What a treasure this business is! Needed a funky light bulb removed and replaced. The desk clerk called a repairman from the back, who figured it out! To my surprise, and perhaps his as well, they had a replacement in stock. After insertion and before I paid, he plugged it in to verify that it worked. Ive visited occasionally in the last 5 years and value the experiences ☺

I need new lights in my kitchen, dining room, bathrooms and foyer. I spent over an hour with Jason at Beacon, and he was above and beyond patient and helpful. I changed my mind several times, and he never showed any impatience. He was totally understandable and continued helping me. I will definitely be using Beacon for my lighting decisions! Walked in. Two employees sitting at their desks. Stayed for 10 minutes looking at ceiling lights and fans. No acknowledgement of any kind from either employee. Left.

Limited on store selection. Only one sales person. Disapointed with my visit.

Walked in to look at outdoor lights-walked around for twenty minutes. Two women-no one ever came to help me. Guess they dont need my business.

My wife and I drove from Clermont to buy some lighting and show support for a local small business! We entered the store and the two sales associates were with other clients, no worries with that. You can however say hi & let us know you’ll be with us when you can, nope nothing, continued walking right past us! Both customers left, we continued to look around around for another 5 minutes, no associates offered to help us or even acknowledged us, they clearly saw us and knew we were there. A total of 20 to 25 minutes and not even a “hi” including 40 minute drive each way......Terrible service....Travis & Kathie

Good and quick service with reasonable prices. I am reviewing the professional department in the back. Nothing against the store in the front, but I have not frequented it.

I have always had excellent service throughout the years I have lived in Central FL. I am still dealing with the same outstanding folks. They know lighting and electrical and I can trust them to give me the best advice. You cant do better than Besco.

We purchased under cabinet LED lights from this company. The supplies are very satisfactory. The customer service however, is sorely lacking. Specifically, the manager is the problem. Not only were my wife and I treated poorly, but also my neighbor and my brother were treated poorly. The manager acts as though the customer is an imposition.
