The rates keep going up and up and the online rates are not always matched. We thought we were locked in based on what we signed up for, but then were told that would not be honored. The facility is fine, but its frustrating to think you are signing up for one price, and then to have it jump and then continually go up from there. Im sure the response will be that its the market, I just wish more places chose to give deals for staying, rather than reward new customers, and made it so that things were a bit more clear when signing up how long those rates would be good for.

Very basic level storage unit. If you want no frills storage, while constantly picking spiderwebs and dead crickets off whatever you have stored, this place will do. If you are looking for a clean, dry, insect free unit for furniture, antiques, or any other valuable items, I would look somewhere else.Will confirm what everyone else mentioned that they will absolutely raise your rate a couple months after being there. Yes, there are occasional rate increases anywhere, but none as often and as soon after moving in as I had here.Their facility is also so littered with trailers and vehicles crammed into every corner that its very difficult to navigate around the facility, especially in a larger vehicle like a moving truck.Overall, was happy to finally be out of there and at a much nicer, newer, and cheaper unit elsewhere.

I rented my first unit and quickly realized I would need a second unit. I reserved it online and when I showed up the front desk person/ owner of the business seemed frazzled and said his boss was onsite. When we got to the unit, the handle and part of the locking mechanism was broken off of the gate. He said he would fix it and it would be no problem. I moved my items in the next day and repairs hadn’t been done. I returned less than 30 days later to retrieve my items and the door collapsed in on my movers. I called the office and his fix to this issue which delayed my moving out was holding the door.I was charged extra by the movers for time spent in the unit and inability to move items quickly and safely as the door was broken and manager could’ve cared less. I tried talking to him about the issue and his response was, really, I held the door, it didn’t effect you that much.Not only is this unprofessional but it is a liability. The unit should have never been rented out like this, he should’ve never said he would do the repair if he had no intentions and then the lack of empathy was outstanding.Overall, I would not recommend this location. It has been several months now since my move and I am still hanging onto packing materials we don’t need because anytime we come by the store, the open sign is on and no one is in the office. This is not a well run location.

There are a few things I look for as a business owner. Easy process, fast service, and a good deal. I must say I achieved all of this recently at the Leesburg Cubesmart and have amazing customer service to boot. I was met with quick service, and a knowledgeable rep. The only thing I regret is that I did not get his name. Never the less I am very happy I have a unit here, and would recommend it to anyone looking.

Good place, no complaints. First month is free and the guys in the office are friendly and helpful. I arrived just at closing to rent my place and the guy stuck around until after 6:30 to get me going.I also like that the inside units are temperature AND humidity controlled. Although 50% humidity would be better than 30% for what I want to store. Not sure how they decided on 30%.Overall I recommend them.

Decent prices and a good location, albeit they seem to have an issue with the front gate. Its been open every time Ive come by, Im not sure if thats because someone is there to watch, or its broken and propped open.Regardless, the facility is secure and the staff was friendly.

Easy to get to, the leasing process was simple, the management extremely helpful. The units are clean and well kept. One of the better storage facilities Ive used.

Nice facility--clean and convenient--but expect arbitrary and substantial price increases on an annual basis. No loyalty to long-time customers. Theyll lure you in with a low rate, and then hike it up once youve moved all your stuff in, knowing that youll probably just pay the increase due to the inconvenience of having to move out. Advice for new tenants: ask for a rate lock.

Very nice facility, and good customer service. I was there on day on a Sunday afternoon and wasnt able to get into my storage unit because they were doing paving. The manager gave me 25% off my next months bill. Very cortous.

Completely terrible custome service. I was in from out of state, managing a move for my elderly mother. I called earlier in the day and made a reservation for a storage unit. Called at 2:45 pm on Sunday when I knew they were closing at 3:00. Told Chris I was running 5-10 minutes late, could he possibly wait for me? He said we close at 3:00, which I already knew. Pulled in 3:04 pm and the parking lot was empty and the doors were locked. Thanks a lot for terrible service. Used another company.

Best self storage Ive been to. The staff is really very professional and by the book.

AVOID THIS COMPANY! They will wait until youve had a few months to move in and then send you a little postcard informing you that your rate is increasing 25%. They figure youd rather not take the trouble of moving all your stuff and will be stuck with the jacked up rate. When I called to complain about this shady business practice I got no explanation, no apology, no willingness to budge. Taking my business elsewhere.
