Not very caring,didnt even know prices, for things. Didnt seem to care if things for properly or not. Never go there again

I have been going to State of the Art Hearing for many years. They have always taken care of me in a timely manner. I have called several times over the years and told them that I was having a problem and they told me to come right in. I have priced hearing aids at other places and this was the best price and service.

My mother has spent almost ten thousand dollars on hearing aids in the last two and half years. The last set she purchased was over four thousand dollars,unfortunately she passed away exactly one month to the day off purchase. This establishment refuses to refund any of the money she spent. I feel this is an injustice on their part. She didnt choose to die. Dont send your love ones to this establishment. Taking advantage of the elderly in my opinion.
