Great store, not bad choice. I took bags and backpacks here, the quality is excellent, nothing broke / fell off. The consultants are not intrusive, polite.

On 29 / o6 / 18 I returned the jacket (I saw dirt on the inside at home).1. The manager waited 15 minutes. When she appeared in the hall, without looking at all in my direction (there were 2 more sellers in the department, not a single buyer), she started talking on the phone at the checkout. She did not say hello and began to give commands.2. REQUIRED a passport, which complies with the rules. DEMANDED a card. The manager used only the imperative mood. Passport!, Map!.3. I asked her to introduce herself (there was no badge on her clothes). She refused. She put in front of me a very untidy Book of Complaints, in which not a single statement is numbered. I did not leave information there.4. If this employees management reads these reviews, please pay attention to the communicative qualities of this manager. Her Chaldean attitude towards the buyer does nothing to increase sales in the Atrium. I told my family and friends that they chose another place to shop.

Unfortunately, the purchase experience at the Michael Kors boutique in the Atrium turned out to be extremely negative. The situation was as follows: a purchase was made on June 12, 2017 in a store with a discount on a card, but for certain reasons (I chose a gift for a girl, she is a regular customer of the brand, but the model didn’t fit) he came to exchange the goods for a new one on June 24, 2017. I chose a new bag, went to the cashier to make an exchange, for which seller-consultant V. Figurkina She said that for technical reasons it is very difficult to exchange goods, lets better make a return and make a new purchase. I went to a meeting, issued a refund, received money, started punching a new purchase at a discount, to which Ms. Figurkina replied that the discount card did not work (although the previous purchase was made at a discount on the same card less than two weeks ago), and they say buy goods at full cost. They refused to offer a further solution to the problem, they say, pay and everything, there will be no discount for you. I asked to bring a form to draw up a claim, for which I received an offer to write a review in the “Book of complaints and suggestions”. I had to be afraid of her in order to get the coveted form and write a claim, which must be transferred to a lawyer. Moreover, when the conversation started that the initial request consisted precisely in the exchange of goods, and not in the fraud of delivery-purchase, the employee began to assure me that it would be possible to exchange only for exactly the same. ATTENTION! On exactly the same, not similar !!! Question: Why change the product to exactly the same? I had to poke into the Law on Consumer Rights, in which Figurkina V.S. completely incompetent. Being a lawyer by education and by profession, I was extremely outraged by her desire to prove to me a point of view that was completely contrary to what was written in the law. No less indignant was the tone and attitude of the employee to the problem, although it was in the interests of the store to exchange goods of lower cost for more expensive goods. Well, the further fate of the claim and the bag is unknown, but for myself I already realized that Michael Kors in Russia does not correspond at all to its dealers in Europe and spoil the reputation of both themselves and the Atrium shopping center.
