This review is way overdue! Lifes been hectic but I feel my experience needs to be noted. I had just had a baby at the end of Dec 2019. I had him c section and had a 3 year old as well. I couldnt drive and my husband works 12-14 hours days so Harmons delivery was a life savor. It was the end of January 2020 when the pandemic was just starting. I ordered my food including babies and diapers. When the driver dropped off my food she was sweet and could see my hands were full and helped check my bags. We discovered the several items werent there. She immediately called her other delivery to see if they might have accidentally received my food. They had not. The driver called the manager and she checked the store. I was in tears. The shelves were getting emptied and she couldnt promise shed find everything. She believed someone might have grabbed my bags while they were docked waiting to be loaded. She promised she personally would shop for me and do what she could. Her name was Tiffany and she made sure I got the essentials that were taken and even added a gift card. The delivery was made and me and kiddos got what we needed. Thanks to the great cousins service that Harmons had.
First time at this location. Very nice and clean. The cashier, Doss, was very helpful and helped me sign up for the rewards card.
Harmons is a lovely grocery store. Their prices are a tad higher than other grocery stores, but Harmons is positioning as a premier grocer. They have a lot of modern features that make them stand out. They have a lot of ready-to-eat foods and a nice bakery. Harmons cake-frosted maple bars are amazing if youve never had them. The cheese section is very impressive. Not happy about the mask mandate, especially since we shop in very OFF hours, but hey, welcome to the new norm.
Im a big fan of their hot deli counter, but avoid their fish & chips. Everything else is very good.
I love Harmons produce but not at this location. Feels like their quality went all the way down.I was charged for 4 donuts 10 dollars (like if I bought a dozen). Definitely, check your receipt! They keep forgetting to put ALL my groceries in a cart. I had to come back at least twice to pick it up.
Place is clean, and people are friendly. I go here for lunch often because I find the food healthier than most. BUT they havent had a lot of the food stocked up, their deli area. I really enjoy their chicken enchiladas or their chicken fajita bowl ? Or teriyaki I forget but they havent had it for a while.
Best Harmons that I’ve been to. Their seafood department is second to none. The seafood manager there has a rare level of commitment that keeps me coming back. Well managed store with great employees working as a team. Easy 5 stars
Zan is a fantastic sushi chef! I HIGHLY recommend the sushi here, we have made it a Sunday thing every Sunday, he makes sure the sushi is super delicious!!! And Tom in the bakery, made sure we got our bread just to our liking! Amazing customer service from these individuals :) can’t wait to come back again
Harmons is by far my favorite grocery store. They have everything I want, the employees are helpful. Just the best shopping experience you can get.
Harmons has a great salad bar, but today I saw they do not wash the lettuce. They only dump the package into the salad bar. That made me disappointed to see. Even if containers or companies claim its “pre-washed”, I do not believe it is clean.
First time in this store, unusual experience.I have shopped at many Harmons, and pretty much always positive..However, this is the 1st time Ive ever walked in this store, and it was clean and beautiful, not one employee acknowledged me or asked if I could find out I was looking for a, or even make eye contact the whole time I was there.A Woman walked out of the mens room obviously checking for cleanliness. We nearly collided, and she never even acknowledged I was there.Extremely unusual for this company, and as I see the other reviews this does seem to be an anomaly.Regardless, you must train people to at least make eye contact, and smile especially since it was not busy and many people just walked right past Without any acknowledgment that there was a customer there.Odd.#templemastery
Such a great place to shop! Harmons does tend to be a tad bit more expensive than other grocery stores, but they have a variety of foods that you cant find other places and they have a great cheese selection. They staff have always been friendly and helpful, and the store is always well stocked and clean.
This is my favorite grocery store. The employees are quite helpful, and always ready to assist you with any questions you have. The meat here is always exceptional! They will cut you what you need, and are very knowledgeable in their craft. Same goes for the bakery here. The produce is always fresh and high quality. I find myself here multiple times a week due to the freshness of the products here and the great prices. I recommend this to anybody looking for a good neighborhood grocer.
Went in to get some deli food for lunch, had the worst service ever! Stood at the counter for 20 minutes while the entire staff just looked at us. Then one guy walked around slapping a broom on the ground and flinging it around in the air. He was even doing it over the open side of the food, then proceeded to rinse his hands without soap. The entire time was never even asked if we wanted help. Walked out because it was so gross! Serious sanitation hazards going on here and the that guy needs to be wrote up or fired for that.
Great place to shop, the absolute worst place to work. Cant manage any of their employees and are constantly needing new hires due to the fact that they keep anyone around. The work is back breaking and tedious and definitely not somewhere you want to work
Good meat section and the store is very large. They have some gluten free items in their freezer section and on the snack shelves.
I love this grocery store! It feels like it’s a fu-fu grocery store, only because it’s so neat and clean and tidy and all the display/colors/food presentation are all on point! I feel like a princess shopping in this store, just because everything should be in its place and everything is strategically placed for the consumer. I LOVE that they sell macadamia nuts from Spain here - they are wildly addicting, you cannot eat just one! For a small container, prepare to pay around ten dollars for it. You get what you pay for - QUALITY. They also sell a good amount of locally produced shelved food items such as salsa. They have my FAVORITE salsa here called Salsitas Mendoza - the BEST salsa I’ve ever had from a canned jar. Runs about five dollars per jar but can be on sale for around four dollars. The produce displays are always so eye appealing and inviting! Wish they had one in PG!
Meat department sucks here. Used to come in and request mini beef sliders and they would make it without hesitation past two times we come here they flat out refuse. I have had other butchers at this location do them for me since they have the molds for it too. Going to stop coming to this location and go to herriman or take the extra drive to Draper
VERY rude staff. My initial review of this Harmons location was about a recent experience - in summary, I had my pet with me like I do every single time I go to this Harmons, was about to put the carrier in the cart like I do every single time, was quickly confronted by an associate and was told: Your dog is always welcome in the store, you just cant place it in the cart. Surprised, I said Oh okay, no problem, she was a little snarky-toned and rude about it, but I carried my pet through the store and life went on. (Which is funny because Harmons replied and said now that is wrong too, good thing I am not a perfect human tho.) I wrote a simple review, emphasizing my opinion about the rude associate. Then Harmons replies with an even ruder response accusing me of breaking the law, to which they have very little detail of the experience and that pets arent allowed at all (except service animals). Again, I dont need my life to be analyzed from a grocery store, and my stance still remains bold, the staff is rude. A simple, Hey there Hunter, sorry to hear about this experience. By the way - you may not know this, but its actually illegal to bring a dog inside a grocery store if its not a service animal. Also, we apologize if our associate came across as a little rude, we are just looking out for the local rules/regulations. would have been WAY more sufficient and resolved the issue more gracefully. Instead, I will follow in Harmons footprints and also take a completely unnecessary approach: I just threw away everything in my pantry that came from Harmons and personally vowed to never visit any Harmons again. :) Problem, solved - and I appreciate your quick response Harmons.
Called ahead to ask if they had a specific homeopathic. On the phone they ‘confirmed’ they had lots and that they had that one in particular—after spelling it out. Once we got there the pharmacist pointed us to a shelf without any significant inventory at all, let alone the one we asked about.
Ive had two experiences where items have been left out of my bags when using the main cashiers. Both times, I had to drive back to the store and deal with the manager to rectify the problem. Harmons is a nice store, but I suggest either using the self-check stations or keep an eye on your purchases just like you double check your order at a fast food drive-up window.
Go woke go broke. All I can say is they are hostile about mask. Hunted my wife and kids down to force there ideology in our face. The employees gloated they are working on forcing 80 percent of there employees to get vaccinated. There liberal ideology will put them and and there other stores out of business. Thank you for sending me down the road to smith I really appreciate it. will not return to this location nor the one in my home town ever again. Good job guys for making a lasting impression. When your sales start dropping in the next few years you will say man we are stupid.
Very cool market all sort breads grocery store.milk cheese meat red meat turkey chicken fish. All ready available eatout foods vegetables fruits spices dry fruits kids toys beer ready to cook food pastures home decor items pads clothing tissues cool drinks chocolate chips. Professional employee and store management.service awesome washroom helpdesk car parking service cool
I got a Japanese bowl for dinner from the deli/food area, and Debbie, the lady who attended, was an absolute delight! She’s the type of person who goes above and beyond and makes me want to come back simply because of her incredible service and attitude. Please give this sweet woman a raise and make her employee of the month (or year)!!
Cheapest and best lunch around. Staff is super friendly. Love this.
Upscale groceries, for higher-than average prices (but definitely higher-than-average quality).Pros: Very neat and clean. Great produce, bakery, and meats. They really know how to keep things fresh and delicious. Another pro is the vast selection of whole foods and items you simply wont find elsewhere. If you are shopping for a special diet, this is the place to go.Staff is generally indifferent. Not overly kind, but definitely not mean or condescending (some would say an indifferent staff is a con, but I disagree)Cons: Pricey (nuff said)The atmosphere is great, and it is surrounded by some great places to eat and shop.
Really nice and clean. Things are maybe slightly more expensive than Walmart or smiths but not by much. They also have a really good ice cream selection
You know if you feel compelled to leave a 5 star review for a grocery store that they are doing something right. And Harmon’s does it all right. This place is awesome. I love the cheese bar where they always have someone to help you pick the right cheese or try something new. The salad bar is a great place to grab a quick, healthy bite. The employees are always just the right amount of helpful and always seem to be happy, which makes a surprising difference. And somehow they are always playing my favorite songs over the speakers. It’s creepy, almost. Yes, it’s a bit pricey sometimes, but you get a premium experience in return.
Austin does a fantastic job making you feel welcomed as soon as you enter the Lehi Harmons. He always has a peppy attitude and greets every customer. I swear my shopping experience has been better after seeing him at the front! Thank you Austin!
I love Harmons. And this one is real nice. It is a newer store so it has the vibe they have been working on creating; a cafe, beautiful arrangements of food, etc. They truly make shopping an experience. I do admit that their prices are slightly higher than some other grocery store options. But I feel so good when being in the store, I personally would choose this Harmons over many of those other options. Also, I trust the Harmons butcher with my life.
I used to spend $1k a month here until the mask Nazis came out and escorted me out of the Lehi store when Ut county had NO mandate. Ill never return! Yeah for true Americans like Kohlers and Myers Meat.
This store is a miracle. It has everything and nothing at the same time. The store looks full that sections are merely faced and over the past several months several have shown holes or just no selection. The store has had no regular Pepsi since before Christmas. I know because I keep stupidly going back expecting to see something other than 17 facings of wild Cherry Pepsi for what I spend at harmons and the prices that are there this is unacceptable. Added 3/16 - back again. Still no 2 liter Pepsi to be found in the store. Both Harmons and Pepsi should be ashamed. Gross incompetency.
No amount of fancy, fluffy, overpriced food can make up for rude, condescending associates. This location is managed very poorly and they make it very clear that customers are not that important.
Very very rude customer service. Had an employee at this store tonight invade me and my friends personal space, talk very rude to us, and continue to do so as we attempted to shop for 2 items. Very rude very awful experience dont waste your time with harmons.
I was thrown out of Harmons on Saturday for not wearing a mask. They literally refused service. I was at the self-check out lane and they turned the machine off on me as I was scanning my items. I tried to explain to the manager, who appeared on the scene, that I had a heart attack a few months ago and keeping my oxygen levels up was a matter of life and death with me, but he didnt care. Said if I didnt wear a mask then I wasnt welcome to be in the store.
Although this is the closest grocery store to my home I will choose to drive to Smith’s down the road. Harmon’s is ridiculously overboard about masking. On 2 separate occasions I’ve seen employees speak in unprofessional ways to customers. Once was to a mother about her young daughter. It’s too bad. I live less than a mile from here.
Used to love this place. Used to spend couple hundred bucks a week for years. After being disrespected and mistreated over their ridiculous mask delusions, I will NEVER go back. Hopefully they learn to respect the hands that feed them.
This place is FORCING PEOPLE TO WEAR MASKS AGAIN!!! dont go! rude employees, high over price 10+ on each THING!!!!!
I was kicked out if this store because I wasnt wearing my Moises was not satisfied with the way I was wearing my mask. Needless to say this man doeant know that my heart palpitations have been getting worse and worse the more u wear the mask, do to a lack of oxygen. Thankbyou harmons for being so understanding. I will never visit your store again
I always buy my meat here. I used to only get something when I didnt have time to run to Costco, but the meat I got at Harmons consistently tasted so much better. Beef is beef? Maybe, but I personally tasted enough of a difference to switch completely. Its also just an all over pleasant shopping experience. Glad I have one so close.
Hands down thee nicest Harmons. They are always fully stocked with everything and their little side food bar is amazing! I frequently stop in and grab food for the my crews.
I absolutely love Harmons for so many different reasons! They have such a wide selection of food and beverages from an expensive to expensive and from regular products to rare products. The store is laid out really nicely and it’s always very clean. The staff is super friendly and I love their salad bar! I will definitely be returning to this location for a long long time!
Great job Kimberly! We just got sick with covid and cant do our own grocery shopping. The online ordering and delivery have been great but today we only needed two items from the store. I called and spoke with Kimberly and she went above and beyond her job description to go grab the two items that we needed, took payment over the phone, and brought them to our car for us.
They escorted us out of the store because my pregnant wife wouldnt put on a mask. I wore a mask but my wife cant wear a mask. They still refused service and the manager said it was corporate rules to discriminate at their discretion. One star because they did offer free curbside pickup; Unfortunately we live to far away from any Harmons store to be able to pickup within a specific time frame.
Owners are woke commies. I dont recommend
I love shopping here. Everything is fresh. I love the Gelato shop they have. I miss their broccoli cheddar soup and salad bar.
If you are looking for one of kinds and fresh produce this is the place to go. Their selection is amazing. Only place around me with sourdough bread bowls which is what I was looking for today. Also off brand selections of drinks and snacks. Bulk food dispensers and great staff. Store is always clean and very cute gifts 🎁 the only thing that I have to say negatively about it is that they are usually a little more expensive. But quality sadly comes with a price.
Im so disappointed! I love Harmons for their local and fresh produce, but the way I was treated today in front of my children was ridiculous for not wearing a mask! We were activity eating doughnuts and I was picking up some items for dinner when a man approached me to give me a mask.I told him, No thanks, since I was eating and about to leave. He then said, Im not going to allow you to shop here. For one, just because my fear doesnt match yours doesnt give you the right to treat me like that. Two, I was actively eating and you cant eat with a mask on. I wish no ill-will towards Harmons, but this man in particular, get off your high horse and concern yourself with things that matter! I wasnt a threat. PS... you didnt keep 6ft from me so you didnt follow cdc guidlines!
They wanted to refuse service to me at the checkout because I wasn’t wearing a mask. A girl hassled me the whole time I was shopping. There is not a mandate to wear a mask in Utah county so why should I need to wear a mask if I’m social distancing. It’s my own choice what I want to do. Harmon’s management take note you have lost a customer for life because of how I was treated for the short time I was in the store by your employees. What a complete joke.
Harmon’s is a great place to shop for many reasons. Their selection of items definitely competes with any place I’ve shopped at. I like the fuel points and also the foodie club freebies. Yes, I pay a little more to shop here overall but I like the customer service. If I ask where something is, they take me to it. They always have a bagger on hand. They open at 6am and most departments are also ready to roll at that time as well. The produce and meat and cheeses are super fresh, and the bakery is great. I don’t recall ever having to wait for more than one person in a check out line. They listen to my concerns and call me back if I’ve ever provided a suggestion. Top notch organization overall.
The produce and meat selection are always great but after an unpleasant experience with an extremely rude employee last week we won’t return.
Lost my business for good because of the mask requirement. Happy to give my business to Meier where you are free to choose to wear a mask or not.
Really nice store, even during covid they were stocked enough that my husband and I didn’t go without. Thank you for that.
Love this Harmons location!
So disappointed ownership drank the blue Kool-Aid and require mask. I’m done shopping there and will instead frequent Miers Meats in Highland - Great produce, meats and individual choice.Thank you Harmons for your timely response. However, when the premise behind your policy is based on a falsehood in the first place than your corresponding policy likewise is wrong. When I posted my first review, I was parked outside your store and called to ask about your online order/pick-up. I was told it would be several hours before order would be ready. Have a good day!
Followed around by store clerk like I was going to steal something. Then when checking out cashier was snide when I asked if I get a discount for self checkout. The mask garbage on top of the high prices.I personally dont be back.
Very clean, which is nice in a shopping spot. The selection is great with so many natural and Utah based companies put on display. That is awesome. Prices are a bit high, which does not surprise me at all with the location. Besides the price I have no complaints.
Very nice grocery store. Generally, their prices are higher than other grocery lines, but I consider Harmons a premium grocery store. Its a very nice store and they have a lot of really great options that make them stand out. They have a lot of ready-to-eat foods and a nice bakery. Harmons cake-frosted maple bars are amazing if youve never had them. The cheese section is very impressive. I still prefer to get certain items from Costco and Walmart, but for smaller shopping trips I really enjoy shopping at this Harmons.
Harmons has eternal water 1ltrs 4/$5 thru january very hot price
I LOVE LOVE Harmons!!! They have the best of everything! We especially love their produce and bakery... their bread is so good. It reminds us of Swiss bread, which is saying a lot. Prices are a bit higher than other grocery stores, but you do find great deals. I also really love their bulk items. Everything Ive gotten has been fresh... which isnt always the case when it comes to bulk bins.
I just moved into the area, and I love Harmon’s! It’s the cleanest and really nice-looking grocery store I’ve ever been in and the whole set up is amazing. Very inviting and has cute home decorations at the entrance. Really loved the variety of foods and the employees are genuinely friendly and right there to help. I would drive a longer way to get here if I ever move again.
I love this Harmon’s! The staff are wonderful and they stock their shelves so well. Pharmacy is also super on top of it!
Love this location! Its always really clean, easy to find what I need, and pretty quick in and out.
Classy place to shop for groceries. I enjoy the selection of their Deli.
Where the pretty people shop. Lol. Best produce anywhere. I love the prepared foods grab n go. There is a most charming Brazilian cashier who brightens a day.
I love Harmons. They have high quality food and meat, all at pretty good prices. They keep things clean and organized. The only downside is that theyre a smaller store so they might not have everything you need. Specifically when it comes to Non-food items. But otherwise I recommend it, especially for their produce, bakery and meat departments.
Beautiful grocery store with lots of extras like gifts and fun seasonal items.
This Harmon is spacious and very clean. Customer service was the best Ive seen for a Harmons. Large selection of groceries and nutritious items. Highly recommend!
This is a high end class fancy upper end grocery store. Big clean spaciousIsles. A big variety of inventory. I definitely recommend this place.5 Stars *****Garleescritiques
Harmons really is a great quality grocery store with fresh products. Theyre just expensive! Noticibly so!I cant afford them all the time but theyre a nice splurge sometimes. Especially for specialty items!
My friend and I took a knife skills cooking class here and it was phenomenal. Chef Freyka and the other chefs were excellent and helpful. We ended up making a delicious dinner and learning a ton in the process! If you enjoy cooking and want to sharpen your skills (no pun intended), I highly recommend the knife skills class!
Fresh produce, bakery is fantastic. But beware. We’ve come home many times with shelf foods that we discovered were already expired. Never have had that happen at any grocery store.
A little pricey, but the best shopping experience you will ever have! All of the employees are friendly, helpful, and eager to please!! And what a clean and organized store! They also have tables and chairs if you feel like eating there. And great classes are available at this location. Truly Harmons has given a new, amazing experience for grocery shoppers everywhere!!
I found this grocery to be excellent! Very fresh produce and veggies are found here, a top quality meat selection especially their steaks, as well as a good number of upscale organic products, non dairy milks for vegetarians, all presented in a clean, well designed ambience. Harmons is a nice upscale local market with a lot of specialty items, and reasonably priced staples. The food is of great overall quality throughout - exactly what I want when feeding myself and my family. I highly recommend this market, the staff here were helpful too.
Theres been A LOT of talk about this place...so I had to go and see for myself what all the hoopla was about. This place is incredible. The cheese bar alone left me with feelings I hadnt felt since my last relationship. Its clean, offers beautiful produce and has everything youll ever need to be happy.
Consistently has bad produce. $12 grapes and they’re all mushy.
The cafe just inside the entrance is very convenient. They have an impressive cheese section next to the meat counter. Polite and helpful employees.
Groceries are one the pricier end but they deliver in other ways. Youll never have to wait in a check out line. The cashiers are very competent, helpful and pleasant. The variety of food here is awesome. I love stopping by for lunch and hanging out on the second floor.
Here two days ago. Masks not enforced - probably 10% of people wearing them. Very unsafe area crawling with people who dont realize or care we are in the midst of a pandemic. I am all for personal freedoms but in this case exercising them to prove a pointis adverse to the greater good and potentially deadly to vulnerable demographics. Avoid this place for the time being.
They have everything here! Plus I love doing in traverse mountain because there are so many other things to do and see. They say Harmons is your friendly neighborhood grocery store, but this one is huge and very fancy.
Fantastic grocery store. I love shopping there. However, Im not a regular as I need to pay a monthly mortgage. Be prepared to cough up $100 per carry out bag. Great breads. Great cheese section.
This is how all grocery stores should be in the greatest country in the world. Huge selection. Clean organized isles. The soup isnt great. But I couldnt bring myself to give 4 stars to such an amazing place. Fix the soup!!
Great staff. The place is always clean and has great selection.
Quality of food at harmons is good. But regarding prices its like shopping at a convenient store.
Good selections and they offer some decent quality food there. Hardly ever have to wait long in checkout. The place is always clean and relaxing.
Lots of healthy options. Nice friendly staff. Amazing cafe/sitting area upstairs, good to meet clients and have lunch meetings.
So fancy and well organized! If you go here you have to get their bakerys bread! Its so good!
Im a big fan of Harmons!! Its definitely more expensive but if you have any dietary restrictions youll be able to find what you need here!! They also have amazing bakery and deli items !
