I decided to rent my gown from here because of so many great reviews. I feel upset though, I decided on the dress and style and before my fitting appointment I loved it. It was beautiful. Everything looked amazing! Everything fit great, everything was how I wanted it. I felt so excited to finally have my dress and feel like a princess on my wedding day...When I went to go get fitted though, the entire thing felt rushed and by the end I didnt love the result. I should have said something at the studio when I felt just unsure about the shoulders but because the fitting session was so quick I didnt fully notice how boxy the shoulders of the dress had been sewn on. You only get it for so many days and with all the wedding being finalized and everything else, there was not enough time to have them fixed once I noticed the issue. I have boxy, ill fitted shoulders in all my photos as well as an odd waist line because it was sewn to a top that didnt seem to fit well either. My mistake for choosing somewhere that only does lace up backs to insure it fits everyone.If you want to look back on your wedding day photos without any remorse or unhappy tears. I would recommend either demanding an appointment that isnt slammed against other fittings/appointments or make sure you have enough time to get it altered again if you need to or flat out go somewhere else.I was so hopeful that maybe it was all in my head but the more photos I showed to friends and family, they all noticed the issue too. 😕 seriously disappointed and I dont know if I would ever recommend this place to anyone else.

Their customization is one of a kind. You get to select from multiple skirts, bodices and sleeves so you get to create your dress. Such a great option when you want to rent. It is definitely expensive compared to other rental places (our rental was about 800) but if you haven’t had any luck at other rental places or are willing to spend more, this is the best option!

I found this place only by chance, and it was the best chance I could have taken! I got my dream wedding dress and all supports and accessories for a smoking deal, and everything was perfectly fitted to my body. I had visited only one shop before this, and was discouraged to be told that they had nothing that was modest and nothing to fit my body. They also told me that any alterations would take 6 months (I only had 2 months between engagement and the wedding).Fast forward to my second dress shop visit--Gowns by Pamela. They were so sweet and kind, and made me feel like every dress I tried on was made for me. I LOVE that they do not have dress sizes here. They take your measurements and bring out the coordinating dress fit.I cannot express my gratitude enough. I send a loud, glowing recommendation to everyone I know who is getting married because, why would you do it any other way?! Do yourself a favor and go to Gowns by Pamela first, before you go anywhere else. Id be shocked if they didnt have something to fit your perfect vision.

Dress shopping here was so fun and insightful. The attendant was very good at picking things out for me, and she was able to customize each piece for me while I was trying them on! Want to add sleeves? Sure, lets pin on these sleeves and see how they look. Want to add a little glitter? Lets put a layer on. I didnt have to order a dress and wait to see how it turned out, she just showed me right then and there what additions we could have.

My dress made me feel like a queen! I loved being able to try on several options until I found the dress that matched my style. I got to customize the sleeves and the skirt layers and style. The jewel belt and veil came with the package, and it was really nice to choose them based on which one I thought was prettiest rather than worrying about which one fit in my budget. Gowns By Pamela makes it so easy too! They custom fit it all to me and dry cleaned it afterward. Thank you Gowns By Pamela for doing an awesome job and helping me feel beautiful on my wedding day!

I had such a great experience! This was the second place I went to look at wedding dresses and Taylor assisted me the entire time and really helped me narrow down which dress I liked the best. I liked how she took my measurements first thing and how she made the whole process very much enjoyable.

I rented my wedding dress from here- I cant say enough about it! I was able to customize my dream dress and still have the option to rent. And it included a veil! The staff was lovely to work with and made everything so exciting and fun. Ill always recommend Gowns By Pamela!

Absolutely the best way to get a wedding dress. Instead of $1000+ for something you’ll never wear again, we spent much less than that for a perfectly fit, beautiful gown. They were great to work with, had lots of style choices, and were fast with the fitting. Overall a great experience!

I rented from here and had a great experience! I got my dream dress for a good rental price. Everyone was helpful, especially when my temple marriage certificate ended up in the bottom of the dress bag 😂

Got my wedding dress here when I was married a few years ago. Today, we went back over the photos and the dress was extremely ill-fitted, and the hem was off and in all the photos you can see a hole in the sleeves were it wasnt sewn on correctly so all the wedding photos taken on the side of me are ruined. The back looks TERRIBLE- and pretty much the whole dress and looked different from when I tried it on for the first time. I called a week before my wedding to make sure they had the dress, and they rented it out to someone else. It took them a few days, I had to talk to a lot of managers and they had to take it from the other girl so I could have it for my wedding. I spent enough money here to actually buy a dress-would give zero stars.

I had such a great experience here! My first fitting was wonderful. I felt like she listened to me and was so patient and willing to find just what I wanted. The final fitting was longer than I expected but I dont know why because they warned me! Haha! When they say 2 hours its really 2 hours. But I walked out with a gorgeous dress that fit me perfectly and made the day even that much more amazing! I would absolutely do this again!

Do not rent from this company! They do not disclose information and then charge your card without consent. Basically talked me into signing and paying for the deposit when I told the lady I was going to think about it that day and go over finances but told me if I didn’t pay at my appointment I couldn’t call back later. Once I paid, she only disclosed a quarter of what really happens if you have to cancel due to medical reasons. I would never recommend this place to anyone!!! All they want is your money! Medical expenses are not elective and show up without warning!

Gowns By Pamela made my wedding day just that much more perfect! I didnt necessarily know what I wanted in my wedding dress, all I knew was lace and pearls and they had the most perfect dress I could have ever imagined. Plus the benefit of getting the corset, sash, and veil all with the same reasonable price. I was on a strict budget for my wedding as my husband and I were paying for a lot of it on our own. It was absolutely perfect. They are so fast to do your fitting when you go to pick up the dress and are always so happy, inviting, and excited for you - just what you would want when you are planning your wedding. They worked with me to be able to do bridals beforehand, gave me suggestions on how to plan things out, and were just so wonderful to work with. Plus, my mom wasnt able to be there with me when I found my dress, so we had her facetiming us and they were so great to keep my mom involved on the phone and made it a special experience for both of us. I love Gowns by Pamela!

This is the cutest shop with the BEST idea out there. The only thing I would suggest is don’t come here for your first dress try on. The only reason I say that, is because here they piece the dress together for you. So you get to chose the dress, skirt and top, and sleeves as well. It is a really fun experience!! I went here for my first dress trying on experience and I had NO clue what I liked. So ya, the only thing I would suggest is go somewhere first so you know what you kind of like before coming here, and then piece YOUR own beautiful dress together. 💛 not one is alike in the end.

I was able to create my own dress from different pieces they had. It was beautiful, and because it was a rental it saved me a lot of money. I would highly recommend giving this place a look. :)

This is such a cute little shop! I didn’t get my dress from here, but I would still refer people here! They have beautiful gowns & the girl who helped me (I think her name was Whitney?) was SO nice! It makes all the difference when the person helping you knows what they’re doing & is friendly!

Great experience. I will admit I am definitely the more easy going type bride, I dont care much for the details and had basically no specific expectations. I planned my wedding in like 3 weeks. I had a small wedding with 15 people so I wasnt looking for anything super extravagant. This was my first stop out of 5 places and it was by far the best experience for me. I should have just booked the dress that morning and saved my time wasted at other bridal shops. I had no clue what size I was due to having a baby, I had no idea what styles I like, basically just totally lost. Lol . Lindsey helped me by measuring me, try on different styles and create a perfect dress for my wedding. They were upfront about the cost, thoroughly went over the rental contract, informed me about alterations etc. I was able to rent the dress for 5 days, get all alterations, cleaning and accessories for like $400. The woman who did my alterations was awesome. The store is cute, clean and very well decorated. Gowns by Pamela made wedding dress shopping easy and stress free!

Great service. I have two daughters getting married within a month of each other. They were able to listen to the design requests of each daughter and create two completely different, beautiful dresses. The dress is altered to fit perfectly. Highly recommend.

Oh my goodness such an incredible experience!! I had so many different ideas on what I wanted and they helped me find my perfect dress. I love how it fits. The staff is so helpful and attentive. The dresses are unique and you can change the sleeves and bodice and skirts, each dress is custom made !!!! The veil, corset, sash and alterations are all free !!!!!

My daughter wanted to change her dress one week before her wedding. Because of the custom design Pamela offers this was not only possible, but done without any added stress. We were thrilled with the dress and completely satisfied with the service. I would encourage all my friends to get their wedding gowns from Pamela. I loved my Gowns by Pamela dress! I made an appointment for fun without really intending to find the dress but my consultant did an excellent job! I fell in love with the skirt she picked for me and after trying a few different styles on top I ended up with a beautiful lace on top chiffon on bottom vintage looking dress for an excellent price! It was perfect, simple elegant, unique and fit me great (after some tailoring on the top)! After I found the dress they were so flexible with me I had to change my wedding date on them a few times but every time they followed up with me and set the times that would work for me! Everything went so well I was so grateful for the cheat sheet for lacing the dress and the lesson before the big day. I received so many compliments on my dress I was amazed by the reactions! many people said it was the most unique and elegant dress they had ever seen! Great Customer Service!! We had 1 day to find a wedding dress...we went to Gowns By Pamela as our first stop and didnt walk away completely satisfied. After going to 6 other Bridal stores we wanted to go back to Gowns By Pamela and they didnt have anymore appointments. Then we got a phone call telling us they could fit us in. We hurried right over. It was close to closing time, but our consultant Ann took her time in talking with my daughter, finding exactly what she wanted and when she finally came out of the dressing room and she looked in the mirror, a huge smile went on her face! I knew after that we had the dress! Ann made a huge difference in our experience!! Love the wonderful, caring service!

I had a wonderful experience with gowns by pamela with renting my wedding dress. I was able to pick my perfect dress in one visit. The lady helping me was very kind and patient with me when I would put on a dress, take it off to try another one, and then put the original one back on again to make sure it was the one I liked. She was also so kind and supportive, especially because I didnt have my family with me because I live out of state. The dress I finally chose was gorgeous. I wasnt quite sure what I wanted, so the lady helping me gave me great options all the way down to the perfect sash. I thought it was also amazing that you can mix and match all the tops and bottoms, so you get the best dress that you like overall. When I came to pick up my dress, it was altered and fit perfectly! The dress came in a dress bag with everything in it for easy transportation. After the wedding, it was so easy because I was able to have a friend drop off the dress for me while I was with the love of my life on our honeymoon. The price was also very affordable! Not only that, but all the alterations are included and there is no need to get it dry cleaned because they do it when you turn it in. I have to say renting my dress was the best choice I made because it was not only more affordable, but I dont have to worry about getting it saved and storing it. I had an amazing experience and would recommend this place to anyone, including one of my best friends who also got her dress here. I think getting my dress here was just as special as owning a dress and I have amazing pictures for remembering my dress!

This was the first place we went wedding dress shopping and I was so discouraged and disappointed when I left. The lady helping me was rude and short with me when I couldn’t tell her exactly what I wanted (I didn’t know yet, it was the first place we went!) and when I wasn’t loving anything she was picking for me. I hated that I wasn’t allowed to look at their inventory and had to rely solely on what the staff member picked out for me. Maybe I just went on a bad day but I would not recommend this place to my sisters and friends when they get married.

I came with pictures I had saved from the Gowns by Pamela Instagram account and showed to my consultant, whom I absolutely hit it off with immediately. When she went back to grab some gowns for me to try on, she grabbed one she just FELT was for me, and I’m so glad she did, because as soon as I put it on, I cried, and I knew it was the one. I felt so bridal, so sexy, so gorgeous, so absolutely perfect. And now I feel ready for my wedding to my perfect man! Abby was my consultant and she couldn’t have given me a better experience. I love Gowns by Pamela and I wasn’t sure that I would. I love their business idea and how they came up with the way they do rentals. It’s so awesome!

I had the BEST experience here! I went to many wedding dress shops and the service was no where near professional like it was at GBP. Its also one of the only places you can find a modest dress for a great price!Pam and all the employees I worked with knew just what dresses to have me try on when I told them what I was looking for. The styles are very modern and I love that you can mix and match to customize your dress to what you want. They made the appointments so fun and had my dress perfectly fitted and everything for my wedding day! I recommend this place to everyone!

Of the five bridal shops I visited in the Utah area, Gowns by Pamela was by far the most professional, beautiful, and fun, and had the best selection of beautiful, high-quality, modest dresses hands down--at an unbeatable price, too!You are able to completely customize your dress--choose your sleeve, color, skirt and bodice--at no extra cost, which is amazing. I said Gowns By Pamela is like Subway, where you can build your own sandwich--both the basic components and details are extremely customizable.And the fitting rooms where you make all of your decisions are large and beautiful. I was given a slip to wear while trying on dresses so that I wasnt wearing my underwear in front of anyone, which I really appreciated. I was also laced into a corset--Pamelas is the only store that put me in proper underwear to try dresses, and it made an enormous difference in how I looked and felt in each gown.And oh, the gowns! Rather than just trying to find a dress that somewhat flattered me, like I had at other shops, I was able to choose which one I liked best because every single dress looks amazing on. Flattering cuts, high quality fabric, fashion-forward--the designs have it all.The icing on the cake was my attendant, Becca. She made the entire process incredibly fun and was accommodating, practiced, and funny.I cant recommend Gowns by Pamela highly enough. It lives up to the raving reviews. I loved everything about my experience with GBP! I got a beautiful gown and during my appointment, I was able to try on a variety of gowns and I never felt rushed or pressured! I love that I was able to customize it to my tastes. It was like designing my own wedding dress and that was super fun!The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because I initially requested an appointment online and I never heard back from them. I had to follow up and call a week later to request the appointment.

Back in march I went with my sister to pick out a wedding dress! She had been to a number of places already and was starting to worry that she would never find a dress she loved. That is when we decided to schedule an appointment at Gowns by Pamela! We called them to schedule the appointment and the women we spoke to was super friendly and easy to work with. When we got there, the environment was so awesome. Their suite was super clean, and decorated very nicely. They had comfy places to sit and enough room for our whole entourage. The consultant we worked with was Emily, and she was amazing! She asked us a bunch of questions about ourselves and we felt like she was truly trying to get to know us, not just make a sale. We also really appreciated how one on one the experience was. We had gone to a number of different dress shops, and often the consultants were juggling multiple brides at once, leaving us sitting and waiting to ask questions or request different dresses. At Gowns by Pamela, Emily was only working with us and so we were able to try on a bunch of dresses, adjust them to how they felt best, take photos and really just enjoy our time. We never felt rushed or like she was trying to move onto a different bride. My sister was able to just show her a couple of photos of dresses she had liked and Emily was super quick to pull dresses she thought my sister would like. She was able to customize the sleeves, and the fit and choose a veil and belt to take with her for her wedding day! All in all, it felt like what picking out a wedding dress should be! It was so fun, and we felt zero stress the whole time we were there. At the end of our appointment, my sister actually followed Emily on instagram, and a few days later Emily personally reached out to my sister to say she was so glad my sister followed her & if we were still planning on coming in for our final try on before placing a deposit! Companies nowadays often don’t have that kind of personal touch and so it was so nice to receive that kind of customer service! We felt like we truly had made a friend! We recommend Gowns by Pamela to everyone we know who’s looking for a wedding dress, and I will definitely be going there when it’s my turn to say yes to the dress!

I went to gowns by Pamela the other day and I am extremely satisfied. It was the best place to find my dress!! The price range is 370-550 to rent out a dress which is awesome since they provide a veil and a lot of other things as well. I previously went to davids bridal and found a dress to buy for 500.00. With alterations it would have been 800-900 dollars... and I didnt know exactly how it would turn out. My sister recommended me to come to Gowns by Pamela(where she rented her dress) and Im so happy I did. Every dress I tried on was beautiful !! The girl that helped me was extremely nice and helpful. I would highly recommend others to check out the beautiful dresses here. I am very impressed! Make sure to set up an appointment to have someone available to help you :)

I loved renting my dress from Gowns by Pamela! They make the experience of trying on dresses personal and exciting. I felt like a princess trying on their dresses. The dress I rented is beautiful! It could easily have been a $2,000 dress but renting it was only about $500. The nice thing, too, is that so many things are included in the rental cost including a veil and cleaning after you use the dress. Gowns by Pamela is a great place to get your wedding dress!

After everything is all said and done, Im SO glad I went with renting my dress from Gowns by Pamela. I had SO many compliments on my dress, and I was extremely happy with it on my wedding day. I loved that I was able to pick and choose pieces to make the dress that I loved. I checked out other bridal shops to see if I could find a dress that would come close, but GBP cant be beat. The price of the rental was incredible, especially since when I priced out everything, the accessories alone would have cost as much as the dress itself. My wedding was out of town, I needed an extra day on my rental, and the shop was great to work with me. My only suggestion to brides going into the shop is to make sure you love the dress you pick out before signing the contract. I got caught up in the excitement of trying on the dress, only to have doubts a few days later. If I had changed my dress, there would have been a transfer fee. I understand this is a business, and I would expect and understand there to be a fee to change the dress; however, had I known about the transfer fee, I would have made an additional appointment to try on dresses before committing to one. Overall a very positive experience, and I would recommend the shop to anyone.

Im so glad I rented a dress from Gowns By Pamela. They were helpful and easy to work with. I loved how you can mix and match the dresses to find your dream dress. I wish I could have tried on my veil and accessories while I was down there so there isnt a special trip down there.

I am giving them 3 stars because when I originally tried on my dress it was perfect but unfortunately when I picked it up days before my wedding there was a small tear in the front and center of the dress. The seamstress said it was just a small detail and she put a glue on it to keep it from spreading. The next day we could see that the glue had stained it, creating a small water-mark. When I reached out to them they were really good to get me in right away to correct this. I was able to get a new top to my dress but unfortunately the morning of my wedding we realized that there was a clasp missing in the back of the dress and I ended up having to wear a safety pin to keep it together for the whole day. The dress still looked great but it just came with some stress. I wouldnt discourage someone from choosing one of their dresses but would remind everyone that these are rentals so theres always the risk that damage wont be noticed until its crunch time.

I loved renting my wedding dress from here! I was well taken care of by knowledgeable staff and they even had my niece to participate in picking out sashes for me :) So cute.The price is amazing for all of the things included in the package- dress (top and bottom), sash, veil, slip, corset, and alterations. I got so many compliments on my dress!The Lehi location can be tricky to find but it is in a white building just before the train tracks. The entrance is on the west side of the building. Once inside that door Gowns by Pamela is the first door on the left.

If you are looking for something affordable that is excellent, then I recommend this shop. I actually got married in 2007 and so I dont know if all the same people work there now but I can say that my experience was perfect and I loved that everything I got was so much more affordable than buying a dress some place else that Id only wear once. Not only that but they let us have it a few extra days so we could take some photos shortly before the wedding and have them at the reception- at no additional charge. Everything came with the dress and you could customize your look. When I say everything I mean- the tulle to fluff out your dress, the corsets to help cinch ya in, the veil/headpiece. You basically just need shoes and jewelry. Love it!

I would seriously reccommend this is place a try if you are looking for an exact style for a wedding dress. Its seriously build your dream dress for such an amazing price. The place is very neat and i love how it is one on one with the consultant. They measure you and everything so you are comfortable but also look really good as well. I am very happy with the dress and the service i received here.

My Daughter rented her wedding dress here. We LOVED the dress, and the attention given to my daughter was more one on one than at the many, many other stores that we visited. We were very happy with our experience at Gowns By Pamela. I would highly recommend this shop.

The staff was so nice!! They really helped me to feel beautiful and special. They listened to what i wanted and what i liked. We went in the store in the morning and came back after a long and hard day of going to store after store and trying dress after dress. I came back and was able to find my perfect dress because the woman stayed soooooooo late after they were supposed to close in order to help. She stayed after hours on a Saturday night! She was amazing!! The setting on the store was beautiful and clean. Everything looked special. Such beautiful dresses and great deals!!! I was able to create my own dress and get bunch of cool features for under $500!! Who else does that?!?!?! Divinely inspired gowns and staff members! I would recommend this store to ANY bride. Mormon or not. Everyone deserves a beautiful gown from Gowns By Pamela!!

WILL NOT COME BACK. I came here a year ago when my sister got married. We had a difficult time the girl helping us. She seemed annoyed with us and like she hated her job. But I left feeling like ultimately the concept of this place was good and helpful to those wanting to customize a look for a decent price. I came back again today with a friend hoping to have a better experience. A different girl helped us and she was EVEN worse. She took forever helping my friend what she want. She seemed annoyed by my friends questions and didnt seem to even have a concept of what kind of dress would look good with what body shape. My friend felt rushed, despite the fact that she left us alone for 25 minutes without any warning and got upset when I went back to the changing room to see my friend. Not only that, a lot of the items were ripped, frayed, or grayed. She wouldnt let my friend go back to see other gowns in the back. Ultimately it felt like there were a bunch of unwritten rules that they expected us to know and we had no idea. Overall VERY FRUSTRATING

I had such a great experience at Gowns by Pamela! The shop was cute and comfortable, and there were so many options. At first, I was skeptical about renting a dress, but I easily found exactly what I wanted! It was fast, and soooo fun! I totally recommend it!!

This shop has a great concept but they desperately need a receptionist. It took an hour to see one dress because the girl helping us had to help others at the same time. Its also confusing to come in and not be greated by anyone and wonder how to get help. The dresses were a bit tired and worn out-frayed lace and holes in the tulle. It is fantastic to be able to customize a dress at a reasonable price.

Such a disappointment. Sadly money is more important than keeping a customer. A co-worker put a deposit on a wedding dress, due to circumstances beyond her control the wedding date needed to be changed. She attempted to change the date for the rental date several months ahead to no avail. She got no assistance in getting the rental date change and lost the deposit. Such POOR customer service. Wow one negative experience passes to twelve potential customers. Beware think twice before going to this place!!

Make sure to schedual an appointment!Pros: I was given excellent one on one service, shown extensive options, and the gown looked incredible one me. Plus, the rates were really reasonable for a wedding dress tailored exactly to me.Cons: the corset I received was extremely treadbare, with the boning sticking out in some places so badly that I still have an under-boob bruise two weeks and a day later. You can probably ask for a new one.I was also asked to return the dress between 10 and 11 AM the following day. Which, no, thats grade A morning sex time, so I think I the heck not. Luckily I found someone on task rabbit to bring it back for me, but keep that in mind as you make your plans.Overall: Id highly recommend Gowns by Pamela for the experience, value, and overall quality. I got a lot of compliments and it was a perfect fit. Just make sure you have a plan for returning your gown

They had great service! It was very personal. A really nice, intimate shop that made you feel like you were the only one they were catering to. They had many different styles that would fit anyones interest.

Gowns by Pamela had amazing customer service, very kind, accommodating, and talented staff. However, the dresses were difficult to try on and the fabrics were very uncomfortable. It was difficult to picture the end product of a desired dress.

In a weird location. If you dont know where you are going you will most likely miss it. The idea of renting a wedding dress is genus! And the prices arent too bad either. Though unfortunately they are all fairly basic and if you want a train on a rental this is not the place to go, but the dresses are pretty so it is definitely worth a look.

Amazing, amazing, amazing! This is the most ingenious bridal shop ever! All of their dresses are in pieces--so you just tell them what kind of sleeves you want, what kind of bodice you want, what kind of skirt you want, what kind of veil and/or belt you want, and they bring it all to you to try on, swap out with something else, add or take away until you have the dress of your dreams! Wedding dress shopping was so stressful for me until I came here. Im LDS, and I have an unique sense of style, and my wedding reception was steampunk themed, so I needed something modest, something that I felt comfortable coming out of the temple in AND that would look good with my theme and could be accessorized appropriately, and something that felt suited to me and my sense of style. I was having an extremely difficult time finding dresses that met one of these requirements, let alone all four of them. And we were on a fairly tight budget. My whole wedding (decorations, invitations, food, venue, dress, cake, EVERYTHING) cost about $5,000, and I was tearing my hair out trying to find a dress that didnt cost thousands of dollars, but I also wanted the biggest, fluffiest, most luxurious skirt imaginable, and those run at a high price these days. Before I went to Gowns by Pamela I felt defeated and resigned to settling for a sub-par dress. I walked in to their studio, told them what I wanted, and they brought me an excellent dress. Then I was able to ask for adjustments here and there, swap out the bodice and sleeves a few times, make the skirt fuller, and fuller, AND FULLER, until my dress was so perfect it made me feel like the spirit of a steampunk unicorn! (Which is exactly what I was going for. :))

I will not recommend this shop to anyone. Our attendant had no concept of what a petite bride can wear without looking ridiculous. She put me in this huge fluffy pickup satin skirt that was 4 sizes too big and then told me she had no idea how it would look if it were my size, and that, yes, it did make me look short. no duh!! She was awkward helping me into the dresses and did not take my mothers thoughts into account when choosing styles. I think it is ridiculous that they will not allow customers to see what they have available. When she brought things out she had a terrible attitude and didnt ask me my opinion until I was in front of my mom and grandma, hating being seen in something so ugly, and angry that she was so unhelpful. Im sure they had something that would have been perfect, but because our attendant didnt know what she was doing, we never got to see it. We purchased my dress elsewhere.

My wife got a wedding dress here and they were very hard to work with and it seemed that they tried to find any way possible to charge her extra. I would never recommend them.
