This is the most fair tire and auto repair company I have ever taken my cars to for service and repairs. I took one of my vehicles there for a tire rotation. After asking how long, I was told it would be an hour. However, they must have come up with a contingency plan, since it was done in about 25 minutes. Then, as a gesture of good will, they didnt charge me for it. They are very busy, for good reasons, but worth the patience and the wait.

Wow, we were blown away by the customer service and friendliness from the staff! We had some work done on our car in Vegas yesterday before driving up to Utah to visit family. When we arrived in Utah we started hearing some rattling and banging sounds coming from our front passenger wheel. My Tire Guys were recommended to us by a family member and we were not disappointed. They quickly got our car back and checked it out. They found the problem extremely quickly and were able to order the new part. The part was delivered about 15 minutes later and they were able to get it fixed in no time. When I went up to pay for the repair and new parts they said not to worry about it and for us to have a safe trip!! We were blown away! Not only did they spend over an hour on our car but they didn’t even charge us for the parts they had to buy! We couldn’t believe it!! We highly recommend My Tire Guys and are extremely thankful for their service! We will use them if we ever have car issues while we are in Utah again and will pass their info to all our family.

Went in today to get my tires rotated. Staff were super nice and chill - and despite how busy they obviously are, there is a relaxed vibe in the lobby...much diff from other places Ive been to. They told me how long it would take, i hung out in a comfy chair and watched some TV, and they were done quicker than said. Very happy with the whole experience! Thank you!

If you like long lines and paying more then you need come here. They dont nickel and dime you for low cost tire repairs and rotation. Most tire places will do it for free or it is cheap, so I dont understand why the reviews think these guys are special for doing it too. What they do is upsell and charge more. The laid back attitude is a result of they dont care about you or the community, they just want your money.

Two times these guys have been able to find and repair a slow leak no one else could. They are friendly and fast. This is the place to go for tire repair.

Traveling out of state and needed a tire balance and rotation since it has been awhile. Decided to go here based on reviews. Called ahead and they had an hour wait time. True to their word and hour later they had me out the door. They didnt even change me saying that their was very little adjustments needed. They even had a mechanic inspect my suspension since I recently started hearing noises. They didnt have to time to do any repairs but assured me their were no major issues. I didnt not have time to come back the next day to have it serviced. Overall staff is super friendly and they are very customer satisfaction focused. Only complaint would be the lack of parking on their lot.

I had a leaking tire. I came here to have them looked at it. They found a nail in one of my tires. My tires were newer so I called the other tire shop where I bought the tires and I still had a warranty. The Tire Guys were understanding, filled up my tire, and sent me on my way. They were kind and professional. My next set of tires will be from here.

Unfortunately, I hoped I could give a better review. I had a side wall puncture that required a new tire. They ordered the wrong tire, put it in the car and sent me on my way. I then discovered it wasn’t even the correct tire, went back and they told me to take the car home, bring it back in the morning while they figured out what the correct tire was. I brought it back first thing in the morning and they said they would have to order the new one, and so they patched the old one, and again sent me on my way. After getting a second opinion, I was told the new one would have to be shaved down to match the other three, otherwise it could mess up the AWD, transmission etc. I’m certain they had not even thought of this because they originally put a tire on my car with the wrong tread and sent me on my way. I was the one that discovered it. They then wanted me to pay to restock the tire that they put on the car wrong. They told me they walked me to my car and told me it was the wrong tire, which absolutely never happened, no one walked me to my car ever. They are nice at the desk, and I wanted to like this place and give it a good review, but when it was such a fight for them to remedy their own mistake for one tire, I simply cannot write a good review, and hope they more easily correct their own mistakes for future customers.

First time customer today and I’ll never go anywhere else. I came in, in a panic because my tire was leaking air. They got me out so fast even though they were slammed busy. The customer service was radiating warmth and I have been WOWED

Just stopped in for low tire pressure and rotation. They got me fixed in 15 mins and didnt find an issue with my tire so they rotated my tires but didnt charge me anything. Very friendly and fast. Mechanic explained what was wrong as well and was friendly, too. I will definitey be going back there from now on, they know how to treat people!

The man at the desk was so personable. I told him I think I had a nail in the tire and within an hour they had my car waiting for me. Impeccable service and the tire repair was free. Also, they have a really nice trail right behind the shop. I took a 20 minute walk and it was beautiful. Highly recommend.

Brought my Polaris RZR in with a flat tire. They took it back right away, fixed it within 10 minutes, and wouldn’t let me pay for it when they were finished. Sent me out the door in exchange for nothing but some goodwill. Love it! Very few places like this still exist. Thank you all very much!!

Super helpful! Asked them to check my engine light and figure out what the problem was, and they said that normally it would cost 380 dollars to switch out the part, but he told me he thought if he just oiled it it would work just fine, and it did, no problems at all now. ANY other mechanic shop in the county would’ve just made me pay the 380 for the part without a second thought, so glad that they’re honest!

I was not able to make an appointment since the flat happened on Sunday night when they were closed. Anyway, they brought the car in immediately, and got it done within 15 min. Always exceed my expectations. They’re my go to for all my car needs. They’ve done timing belts, alternators, tires, oil, a/c, inspected random sounds…they’re fantastic.And they’re always prompt and get insanely quick turnarounds. Pre COVID I would chill in the lobby and work whiling sipping at some courtesy soda.Really can’t say enough good about the people that run this place, and their service!

Best of all they didnt charge me, and reminded me to check the torque on the lug nuts after 100 miles. My tire guys has always been great to work with for me. Yesterday I brought in a flat tire with a bad valve stem on the tire that they had not even placed. They fixed my valve stem, remounted my tire, replaced my spare, and then didn’t even charge me for it. This is a great way to build loyalty to a business.Thank you!!!

My son took his car there and they said they might have problems with a caliper and asked if they should go ahead and keep trying to get the tire off. If they ask to go ahead; stop! 🛑 do not proceed! We learned a very hard and expensive lesson. It would be smart to steer clear of this place and try Discount Tires or Big O instead. Zero stars would be better for the experience with them.

We have had so many positive experiences at My Tire Guys! They filled my brake fluid for no charge. When my battery died they sent me to Costco so that I could exchange my costco battery for free because they noted it was still in warranty with Costco. We bring all our cars here. THEY WILL NEVER be “My Tire Guys” ever again! I brought my car in for new tires and an alignment, they snapped my wheel stud, broke my brake caliper, didn’t do an alignment and left my car in the parking lot with a dead battery for me to pickup! Then they say it is my fault and will not replace the $775 + labor caliper they broke!Instead they did a temporary fix on the caliper and I am driving on the road with my brake light on worried about my own safety!

Got a flat literally right next to the shop. Pulled up and they fixed it free of charge in almost no time at all. Amazing service. They will be getting all of my business.

These people are very nice and I think honest as well, just dont go here for emissions testing unless you have a relatively new car because they person doing the testing has no idea what they are doing. Not everyone can afford a brand new car and older cars need repairs this guy failed my car but could not tell me the reason why he even called the state to see if it was a valid reason and they told him no but he would not pass it anyway stating that he might be wrong about something and didnt want to lose his license. I just had to laugh, 1st a real mechanic doesnt worry about losing his emissions license to be able to make money, and 2nd he could of at least hooked it up to the machine to see if it did pass but I think he wanted to go home early or somethin, I give them 2 stars one because they are nice and easy to talk to and the 2nd because at least they didnt charge me. but im just sayin if you have an older car and it has aftermarket parts on it dont go here for emissions the kid still needs a year or two of experience

I usually have very bad experiences with car repairs but I went here and I was very impressed that fixed my flat tire charge free. Usually places like this will find a way to charge you for everything. I think it is safe to say you can trust them for honest pricing.

In the middle of a snow storm I started losing pressure in one of my tires. Pulled into this shop as it was the nearest one around. They repaired my tire (apparently I picked up a nail) and I was back on the road within 15 minutes! Not only were they super fast and helpful they did not charge me for their service!!! My tires were noisy and did not get great traction. Ashley was super nice and recommend some Yokohama tires. They installed them in less than an hour without an appointment and the instant I pulled out I could tell a huge difference. Ashley recommended the perfect tires for my truck. They grip very well and gave my truck a very smooth ride. My gas mileage also went up a just a hair. I’ve bought 4 sets of tires from My Tire guys and will continue to buy more as I need them.

I realized I had a nail in my tire so I stopped here as it is close to my house. Arrived about 20 minutes before they closed. They got my car in right away and they finished before closing time. They did a great job and were very fast and friendly. Would definitely go back to them and would highly recommend them.

A dealership told me I needed to have my brakes replaced pretty immediately. I took my car to another car place, and they told me that my brakes were fine, but then gave me an unexpected list of different things that needed to be replaced, totaling >$1,800. We were a bit taken back by that and decided to take the longer drive and get another opinion. We brought it to My Tire Guys. They looked over the things that the other place said were wrong. Ultimately they called me back and said essentially Yeah, those things arent in top shape, but for an older car, theyre fine. Theyre leaking a bit, but not bad. Keep an eye on your power steering levels and coolant levels and top them off once in a while, and you probably have 3-6 months left on your brakes before they need a replacement. Ultimately he said he didnt really recommend that anything be done on it right now, but gave me a couple of things to watch for.THAT is the kind of car service that I love. Someone who is watching out for me and not just recommending that I fix anything that has any problem.That is why this place is so popular.This isnt the only time theyve done that kind of stuff too. Theyre great. I just wish we lived a bit closer, but there worth passing a few other places on the way.Glad that these guys are around.

Competitive prices. Cheaper than nearby tire place. Better service too. I was in and out in 30 minutes having my snow tires taken off. I told them up front that I knew two of my tires were older and only had about 10,000 miles left on them. I told them that I will wanted them on my car. They respected my wishes and didnt ask any questions. They didnt try to sell me anything. I am definitely coming to them for future service. They helped 2 or 3 other people at the same time as me. Theyre very fast, efficient, and provide quality work from what I can tell. Their waiting area is comfortable with complimentary popcorn and soda machine (water too).

Recently I took my 05 Grand Prix in to My Tire Guys for a leaking radiator and power steering pump. It was one of those deals where you know the power steering pump has been going for months but now all of a sudden you have this puddle of antifreeze in your garage and when you look inside it looks like its the radiator. Oh and your registration is due. The manager at MTG calls and tells me they found a hole in my ac condenser that looks like some projectile made its way through my condenser and into my radiator so both will need replaced and the power steering pump. Ouch, total is $1143 including the registration based on the estimate. Now the first thought in my mind is time for a new car, but reality sets in and I opt for the fix. MTG says it will take two days so I leave it with them overnight. Next day I pick it up after work and turns out they also changed my serpentine belt and fixed the oil float at no cost whole they were in there. I drive the car for a couple days and then the next morning on my way to work antifreeze starts shooting out the side of my car so instead of rolling into work I roll back into My Tire Guys. They give me a lift to work and call me in the afternoon. Turns out a plastic elbow after all the repairs was the next weak link in the system and blew itself apart on the way to work. So I check online the part is about $150 plus who knows how much labor, but low and behold these great guys dont charge me a dime. They stood by their work and went above and beyond helping me out. So if your looking for an honest mechanic you can trust I highly recommend My Tire Guys in Lehi.

These guys are the best. Bought tires from them a while back and hit something recently. The tire had a bulge and small leak. These guys took care of me through the tire warranty. Super friendly and fast. I won’t go anywhere else.

The employees at this store weren’t very friendly or helpful with what I needed to get done. They took a long time doing their service when it should not have taken more than 10 minutes. These employees, including the manager, need to learn better customer service skills and try to not be so rude. Would definitely recommend going somewhere else. I had a a pretty bad experience.

They tell me if something needs fixing and explain why, in a way I can understand. I have a 20 year old car, so it needs help quite often. These guys are awesome. I took my car in because it felt like it was pulling a little more than it should. After doing the initial testing to see how bad the alignment was they found that it was only slightly off on one side. They actually just corrected it for free and told me not to worry about the charge.Fast forward 4 months, I got new tires and was told I would need an alignment. Went back in and they retested it and asked if there was a problem with the first time I came in. I said no, except that I got new tires. Again, they said that they were fine and didnt need anything done. That is twice that I went in and left not paying a cent. Now 6 months later, the tires are still wearing perfectly normal and even.I trust these guys and highly recommend them. Thats twice they couldve made a quick penny off of me and they did the right thing.I will take all my vehicles there now.

These guys are great. They took care of my car quick.I dropped it off out of business hours and then stopped by when they opened. I told them what happened to my car. They called me a couple hours later with a diagnosis and a quick estimate. A few hours later they called and said it was fixed. It was much less than what I was thinking of what I was planning on paying. Great service! As always!

I got a nail stuck in my tire around 5:20 PM (40 minutes before they closed) and by the time I got my spare on it was 5:40. It was important that I get my tire fixed by that evening because I was making a road trip that same night, so I called in and they told me it probably wouldnt be finished by closing but I could leave my car and it would be finished first thing in the morning. When I arrived to fill out the paperwork that same evening, they took my car and fixed the tire at that time for me anyway. When they returned with my keys they didnt even charge me for it, and they had finished before 6! Best tire experience Ive ever had, and I will definitely come again.

I got a flat tire early one morning recently and luckily I was just minutes from the “My Tire Guys”. Never having been there before I was a bit skeptical of this unknown firm. This place exceeded my expectations. They let me in fifteen minutes before their official opening time. They were friendly, fast to fix my nasty flat, and provided superb service. I wasn’t even late for work. My misfortune turned into gratitude for finding a great business like this one.

I had my rear tires changed here after scheduling an appointment. Service was fast and easy. Employees were polite and there were enough seats for people waiting. They had a good price on the Toyo tires I wanted and had them shipped the same day as it was not part of their current stock. All in all I recommend this place for tire services.

I had a very good experience here. My car had a slow leak for a couple days and I brought it in as a “walk in” customer. The man at the service desk immediately took my car into the garage to diagnose the issue. About 15 minutes later he brought me my keys saying I had a nail in my tire and it was repaired and ready to go. I then asked what I owed him and he says “no charge”. I was pleasantly surprised. I also needed my oil changed and I mentioned it to him. He said of course and immediately took my car back into his shop to change my oil. He had my oil changed and my car ready to go maybe 15 minutes later. In all I spent about 45 minutes here. The lobby is clean, well kept, nice bathrooms, and complimentary soft drinks. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

These guys are the best! They do tire repairs fast and cheap (as in, FREE). Had to get a new set of tires and did some shopping around. I figured Costco would have good deals, but these guys had better tires at a way better price. Their store is clean, theyve got free soda and popcorn, and theyre always super helpful and friendly.

Great, fast and friendly service. Despite it being busy they got us in right away to check a low tire. Didn’t find anything wrong but they put some sealant and changed the valve stem for free. They gave us peace of mind to continue on our road trip.
