I love this place! I worked here throughout high school and had great experiences. The staff is so friendly & patient. They do everything they can to help you find the best dress for you! Im not looking to plan a wedding anytime soon, but this will be my first stop when I do!

I have driven past this shop a million times living in Lehi for the last 15 years and it wasn’t until we were looking for a homecoming dress did we stop to shop. Such a great store! Such nice employees that couldn’t have been more helpful. They made shopping and trying on dresses so fun and they made my daughter feel so comfortable.I have no opinion on the bridal selection but since the employee treated my daughter so nice I can only imagine what they would do for a bride.We found a great dress and a great price and I was so happy that we stopped by. I hope we get the chance to stop by more in the years to come.

I love bridal center! You are able to get an affordable beautiful dress and they do in store alterations. Julie is wonderful! She was so much help to me, she stayed late to work around my work schedule and to get my dress done in time for pictures. Overall a wonderful experience and a very nice and talented staff

I love the Bridal Center for multiple reasons. Family owned and operated they are a great local business option, and they cater to my tailoring needs. I visit every couple of months with a quick sowing project - hemming some jeans, repairing a loved shirt, shortening a superb tablecloth thats just a little too long. Super friendly, I love these gals!

These ladies were AMAZING!! There are 2 sisters that run the shop, and they are ALL about helping each bride to feel beautiful, and comfortable in the dress they choose! I went for 3 or 4 dress fittings, because I was just so picky about it, and they were more than happy to meet with me each time, and they even helped me out after they were closed, multiple times! They have such an awesome staff as well! These ladies really know what they are doing when it comes to brides, especially if youre like me-picky. The dress I picked out, wasnt even available on the manufacturers catalog anymore, and they pulled some strings to get it for me. They were so kind about it whenever I had something to tell them about a change I wanted to make, and they made sure that I had everything ready for Bridals, and wedding day! They double and triple check everything!! I would definitely refer any one of my friends to come here for your wedding dress, prom, or any other kind of formal event. You wont regret it! I promise!!

VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!! It is supposed to be a special time. We brought the brides sister with a rare disorder assuming they would be observing the mask mandate. The majority of the workers were NOT wearing masks. Then a LARGE group comes in without masks and not only did they not ask them to put masks on but the we’re trying to sit them within 3 feet of us.

I had been searching for months for the perfect wedding dress to no avail. I even tried designer wedding dresses on in London, stunning designer wedding dress that were perfect - but sadly, not the price. When I got home, I scoured the internet looking for a similar wedding dress that was a better price, including visiting with some local custom dress designers. Still no luck. I finally was able to find a Sottero Midgley dress that was practically perfect and at a much better price, but I was unable to find a retailer that carried a sample that I could try on. The ONLY store that had the dress in the state was Bridal Center. Emily helped me the entire time and she was beyond kind, responsive, professional and knowledgable. When I finally tried my dress on, I knew it was The One and they had come to my rescue! My dress order came within the time quoted, was the perfect size, and the alterations were spectacularly done and within a great time period. Emily was pregnant while I was her customer and she wanted to ensure she helped me from beginning to end and got my alterations done efficiently and well before my bridals or my wedding. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Bridal Center! They helped make me one happy bride.

Best selection of all bridal shops we visited and the staff were absolutely amazing. We had a short turn around and they went out of their way to make sure we had the dress in time. They made our experience wonderful in every way.

We havent bought a dress yet, but we had a wonderful experience here. The girl helping us was so friendly and had great ideas. There were also two ladies there who gave suggestions on alterations and such. There were several dresses to choose from and prices are very reasonable. We only havent bought yet because we have some time and the bride has a particular style in mind and wants to be sure about her choice, but there are several there on her list.

I was iffy about visiting this store, but was so glad I did. Dont judge a book by its cover- this shop looks a little older from the outside, but inside has a HUGE selection of new, gorgeous dresses at amazing prices. I ended up getting my wedding dress here and loved it! I went to a lot of stores before deciding on a dress, and A Bridal Center had by far the best selection and prices. Come here!!

This place is a hidden gem!! They found the dress I wanted and helped me get it within days for bridals! They go above and beyond on the little things, like sewing a loop on your veil so it can go on the hanger or teaching you how to wash your dress.

Bridal Center has a pretty good selection of dresses and I really love the dress that I ended up buying there. However, there were lots of issues during and especially after my visit. Some of the issues in the store werent very big, but they did cause me issues after I bought my non-returnable/non-refundable dress. First, although I made an appointment, another girl showed up (it sounded like she came to her appointment late) and thus we had to share the space, which really only big enough for one person at a time. Second, the girl helping me never asked for a price range. I should have told her after she didnt ask, and because of our lack of communication, I ended up trying on and falling in love with a dress that was 2xs my ideal cost. When I tried it on, I realized there were a few alterations I would want to make, and the workers there (including their in-house seamstress) assured me that getting my dress hemmed and having sleeves added would probably cost around $120-150 and suggested a seamstress they work with often. They told me she would be able to take appliques off the train and add them to my sleeves.When I took my dress to the seamstress, however, all of the alterations ended up costing $280, she told me she never takes appliques off the train, and I would have to find the additional fabric and lace (something that is very challenging to match and costly in both time and money). Additionally, she told me that the prices she charges suggested by the Bridal Center, and her prices are actually lower than their suggestions and lower than what they charge. Thus, it seems to me that they knowingly misinformed me about the ease and cost of alterations or they have very poor communication with the seamstresses to whom they send their customers.I love the dress that I purchased, but I wish I wouldve gotten from another store that was more transparent and took better care of me as a customer. If you do choose to come here, make sure you ask lots of pointed and direct questions so that you dont get stuck in a situation like mine.

My experience with A Bridal Center was awesome! The ladies were very nice and I realized they did their very best trying to get my dress done on time. It took an extra week but I understood why with complications of my sleeves and train on my dress. Beauty and perfection takes time, which is what they achieved with my dress! It turned out beautiful and was affordable in comparison to the other popular bridal shops between Provo and Salt Lake. LOVED A Bridal Center!

I have gone to A Bridal Center for all my daughters prom dresses and then just three years ago I got my own wedding dress there. Now one of my daughters is getting married so of course this is where we decided to go. She could have got her dress for cheaper but we went here anyway because we trusted the store and knew the alterations would be perfect. We were quoted $250 - $350 for the alterations and were told that if the dress had to be taken in at all or anything additional it would be covered in that quote. We were also told that the dress would be ready on Dec.12. My daughter went to her fitting on Dec. 12 and the dress was not ready. Then she went back on Dec. 14 and the dress still was not ready. Today my daughter had her bridals scheduled at 1:00pm and she still did not have her dress. She ended up having to meet the owner on the side of the freeway without ever having a final fitting. Then she gets to her bridals, tries the dress on and her garments still show after paying $350 for the build up! My daughter is devastated! I dont know what has happened to this shop and I am not one to complain or ever post reviews online, but this has been such a horrible experience.

I dont know why there is some bad reviews, I had the BEST experience with the Bridal center. I went in looking for bridesmaids dresses and immediately Emily helped and got them all ordered that day so we wouldnt miss the dead line. Very kind and willing to help. Called when the dresses arrived and helped so much with alterations, even stayed late to make sure all dresses fit my girls properly. Would recommend to anyone!!

I stumbled upon this shop just by chance and these ladies (especially Julie) went so above and beyond to make sure I was as perfect as a queen. I had visited over 10 shops before and I am so glad I went here. They only have the best quality and are SERIOUSLY honest about their pricing unlike other shops. Also, their selection is sooooo good! LOVE them!! Very professional, personable, and lots of options. Bridal Center in Lehi was amazing! It was stress free and very relaxing compared to the other bridal shops I had gone to. I had been to a couple other dress shops to find a wedding dress and didnt have any luck finding anything that was both modest, in budget, and something I loved. Dress shopping wasnt fun anymore until I came to this cute shop! They were kind and personable to both me and those who I brought with me--my consultant even remembered me from when I had come in shortly to ask a couple quick questions. After a horrible experience at the Bride/Prom in Gateway, we called ahead and asked if there was the slightest room for us. They first sat me down to mark what dresses I liked--and it was all dresses that were in my size and in stock. I then picked my top 3-6 favorite to try on. They then pulled things that both would stay in my budget range and what they thought I would like based on my reactions; they wanted ME to be happy and find the perfect dress for me. And I did!! Both in my price range and that made me feel like a bride!

I had such an amazing experience with the people here. I was a bit worried at first with how small and old the building looked (in comparison to the other dress shops Id been to), but wow the customer service and the gorgeous dresses totally made up for that!! They were so sweet, genuine, cared about everything I wanted, and were so willing to do whatever alterations I wanted for an affordable price. They were so nice to hurry and finish everything in one day for me so I wouldnt have to make the long drive back there another time! They were great to just talk to as well! Aaaand they had my dream dress I couldnt find anywhere else I looked!! I just have so many good things to say about the quality of the service here.I highly recommend this place (it was worth the hour drive!!) and will definitely be going back with my sister and daughters one day! My friend said she got her wedding dress here and had a great experience, so after checking two other stores I decided to try it. I bought the first wedding dress I tried on. Not only were there so many options, but the staff was so friendly and helpful! She was willing to do as many fittings as it took to get all the alterations exactly the way I wanted them. I had such a great experience and Im so glad my friend reccomended this place!

This is the only place to get a formal gown! Their service is beyond compare. Their gowns are stunning. Their alterations are flawless. I got my wedding gown here and was thrilled. My husband is in the Military and Ive regularly needed formal gowns. I have ways found just what I needed here. This is a second generation Utah County family business. They are wonderful!

My wedding dress is beautiful. 2 stars because they were VERY unhelpful. The the girl who helped me when I first picked the dress didnt help me get in and out of the dresses. I would struggle to get it on and then have to wait for her to come back (she was just standing around chatting with her coworker) and zip me up. Later they called me about a fitting appointment and I found out they hadnt even done the simple alterations and when I expressed my annoyance, the girl on the phone tried to chew me out as if their failure was my fault. The owner got on the phone and was very nice, though. Eventually I finally got the dress fitted (which was done very very well), and an alteration around the waist with a belt was made. I had my sister pick it up and when I looked at it, I discovered that in switching out the belt they had massacred the pleating at the waist and it was all droopy and no longer connected in the front!!! They also hadnt been gentle so some of the lace appliques had threads pulled out. Im EXTREMELY disappointed with this as I have bridal pictures in two days. Im planning to take it back tomorrow and have them fix it and hopefully refund me for alterations. Ill update later on how that goes, but so far it has been a terrible experience with incompetent and unprofessional people and I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone! Stay far far away!

I only went to a few stores and found my wedding dress at Bridal Center easily! They are personal and have a great selection with a lot of different prices and styles. There is a dress there for every type of bride.

Every experience I have had with the Bridal Center in Lehi has been wonderful! I have bought one prom dress from them, and most recently, my wedding dress! Kaylee was working with us, and she was so sweet and helpful! Everyone is so helpful and willing to work with you. I cant recommend this place highly enough!

We have been going here for over 10 years and we have never been anything but highly satisfied! I have recommend this shop to many friends and family and they have all had the same experience as me! They truly are great!

Where do I start.... We dropped off my fiances suit pants to be shorten and hemmed along with my wedding dress that just needed a bustle and another simple alteration done, we dropped them off at the end of June and had a fitting in the middle of July. They told us that everything would be ready by then and we would be able to take the dress and pants that day. Middle of July comes around and we go to our fitting and they havent even touched my fiances pants and just barely started working on my dress. That moment I knew things were going to go down hill. They then make another fitting appointment and told us that for sure everything will be done by July 26th. We go in today and my dress is done and fit great but... they lost my fiances pants. How they got lost blows my mind, but the fact that they didnt even try looking for them while we were in the store made me more mad. So my fiance gave them his number and told them to call him when they find them and we left. Well he calls me saying that his suit jacket isnt at his place either, so I call the Bridal store and let them know that his whole suit is there and missing and they tell me that they found it stashed back in a corner. WOW. Great way to make a customer feel valued. So they hurried and fixed his pants that should have been fixed a couple weeks a go and had him come pick them up. Dont get me wrong, they have beautiful dresses, but dont have them alter. Take it to some place else where they wont forget things or do things last minute.

This was the best service I had wedding dress shipping! I also got my dress from here! They were so nice and the dresses are so beautiful. I tried on about 10 dresses here, and all 10 were better than any other dress I tried on, including my favorites from other stores.

They spent a lot of time on my dress to make sure it was ready in time, and it was just perfect! Better than expected, and I appreciate all the hard work they put into it. These ladies are professional, talented, and so sweet! Ive told all my friends about them.

Over all not a bad place to go but I personally like the stores in the Salt Lake Valley more. They just seem to have a better and bigger selection in Salt Lake compared to the stores in Utah County.

Ive been to the one in Provo and Lehi and I like the idea of having pictures of the dresses to look at to choose but 90% of their pictures are waaaay outdated. But I went once when my sis was getting married then twice when I got engaged and honestly I think most of their selection is very outdated but then they have gems in there! I found a dress there that fit me like a glove and was a really close runner up for my dream dress! And the ladies working there seemed very willing to help so thats a plus.

Stay away from this Business. Owner does not honor her agreements. They promised we would not be charged extra alteration fees if the dress came too large but still charged us extra. My daughter should be at her bridals right now but the dress still has not been delivered. The dress had been promised to be delivered on December 12, still not ready.After we received the dress late the owner failed to show my daughter how to bustle the dress and her the sleeves were not done correctly. Although the owner has admitted some faults she has not tried to fix these problems, although she offered to take $30 off a $2000 bill so that we would remove the negative review. No bride or parent should have to deal with an owner like this.
