This store is great on weekdays. But they have to do something about the weekends. All of the attention is given to the drive through customers. The line is huge and the store is not ready. It’s understaffed! Please, solve this issue. Our drinks took 25 minutes to make. :(

This is absolutely by far my favorite Starbucks to go to! The staff are friendly and they make delicious drinks compared to the ones that I’ve been to in the area. I specially love love love Justin because he is extremely kind, has a positive and radiating energy, very sweet, and a very positive and giving attitude!They are also very patient and always are willing to modify my drinks to meet my dietary restrictions and requirements. I highly recommend going here even if its a little out of your way. Personally, I drive from Round Hill to go to THIS specific Starbucks because of Justin’s super positive energy and their delicious drinks.PS,To whom ever is paying Justin, give that man a hefty raise!!! definitely deserves it hahaha

One of few Starbucks that u could walk into. Most were drive through only with very long lines. I prefer walk in.

Wow. I truly cannot commend the Starbucks Leesburg Plaza location enough. Not only are their drinks deliciously customizable, their bakery items are impeccable and their sandwiches never miss. But beyond their culinary masterpieces, the Leesburg Plaza Starbucks is employed by some of the kindest, most hardworking and talented individuals I have had the absolute pleasure of meeting in all my Starbucks experience. Specifically, Elaine and Jacob never fail to brighten my day with their mask covered smiles and scrumptious beverages in hand, this location is truly the epitome of what every Starbucks dreams to be. Visiting the Leesburg Plaza Starbucks location is the highlight of my day as I have never, will never, and could never even imagine being let down by the baristas. Praise be to the Leesburg Plaza Starbucks.

Great new store across the street from old location. Staff is awesome, very helpful, courteous and patient with even the rudest of customers...of which there are unfortunately many. They have never been drive through until now so be patient people or drive some where else in your fancy cars. :)

Longer wait than expected and despite verifying my order twice, they (the cashier) got it wrong. A nice barista re-made the drink for me and it was fine.Of note, the first drink had at least an inch of room in the top that I did not request (see picture). The second drink was a full cup.Overall a disappointing Starbucks stop.

Absolutely the SLOWEST Starbucks I have ever been to. Be prepared to wait...forever. Update tried again and not only did it take forever, they got my order WRONG. Please dear god get these people some help....

I have gone to this Starbucks multiple times since it opened and I went to it when it was across the street as well.Every time I go, I ask for a creme-based Frappuccino. And almost every time I do, they put coffee in it.I got one today, making sure to specify creme-based, and they gave me coffee in it. It even says that its a creme-based Frappuccino on the cup. It is not.Its getting incredibly annoying and its at the point where I will no longer be going to this location. I hope that you can fix this for other patrons.

Chia tea latte just tasted like steamed milk, no flavor

Ive been here 3 times since they opened the new location. Two times I went through the drive thru and I was at the back of the line but it was a full twenty minute wait. When I got to the window the drink was still being prepared. No issue with my latte it was fine. The other time I went the building was just closed at 3 PM on a Friday afternoon. I went to the other Starbucks on Edward Ferry and it was similarly closed. I heard later that they have staff shortages. There are lots of coffee shops in Leesburg, go to King St coffee, Sidebar or Trinity!

Make great drinks just takes a while sometimes

Nice new location but very very slow service. No clear areas for mobile orders to be picked up because they keep everything behind the counter and didnt even call out names.I walked on to order. My food was cold by the time my coffee was ready (15 minutes later). Not acceptable.

This was my first time visiting this Starbucks. I went on a Tuesday afternoon and there was no one in the drive thru line except me. I asked for whipped cream on my iced drink. I was told they were out of whipped cream. I asked why they were out and the lady at the drive thru said they were short staffed and didnt have time to many any whipped cream. Seems like a lousy excuse to be out of a basic topping for so many of their beverages. I am giving them 3 stars for that reason.

This place is awesome with some really friendly staff..

We had a coupon which was not working somehow but they still gave us coffee for free. We bought a coffee mug and it was great but we would love to see more gifting options. The lady at the store who helped us was very helpful and cooperative.

The service is nice although the drive through has a major issue with no markings to identify the steep end. They should have warning poles to mark the end of the drive. Be careful when exiting the drive through.

Im a traveling construction worker and my one caveat to civility is stopping at Starbucks on the way home. Without question, this store has been the highlight of my day more than once.Staff ridiculously helpful and on point when deciphering my utterances when asked what I would like. Im not sure who the manager is, but if the way Im treated is an example of their training or expectations, well done.

Similar to other reviewers...incredibly slow service compared to other locations. The baristas are pleasant and always have a smile but still it’s annoying due to slow service.Also, not sure if anybody has noticed but they close randomly. In the past 2 weeks they were closed on a Thursday and a Friday. Not sure if they’re short staffed but it’s very disappointing to drive to the location and then see a piece of paper on the drive thru stating they’re closed for the whole day.Certainly one of the poorer locations for Starbucks, if you can make it down the road to another one I’d recommend it.

The service is very nice and pleasant, but the drive thru has serious issues. Takes a long time for traffic to move and causes blockages for those that park in their parking lot. My suggestion is to order ahead, park in the nearby parking lot, and walk in to get your order. You’ll be in and out faster than those waiting in the drive thru.

I have been here several times since they opened this new location.Everyone is always super nice and efficient when it comes to my order.My gripe is that the drive-thru is ALWAYS ridiculously long and slow, and whomever designed it, did not take into account the space it takes for larger vehicles, its EXTREMELY tight and its impossible and dangerous to pass into the 2nd lane to exit out if you want to hop out of the drive-thru line!2ndly, they truly need to assign a staff member to keep up with the cleanliness of the dining area. Floors and tables are always dirty!

A wonderful place to purchase a variety of drinks and healthy snacks. Fast and friendly service surely to put a Starbucks smile on your face. Ample parking is available to grab a hot or cold beverage.

The line moved at a reasonable pace. You know what you came for. A constant cup of good coffee.

They are super nice, but the drive through is sooooo slow

Coffee decent but unfortunately the staff is constantly overwhelmed and taking it out on customers with their bad attitude. Not sure the solution here other than just not going to this location!

This Starbucks suffers from being in a central location and not having a drive through. Its service is about as fast as those working there could get, the baristas there are very good, but they are typically just too busy and there is usually a line and rarely seating.

So slowwww and the girl was very RUDE!

Third time I have gone to this location, and it has been closed. App says it’s open but there is a piece of paper saying they are closed. It is very inconvenient to be closed during normal operational hours.

Unfortunately, the new Starbucks in Leesburg has disappointed on both recent visits. The first, using the drive-thru--the turn from where one orders to the pick up window is very tight for large vehicles. Had to actually drive up on the curb to clear the turn to avoid the metal handrail near service entrance. The store happened to be out of an item we ordered as well as a component of the coffee I ordered.Just visited again on 6 Feb 2021 and chose to do a mobile order...the parking situation is terrible. The line for the drive-thru blocks the small parking area. The store was very backlogged and disorganized on orders. There were approximately 10 customers waiting on orders inside the store (drive-thru was packed, too. Perhaps a dozen cars or so). Placed the mobile order at 11:01, the order was not ready until 11:20.

I love Starbucks. You can relax inside and enjoy a coffee, tea or pastry even with coronavirus restrictions as long as ypu were a mask. They have great hot chocolate.

Coffees or any other drink I ordered here, has barely any flavor, barista’s have quite an attitude toward customers. There was a lady before me that ordered 6 iced frappes and they were all ice and whipping cream, the amount of coffee that was in it didn’t even cover the ice. People pay $6 for one of those drinks at least they deserve to get what they paid for!

I do not purchase drinks at Starbucks I do use their ground coffee. I find their coffee the day especially the bolt very watery Reeses are sometimes helpful sometimes ignore you when youre standing at the counter. Im very young and energetic however and they create a nice typical third-place experience for most people

I love it when you can get in-and-out and it is easy and fast.

I ordered a venti iced coffee and without delay I had it I walked to my car and drove away took a sip recognized that it was possibly a little stale I came back in they offered me a perfect solution and no charge Richard and Justin thank you for making this year a little better near the end of it

Slow drive thru

Great staff and reliably great coffee. The atmosphere is very nice. The only drawback is that if youre handicapped with a bad back as I am, its often difficult or impossible to find a seat. Most of the softer, comfortable seats have been replaced by hard-backed chairs and tables. For someone with a bad back, these become absolute agony after a few minutes. Id go there a LOT more if I felt I could have a decent chance of finding a chair I could tolerate.

Love Starbucks. This specific spot seems extremely busy and sometimes low on staff. Usually I wait 15 to 20 mins for a mobile app order on weekdays before 830am. That said the staff is friendly and you can see that they know how to hustle!

One of my favorite place everywhere I go... I just love the cozy and clean environment. Plus the crew are very attentive and friendly they always wear a smile on their faces which is cool.

Edit as of COVID-19:This starbucks will let people without masks in and be served along with leave out all drinks so that other customers are able to touch them, cough on them, sneeze on them ect. The made drinks should be behind a counter. If you value your health and safety go to the Battlefield starbucks.

I have never been in this store and it not be packed. The staff are always expedient and friendly. I have a complicated order and usually a child or tow in tow...so we take longer than many and service with a smile and ever a joke. My coffee has never been wrong and it is a wacky keto coffee order. I would love a drive through and better parking in this shopping center.

The parking lot is very tight for larger vehicles. My coffee that I always order, tasted off from the normal Starbucks I frequent.

Overall great experience. Seemed a little understaffed for the location at the time of day - Thursday morning. Service was great. My drink was prepared as I requested. I would come back.

Yikes! We waited 45 minutes for our coffee in a crowd of maybe 25-30 other people... The place was so packed there was not even one place to sit. The staff were polite and apologetic but either this place needs more staff or somehow become more efficient. Super not worth it- head to a coffee shop closer to downtown for a more pleasant and timely experience... Try trinity house cafe or king st coffee! Definitely not risking it and going to this starbucks location again!

Quick, friendly service

Since becoming a new drive thru store, I’d say they need to address the LONG wait times: over 25 minutes of waiting in the morning. Beverage quality was terrible all three visits. The building design and interior are beautiful though!

When I visited in person it was closed due to COVID but on map it did not mention anything about closing.

They messed up 2 iced coffees... didnt know that was possible.

This Starbucks is conveniently located right on the main drag. Its a great place to smack, have coffee, and a very good place to work from. WiFi is available of course. Lots of people working, but quiet, clean and good service.Had all the usual offerings that youd find in any Starbucks regarding food and merchandise.

Ordered a Pumpkin Spice Latte, no whipped cream or topping and tasted like water. Told Barista and she just added a pump of pumpkin sauce in it.... for six dollars + that is ridiculous. Other times have been a little better. Hit or miss.

Love this place so much. There are many seats available and its perfect for studying. The service is terrific and the food and drinks are great.

Love meet some Starbucks, but this location had to be slowest. The worse part is it doesnt matter what time of day its just slow! Four employes working the bar/counter, five people in line and it takes a total of 15 minutes for a completed order. You are better off going to a different location.

I love it but they put to much Ice but I still love it

I think Starbucks is overrated. Three main reasons. First, they do nothing as a corporation to offer customers a way to recycle the millions of coffee cups they produce for landfills to deal with. Second their coffee sucks because they make it at too high a temperature. Third, they attempt to portray they are a caring corporate entity that is sensitive to the soul of society. Since they cant offer a way to take care of their own trash (coffee cup recycling) to me this indicates they really dont care.

Great service with friendly staff. Plenty of space to sit and drink a while; however, I find that usually when I go in, the place seems a bit messy, this is likely due to its busy times but usually not a good impression.

So slow I finally canceled my latte after waiting 18 minutes and asked for refund. Wasnt really busy, they just dont know how to juggle mobile orders with in-store customers. Very disorganized. Also more expensive than other Loudoun locations bc you get hit with town of Leesburg 10 percent restaurant tax.

This is the greatest coffee shop Ive ever been to. For starters, its huge. With a fireplace, 6 large leather chairs and many, many tables and chairs, it has become the gathering place that coffee shops were originally meant to be.Aside from a couple of opinionated, entitled, intolerant, grumpy old customers who occasionally feel compelled to voice their dissatisfaction about either the music, the other customers taking their chair(remember, entitled) or life in general, the atmosphere is wonderfully welcoming and conducive to both social conversation and real work being done on laptops by a beautiful diversity of business people and students alike.The staff is truly the best. Their accuracy and speed in their service is second only to their humanity, kindness, healthy sense of humor and sense of fun. I have yet to pick up my twice daily coffee without a smile or laugh. And Ive been coming here for many years.They treat EVERYONE with respect and kindness and when faced with asking a homeless person to leave because that persons lack of purchase but use of chair has upset one of the entitled regulars, they instead buy that person a drink with money out of their own pocket. Now THAT is how you treat and keep customers. As a business owner myself, I am truly impressed at how they can serve so many people so fast yet remember the regulars by name and drink.I literally get greeted when I open the door- before Ive even gotten in line. I challenge you to find another chain store where this happens.Starbucks could do a case study on how all stores should be run based on this place.Its perfection.

While in the PAST this place hopped and service was friendly and fast. Not sure if it just the crew(s) more recently, but the opposite is true. Not to the normal Starbucks standard.

Stopped here after a very long road trip for some coffee. Theres really nothing bad you can say about that. I really loved the layout of this Starbucks however...

Good Coffee, nice employees. Unfortunately, its pretty dirty every time I come in whether its the counter where the creamer is, overflowing trash cans or floors that look like they have not been cleaned in days. There are 3-4 employees working. One worker, today, dropped a breakfast sandwich on the floor that he was making. He quickly grabbed it and said that he would eat it. Im not sure if there is a shift supervisor or manager here. I say that because when I was here last week, the employees were openly complaining about shift hours not being fair. The team are very casual and dont realize they should not be discussing this publicly. I like coming here because its close but the one in Ashburn/Belmont is very clean, and has outdoor seating.

Fast accurate friendly service

Love this location except for the unicorn that is loose in the lobby seemingly only when a particular employee is working. Even though I am all about the whimsy,this beast is constantly whinnying.Ive also noticed lately that it has been poking holes in the nice furniture.I am not certain if this creature is a mode of transportation or a service animal for said employee,but I do find it a distraction.
