I always enjoy going to Sears. This one is well kept, well maintained, and organized. The staff is friendly and helpful. Would go back and spend my money there, especially with their deals. Shame Sears is going out of business

They are closing this Sears and advertising great deals. 30% off most stuff but thats based on the highest price. You can find better deals at their other store during holiday sales....

Its Sears. No one asked to help or even act like they were interested that I was there but they definitely had their hand out for my money! Oh well such is life. Now Books A Million was happy to see me and thanked me (a million) for stopping in even though I didnt purchase a darn thing. 😃 Happy day everyone who reads this.

I actually was using the auto center to get my free tire rotation. Im so thankful to still have service available; not all Sears stores have an auto center. It is well managed, and they do their best to honor appointment times and advise you when is the best time to come for efficient service.

Just had the best service in Sears auto.... They are always friendly and fast.... They never disappoint. .. Had my oil changed and tires rotated.

Very helpful store Manager who was willing to help me out. Too bad we are seeing iconic store like Sears closing. It is the service aspect of sales that non-brick-and-mortar stores lack.

This is the 2nd order I have placed with Sears in a year. I will never use them again. I just ordered a kit for dish washer replacement parts using my exact model number. I told the guy over the phone the picture did not match what mine looked like. He ASSURED me that it was just a generic picture and that this was the exact item. I got it today and it is WRONG, it was the picture posted, not some generic picture per his comment. Now I have to try to send this back and last time I had to deal with Sears on a return I told myself I would never use them again. There is a reason they have financial trouble my friends. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND SHOP ELSEWHERE. They really do suck. I wish you could rate half stars so I could give them a .5 star for effort only.

My favorite place to buy tools. Simply put, they have the best quality and best replacement policy about. Lifetime warranty is difficult to beat.

One of the few remaining Sears still open, I mostly go for order pickups and can say their system is great, and quite prompt, you never have to wait more than 2 minutes to get your item and be in tour way

Associates in front desk were outstanding. However, the technician looked like he didnt want to do his job the right way. The flat tire was fixed, but I went for a patch and pay for a patch. But after checking the tire at home find out that they didnt put a patch instead they did a plug, the tire was over inflated with 50 PSI instead of 30PSI, no balance was done and the wheel rim came out with a huge scratch in the end. The scratch and all the crappy job was done due to laziness, the technician didnt want to remove the tire from the rim. I could have done a big argument in the auto center but now everything works differently. Ill never recommend anyone to come here if this is how business is. Im talking about a new 2016 truck. The sears I went to was Leesburg, FL (6365), but I have had great experiences in other sears, this one was just a disappointment.I hope that the same people who fixed my tire get the same service they gave me.

I made the mistake of purchasing a refrigerator, a range top, a dishwasher, and a double oven. They delivered a broken refrigerator and had to bring another one on another day and then the installer could not hook up the water line to the ice maker so I had to do that. Then the range was delivered on a different day and they were 2 hours late. Now after taking yet another day off to have the oven installed they are coming 2 hours late so I wasted a day off for nothing. Nobody at Sears will take any responsibility for anything and nobody can give answers on anything. Ive never encountered such a collection of useless morons in my life. I have shopped at sears for over 30 years. I will never purchase another thing from them as long as I live. I can see why they are going out of business. Update: The installers for the oven showed up 3 hours late and installed the oven then left without testing it. It does not work and now Sears is trying to tell me I have to wait almost 2 weeks for someone to come out and try to fix it.

Store is empty. Need to lower prices to draw in customers. Not much inventory in most areas. Like Sears. Hope they can reinvent themselves.

Sadly Sears is closing in Leesburg in November. Even store furnishings/shelving, etc for sale. Purchased half off mens items. Presently the boxed Christmas trees still too expensive at only 30% off. The larger Sears closed in Daytona Beach. Times are a changn

Sears has been a lot more competitive in recent months. They still carry good quality merchandise. They really need to up their workforce. It was really bad during the holidays.

It is okay but very expensive! Since Sears is closing many stores due to bankruptcy we thought we will find good deals but they were none! Left the store without buying anything!

Purchased a new weed eater last night. Wouldnt work at all. Took it back today the gentleman were eager to help and switched out my non working weed eater with another one and even tested it before I left. Thanks

Horrible customer service. I have the model number and part that I need. Wrong item shipped. The saleman just wanted his commission is all. I would not use them again. This is my last attempt at giving them a shot. Sears used to be #1 for service and appliances. Hell if I use them again, maybe when they go bankrupt and Best Buy or someone bigger buys them out. Obviously they have inept executives and employees.

Good place to visit little pricey for me only will be returning if they have lower prices and better

The two Morrons at the automotive repairs that you encounter first at the desk pretend to know everything but they don’t and rude! Not ever going backHow can they know more then me about my own personal truck. On what work needs to be done. They did nothing to fix my truck or looked at nothing.( not to mention I drive my truck everyday ik what needs to be worked on)

The only place I can find the right size of clothing since Kmart has gone out of business, much better than Walmart

First experience with the Sears in Leesburg, long time customer of the one on 200 in Ocala, but theyre closed. The man who helped me (I cant remember his name) was patient and explained everything I had a question about. Had me in and out in under an hour, and I dont feel like I was ripped off.

Going out of business sales. Wonder how they stayed in business for so long.

Stopped to purchase a Kenmore canister vacuum today around 4pm since this is the only Sears store left in the area. Place was dead three sales nerds in appliance having a great old time talking about Uber Eats and stuffing their faces. They clearly saw me pass by them to the vacuum area. Never once cane over to see if help was needed. Advertised prices did not match up to shelf merchandise so I left walked back by the idiots as they still were laughing it up. Tool guy was sitting on a stool looking bored to tears but at least acknowledged me with a hello.Once in car I ordered a Kenmore vacuum and bags off Amazon spending 278.00. Guess the nerds in back didn’t need to make that sale. All deserve to be out of a job once this location closes like all the rest.

I feel like the sales are really the items real price cause it seems over priced otherwise. But they have plenty of things in Stock I found exactly what I was looking for and the lady at the counter was son polite and helpful.

I was there to return something. The sales clerk was very rude. Her name tag said Renee, but she made a phone call and gave another name. I was very disappointed when I left there. I had just been to Kohls before I arrived at Sears and had a very good experience with a very nice sales clerk.

Holidays are coming up. Purchased items before Christmas last year and unable to return items after Christmas if over 30 days even with receipt. Items were in original unopened packaging. No refunds or store credit. Poor customer service. Shopping elsewhere now.

I have been going to sears for more than 10yrs if our family had a problem go to sears,not anymore they broke an alliegment part on my mom car and refuse to repair it the warrenty expired and she still has the problem tires are losing tred and still no call backs from main office also was the service manager Dan was very rude shut the door on my face hit me in my face the worst service in my life.

Worst experience ever and 5 hours for a front brake job. Know this I will never recommend

Drove 20 miles to pick up an appliance I purchased on the app to find out the store was closed at 7:20 and has some ridic hours. 10-7 on weekdays? How are you even in business when you give people who work 9-5 maybe an hour to shop. No wonder Sears is closing stores left and right, nobody with any money can shop there during the week.

Shelves are barely stocked. Kids section is just a few small racks, womens clothing is all dated styles and overpriced. Salespeople are pushy and rude.

The long ride was and is worth the sale prices and quality of items either be cloathes or tools .

Someone needs to spend some time and money recruiting shops. Felt like the whole place is going out of business
