Dont bother coming here. The good just doesnt outweigh the bad. There are other places you can order from, or maybe try a different Spirit store? I dont know.I came here a couple of weeks ago, and got here a few minutes before they opened. There was an employee that looked at me through the gate and said oh, great.... Oh well. She unlocks the gate so customers can come in at 11:05.I looked around and thought the props were pretty cool. A few of them were broken, though, unfortunately. I noticed other items broken in the store as well that were for sale. Im sure customers probably broke the stuff, but it should still be taken to the back and thrown out or something. Not still sitting on the shelf for sale.As far as the store as a whole, the music is insanely loud in Spirit, and I have no idea why that is but it was like that last year as well. You cant even hear yourself think, and its not even good or relevant music. Why not play some Halloween music? Monster Mash? Dont Fear the Reaper? This is Halloween? Just some suggestions instead of the old pop music playing. They have put out new stock since the last time I was here a few weeks prior to the last time so there are more costumes. As far as cleanliness of the store, its clean enough I guess.I love Halloween and I get really excited every year when were approaching the holiday, because of the cool decorations available. I just dont understand why the employees in this store are so rude. I cant think of a single time that Ive came to spirit and the employees were friendly. It really isnt hard to fake being nice even if you dont feel like it. Ive worked customer service before, and always made the customer feel welcomed even if I was having a bad day. That way theyll feel comfortable and still want to spend money.
A little disappointed this year, not as many displays or choices. Still a pretty cool place to check out.
Low in costumes not so many variety nor sizes. Prices are 40 and up for children costumes
We had an awesome experience today with Kate at the Leesburg Spirit Halloween store. She was very gracious and had the utmost customer service skills. How refreshing in such a time of stress in the world today. She made our entire day! Kate for the win!
Store is located inside of the Lake Square Mall. Park at Books-A-Million and walk in their doors. It’s located across the “hall” of the mall. Store is a mall store so not mega-huge like ones that open in old Best Buy’s or anything like that. Okay selection but not extensive. Lot of costumes though, also a lot of masks. Make up side was decent and the props were on the smaller side of the selection (a couple rows instead of a few). All in all, a solid stop but if you’re looking for a store with everything Spirit Halloween has to offer I would go to the Sanford location.
Theyve got stuff from medieval all the way to halo I loved it prices could be changed a tiny bit but still a good little mall store
Manager was rude. They have used products on the shelves. Over all poor experience. There props are ok but the costumes them self were poor. The poor service mixed with the quality of there store front. I would advise not shopping here.
How are we suppose to get in to this store. The mall closes at 6pm yet this store is open until 9pm. How are people going to get in, all the doors are locked. Poor experience
Very small selection. Going out of town to look at other locations. Disappointing
Very small selection for kids
