Customer service was quick & excellent. They had the part I needed on hand and ordered the other part. They thanked me for the purchased & gave me their business card, telling me to call if I had any questions.

Everyone was very nice. Took ours in for a diagnosis and the Service guy was very knowledgeable and explained several things we were not aware of. No one in our local area knows anything about them.

You must have a lot of patience dealing with Columbia ParCar of Florida. I ordered a new golf cart, with lithium batteries, nearly 10 weeks ago and was promised a 4-6 week delivery. For the last month they said the delay was that they were waiting for the correct battery level meter. Late in the afternoon two days ago they called and asked me to come in the next day for orientation with the new vehicle. When I arrived yesterday I was told it was not ready yet and that the lithium batteries I ordered don’t get the 40 miles per charge as advertised; they only get 27 miles per charge. They had no answer to why they didn’t tell me this information a month ago. They quickly ordered new gel batteries and promised to deliver the new cart this afternoon. I did not accept delivery today because they forgot to include the battery charger power cord and the rear view mirrors are incorrectly installed. They point to the ground and can’t be adjusted to see behind the cart. I was at their store/shop for 4 hours yesterday and what I observed was a very disorganized and discombobulated business. They tried very hard, and significantly successfully, yesterday to make things right by me and I had high hopes for delivery today but it was not to be. I pray my new golf cart is reliable and not reflective of their business practices.

In my opinion the Tomberlin is golf car is blowing the doors off of its competitors. The sporty nose and overall ride sets the bar very high. Not to mention one of the most enjoyable sales experiences Ive ever had. Worth the time of anyone looking to buy a golf cart.

Finally got my refund thank goodness. They are very polite to you and I think that they mean well but need to be more on top of their game.

Just had my Tomberlin serviced by the service department at Par Car Florida, the all new service department is incredible. If I could give Albert 10 stars in the service department, I would. He is incredible. They exceeded every expectation and had my Tomberlin back quickly. Also, the driver that picked my car up in the villages was extremely professional and nice.

A pleasure dealing with this company, a GREAT selection of vehicles and courteous service very knowledgeable in all areas and honest pricing!! HIGHLY recommend......
