My vision has always been poor and as I got older it has gotten decidedly worse. My then eye doc, a prominent respected Dr, said this is as good as I can get you, the correction was 20/90. I couldnt read street signs at all! Most things were blurry. He really said this is as good as I can do for you...dont come back. Then my sister found Dr Gray! In my book he is miracle worker. He is 30 minutes from my home and if the only way to get to him was walk...I would put on my tennis shoes and head out the door!! I could not be happier with the great care I have received from Dr Gray and his wonderful staff. My vision before Dr Gray was limiting, I wasnt safe to drive, it was beginning to really limiting life. To say that my life has more possibilities since having him care for vision is not an exaggeration. I never write reviews, but here is a 5 star review for you Doc, you deserve it!

We had a whole family appointment scheduled. My 2 daughters and I were all in Pride gear to celebrate June. Everyone in the office was respectful, loving and incredibly professional. On top of being accepting they were thorough, informative and fun. Highly recommend!!

I have seen both Dr Grays, and I have to say they are the best medical optometrists in Utah! They have all I need in office for my Diabetic eye exam. And are also super helpful with any type of eye infection.

Eyecare of Lehi is such a wonderful office to go to for eye concerns. The staff is polite, knowledgeable and kind. Cassie helped my daughter through her very first eye appointment and put us all at ease. She also took such care in helping her pick out the right pair of glasses. I would highly recommend Dr. Gray! We are pleased with the care my oldest son received from Dr. Gray, Dr. Gray (son), and their staff. My son came in with a serious eye abrasion at the beginning of the year and they showed great concern and did everything they could to help him with his eye infection and ulcer. Hes now had two follow-up visits and each time they are thorough and explain his circumstances in easy to understand detail. The equipment and tests they use to assess his eyes are advanced and helpful. He is now doing better with an opportunity to have his vision return. We are grateful for their eye expertise and experience!

I broke my glasses over the weekend. When I called, they got me scheduled to come in within 24 hours. They were friendly, helpful, and courteous when I arrived and throughout the whole experience. Not only that, but things worked out and they had 2 new pairs of glasses ready for me before the end of the day (it helped that they had everything in their lab)! It is SO nice to be able to see clearly - I had no idea how bad my eyes had become since my last exam. I can’t praise them highly enough! Such a great experience!

First time going to an eye doctor and I felt comfortable throughout the process. Processes were explained clearly so I could understand what was going on. I had Abby assist me before and after meeting with Dr. Gray.Dr. Gray helped get me where I need to be with my vision. Abby helped me pick out the frames and lenses. I was probably annoying since I took so long picking out what I wanted but she was patient and understanding of my needs. Abby was awesome!Overall I had a great experience and will update rating once I receive my glasses.

Friendly and helpful staff and very passionate optometrist with a sincere desire to help his patients with their vision needs. Dr Gray and his team use newer technologies and more sophisticated equipment then what I’ve seen at other places so they get more accurate results from the tests. I was nervous at first doing the more in depth eye tests and Cassie walked me through it with genuine patience and kindness.I take my children here as well and they enjoy their time there. As for working with insurance, I don’t have the most user friendly insurance but Raegan was prepared with a packet of what they cover exactly.Overall, highly recommend for all vision needs.

This was the first time I got an eye exam. I did not know what to expect. When I first arrived the staff was super friendly and helpful. Abbie was the one who helped me with the exams and she was amazing! Personable, knowledgeable, and friendly. She answered all my questions and helped me find the frames that I liked! I had an appointment for my contacts and glasses prescription. Neither the nurse nor the doc were wearing a mask and were not maintaining a distance from myself or each other. I finished my appointment and bought a years worth of contacts at the recommendation of the staff. In a few days, I realized the prescription was not correct. They replaced the one box I hadnt opened but would not help on the opened boxes (how am I to know they dont work without opening them??). They should have given me sample contacts first before recommending I buy an entire years worth. The doctor refused to change my glasses prescription, stating the glasses rx should be accurate. Because my insurance was used up on this visit and contacts are $400, I have to wait a year living off old sample contacts so I can see well enough to work and drive. I cannot buy new glasses because the rx was not changed. Absolutely infuriating.

It is a great place for eye care. Friendly staff and relaxed environment. Doctor and examiner were so patient and explained things very well! Recommend this place to any!

Guys...stop scrolling. You’ve found the right place for eye care! I had horrible pain in my eye. The previous eye care company I used was just awful...Called Eye Care for an appointment and got an appointment right away. Within one hour of calling, I was sitting in front of the doctor (Doctor Gray), and the pain was gone. He’s very nice, and takes the time to make sure everything is right.Due to insurance, I had to pay out of pocket for this visit. And I would gladly do it again. That’s how good they are here.They will now be where I go for eye check ups, and any other eye needs in the future for me.

Having been to a lot of different ODs over the years, I was very pleased with my care here. The doctor seemed competent and made the experience very comfortable. The staff was helpful and courteous. Jessica was able to answer my questions. Finding an OD that you like can be difficult, Im sure Ill be back.

Abbie helped me out and she was so patient with me as I took forever to decide on what frames I wanted and what I wanted to do price wise. She took great care of me! She also didn’t persuade me to do one way or the other - she would inform me about what different things meant but wouldn’t try to force me into anything. I didn’t feel like she was trying to sell me on anything. It was great to be informed but not forced into anything. And the doctor is funny and nice. Got in first thing in the morning. Exam was quick and well done. Very helpful in explaining (first time getting lenses and first eye exam since grade school). Cassie was very helpful.Only thing I would’ve wished was that I could’ve gotten in sooner. Although then I wouldn’t have gotten the “20/20” sales deals.

Dr. Gray is a cool guy to speak with. Laid back, but not unprofessional in the least. He is knowledgeable and up to date with current medical trends. I definitely trust him with my optical health.The staff there are all fantastic. They are also very knowledgeable, personable, and professional. I would like to call out Whitney in particular. I went in to the office moderately anxious due to an issue I have going on, and while I didnt really show my anxiety outwardly (I dont think), her demeanor and overall vibe put me at ease. She is definitely an asset to their team, and her presence makes the whole place better.

I have never been somewhere so unprofessional. We went in for a short eye exam to get my husband more contacts and they had us there for 3 hours!! They were very lazy and and had no respect for our time. They over charged us because they did not take the time to get our accurate insurance. And they never even called when the contacts were there. We had to try multiple different times to get ahold of them. If it was an option I would have given them zero stars

I remember the days when it was a simple process to get a prescription. Unfortunately this office has done everything they can to make that as difficult as possible.The doctor wouldnt give me the contact prescription for the brand that I wanted, stating that they arent made anymore. ( Standard Optical was able to get me the exact lenses I wanted in 2 days). The doctor also openly made fun of me in the office, he was rude and wouldnt answer my questions.The staff told me that they would price match. But refused to do so when I found the lenses cheaper online. Again, after calling Standard Optical they matched the online price and got me the lenses quickly.Go anywhere else.

This was a very clean and inviting office with great employees! The paperwork wasnt overwhelming and the waiting around was minimal. “Chad” was excellent throughout my experience at the store. He was very patient and helpful, I have noticed he give equal respect to the other customers as well. Most important thing is he remembers all of his customers names, which gives you a feeling that you walked into a friends place.The equipments are little expensive though. They do have a lot of varieties to try on.Overall, “Chad” deserves a employee of the month 👍.
