on their lot than put a little money and customer service into it and make a sale. For example, the A4 in question has been sitting on their lot since November of 2016, and as of this review the car is still for sale (Im assuming with the same issues it had before).Edit: Youre welcome for the review. You never earned my business because you refused to fix a broken vehicle, and instead chose to insult me and professional mechanics. As I stated, the price wasnt the issue and I never attempted to go lower than our original agreement; I just asked for the problems to be fixed. The only one upset here seems to be you, judging by your response and responses to other customers reviews. I couldnt be happier for avoiding purchasing a money pit of a car. Best of luck.

I had a wonderful experience buying a 2005 nissan Xterra from this dealership. The staff is incredibly honest and helpful. They helped me with minor repairs before I took my car off the lot and issued me an extended temp plate when I didnt have time to make it to the DMV. I highly recommend buying a car from them!

I was helping my son research used cars and found Loudoun Used Cars on the web. They seemed to have very good prices for their vehicles. We visited them and met with the owner Asif. He was very friendly and my son decided on a Subaru Tribeca. I drove it and when I got home, there was a loud noise from the engine and the check engine light came on. I called Asif on his cell phone after hours and he answered and told me to bring it back the next day for them to see what the problem was. They had to order a part and they gave us a Toyota Prius as a loaner. My son decided that he wanted to keep the Prius instead as it had less miles and only cost a little more. Asif said no problem. We came back the next day and met with Mo who completed all the paperwork for us to trade cars. I am very pleased with their honesty and willing to work with us. I would highly recommend them!

Looked all over the net for a car that offers value for money. Loudoun used cars came up high with great options for cars at good prices. Leesburg is a bit out of my way but once i spotted the car i wanted, i took on the long journey. The Rav4 that i chose was spot on: great looks, very well kept and riding great. Ali first accommodated my needs, and Jamil at the closing when i paid it off was excellent. Extremely great customer service. Would do business with them again. Would have been great if they handled the titling paperwork for me and saved me a trip to the DMV. But you cant have it all. They gave me all the paperwork that i need.

Have plenty of cars, look like a decent place to purchase a vehicle

Bought a 2015 VW jetta the car is in perfect condition, buying process was made as easy as possible. Car didnt pass MD STATE inspection because of slight chip on headlight, they replaced it for me free of cost.

Those guys at Loudoun used cars are great purchased a Dodge truck from there and I had a few rough months but they stuck with me through the whole ordeal (no problem with truck just finances on my part) special shout out to Ali a great human being, keep up the great work.

Honest and friendly people providing great cars and greater service. Will recommend to anyone looking to buy used cars for a decent price.
