I ejoyed my lunch of sushi and curry chicken.
So far no good,Im in the process of moving into a new home. A Thursday I placed my original call to Dominion which was a great, very helpful and pleasant experience. It was on this call I had set up my activation day for the next business day, Friday. I was assured that my power would be on Friday. I went by the new place Friday before work, no power. It was early so I figured after work itd be on. I figured wrong. After 8pm and still no power, so I decided to call. The representative I spoke with was again, very pleasant and seemed eager to help resolve my issue. He told me that my request was still being serviced that day, and even though it was late a technician was still coming to do the job. Ok. I return from dinner at nearly 11pm still no power. We waited until after midnight for someone to come out, call it being hopeful, but nothing. I call once again, and explained my issue. This representative was not nearly as pleasant. She tells me that the best she can do is to send out a page and see if anyone was available in that area, and says worse case scenario someone will be out Monday. Monday!? If when I called Thursday to set up the activation someone told it wouldnt be until Monday then I would understand. But to be told on TWO SEPARATE OCCASIONS Friday it would be on and to not have it is beyond frustrating, and unbelievably unprofessional for any business. This was a great inconvenience that couldve been easily avoided. Whats worse, not one single apology was given. I wasnt looking for anything extra or special treatment of any kind, no discounted rate or waving of any fees. Just an explanation, apology and solution. Oh, and THE ELECTRICITY EOULD BE NICE. But it looks like Ill know more Monday
Great staff. Have what I need. Easy location to get in and out of.
I was able to get what I needed to fix the heater in my house when it was 7 degrees outside and I had a new baby in the house. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The guy who wrote the paragraph is talking about the power company, NOT dominion electric. two different companies.
I have been this this electrical supply a few times since its the closest in town and every time I go there I am very ddisappointed, the stuff is unhelpful and with an attitude, I dont think they understand customer service and would not recommend this electrical supply to anyone!
