Very disappointed in this store. Was unsure about getting a pair of cowboy boots and was hoping this store would help as they were recommended to me by several people. Was in the store for 15 minutes looking around and couldn’t find really anything in my size that I was interested in. The worst part is there were 3 employees at the register the whole time just chit chatting and not paying attention to anyone in the store. I saw probably 3 other people walk in, look around for a few minutes, look up for help, and then just walk out due to the employees lack of attention. Not a single interaction by any employee with any customer in the store for over 15 minutes. And their layout of boots is very confusing to someone who is new to the boots world. I’ll probably buy my boots elsewhere

Was so impressed with this Ariat Outlet. Hadley and her staff are truly amazing and so so helpful! We were visiting from out of town and purchased new boots and after 1-2 full days of wearing them at the office I noticed the back on one of the heels coming apart. I reached out to them and they quickly got me squared away to get them sent back in for either a refund or a repair (the style was discontinued i believe)! The quality of Ariat clothing is always so great and I was happy to see that the quality of their employees mirrors it as well.

Do not come here for riding gear, this is purely a fashion store and has barely any Ariat gear.

The Ariat Outlet store is part of the Traverse Mountain Outlet Center in Lehi. If you havent been to it yet, you gotta go check it out. They have a large inventory of all types of boots. Plus they have western shirts, hats, jeans and more. And, if that wasnt enough, they have employees who are incredibly helpful...and friendly! If youre out in that area, stop in! You might just walk out with a new pair of boots, or a hat, a shirt or any number of items they carry!

The staff was fantastic! Watch them handle a very difficult customer, Karen, whos card would not process. She was being quite a jagged pill but the staff held their composure waaay beyond expectation!Also great deals on good quality boots. Definitely shop here! You wont be disappointed.

New store, with signage and discounts offered all over the outlets. Yet it felt like shopping in a gas station. Everything scattered everywhere, employees flooding closes and sweeping, didnt gets me hello or how can I help you. Not to sound judgey, but this is ariat boots, at least represent the brand! Employees wearing whatever just doesnt look right, not buying or asking questions about boots that they dont even wear. Walked around the store 3 times looked at 8-12 pairs of boots, two hats. No prices!! Finally I just went to the counter and asked for service and the employee replied that he needs to scan it, and some stuff isnt marked right that they might be cheaper than normal??Sad for such a promising store! Buying online has never sounded more appealing!

Poor level service. Walked around the store for about 10 minutes and not once did someone greet me or ask if I needed a size. There were a few employees there and probably one or two other customers that weren’t being helped. A small hello goes a long way.

Ken came up and greeted me as soon as he was able, and he was so helpful! I didnt purchase the boots he chose for me, but I did end up finding some that I liked based on his advice. He was very quick and cheerful. My only critique is that it took a couple of minutes before anyone greeted me, but they made up for it by being very friendly and helpful!

Price and quality are on point! Ken was fantastic to deal with. He found the perfect boot i was looking for in under 2 minutes. Great price and fantastic customer service. I highly recommend.

The customer service was incredible! We were instantly greeted and given a little space to shop before someone came and offered help! Everyone there was incredibly nice and more than willing to help us! This store is loaded with good deals and great products! One of my favorite stores to shop at now!!

I came into the store last night after learning about the opening from a coworker. Very excited to have a store close by! The young man who helped me was great! He was kind and helpful. We had a nice chat about New York, as he recently moved to Utah from there and I have a granddaughter working in the city. I purchased some jeans and a jacket and was very pleased with my shopping experience!

I was very happy to learn that Ariat opened a store in Utah. I picked up a pair of boots and some work clothes. I have an extra wide foot and Ken and the asst manager made sure I found the boot I liked in the size I needed. Im glad Ive found an outlet with such knowledgeable and friendly staff.

Went in looking to get my first pair of boots and Ken helped me find the right ones for my feet. I really appreciated the time Ken took helping me test and learning what to look for in the feel of the boot. They have lots to choose from just nothing in a safety toe that was my size, but I did get a nice belt here

I went into the store the first day it was opened I purchased two pairs of dress pants the register went down during my transaction so the sales associates Entered in my purchase on a different machine. The sales associate assured me that the first transaction wouldn’t go through but I was charged twice and the stores is refusing to refund the duplicate charge.

The staff are super friendly and helpful. The store is very clean and organized. I’m so exited for this store to be in Utah. We will be visiting again!

No clear distinction of clearance from other merchandise, boots are not properly stored near their mate if a display. Cashier was rude and caused problems long after being told by coworker to run price on box. Wont be back.
