As a small business owner, I do not have any computer or IT department. MMD Computer fills that gap! I am very pleased with the services they have provided my business for the past 19 years. They have had the same knowledgeable staff who fix every problem I have ever encountered. Highly recommend as they are honest, reliable and very responsive! Great business to partner with whether you have a business, or just need help.

I have taken several computers to MMD in Leesburg. Every time they have helped me. They are reasonably priced, fast and trustworthy. I wouldnt take my computer anywhere else. I havent been to the Lady Lake store, but if you need Saturday hours, the same group runs that too. Tommy is super nice and extremely knowledgeable.

Had a problem with file naming length. There were files that I couldn’t open that gave me an error message: “cannot open The file because the file path is more than 269 characters”. The file name was. Fgv Report. So I’m like what the heck‘s going on? Ran Windows defender virus scan, maleware bytes scan.Took it to MMD and they showed me how the file name I had was too long because it included the characters in the folder and the file.Problem solved!No charge!Thank you MMD!Now I will have my computer with me to make that vaccine appointment on Wednesday morning at 6 AM.Dan Wagner

Way too expensive for this retiree

What they do is not clean your computer more or less infect it with malwar that hits in about six months to a year. I had several computers in the past taken here and yea after i dug them back out and did some research on them my self found that was the case. Not to mention they almost t boned me in my neighborhood and will tail gate you on your way home.

MMD is, by far, one of the best, if not the best place to get anything done on your computer or purchase a new upgrade....

The technician who came to my home was rude and condescending. My complaint was slow response time on my computer. After less than five minutes, he diagnosed that my hard drive was failing. Took the computer and returned the next day after installing the new drive and migrating the old files to the new one. Cost over $350. I thought, Great! The problem is solved. But no, this time he could not access the internet at all. Claims the problem was with my internet service provider (Spectrum). He looked at their equipment and said that the equipment was at least ten years old and defective. (Ive had it two years.) When I asked why he hadnt checked the service first, he got angry and indicated I didnt know what I was talking about. The problem was definitely the hard drive. Got really nasty!! Spectrum is coming tomorrow. I certainly hope the problem is theirs. I feel used. Will definitely not use MMD Computer again.
