Drinks are good but don’t go to the drive thru unless you have 30 minutes to waste. My last three trips I’ve waited about 30 minutes. That’s with only 7-8 cars in front of me. They need to hire better employees or just train the ones they have better. Their employees do NOT care to hurry.

I love the drinks they have there, my favorite thing is the size of the straws though for sure. Only draw back is there always seems to be a bit of a line when I go other than that solid place to get a drink.

Awesome! We dont have this kind of shop in Texas. Loved all the selections. My drink was very good. Look at the menu beforehand as there are many selections to choose from.

Endless Summer is bliss, an amazing mix! Fairly priced for the amount you get. Their pretzel bites and white cheddar cheese are really good too! Nice staff with quick service. Great experience overall!

I LOVE swig but I was kinda bummed at this location. It was very busy, I waited in line for a solid 15/20 minutes. I ordered my drink and after driving away I realized they had made my drink wrong. They forgot the coconut cream…kinda disappointed but maybe it was just because they were busy

Mango and Thai Cocconut drinks are a bit pricey ($5 each) but we were fine with that. It turned out that they were incredibly watery, full of crushed ice so we could barely taste the real flavor of our drinks. Not sure it was supposed to be like that, but they were unpleasant to drink (also the Bobba thing would hardly pass through the straw). Not sure we’re coming back there. I see that lots of people here have had a good experience, but unfortunately we didn’t.The staff was super friendly and the line was moving very quickly, though :)

This swig has been great up until recently when they decided to change their cups and lids. Yesterday as my drink was handed to me and I tried to set it down in the cup holder the lid popped off and spilled my drink all over the car. I was holding the cup in the middle, not at the top by the lid and the lid just popped off with very little pressure. The same thing happened to my wife’s drink. This has happened more than just this one time.

The line here is always so long, so I was expecting to have to wait for a long time. Not true. They were so fast! And my order was perfect

I go to Swig around once a month now it seems. Their flavors are fun though they can add up quickly in price as you have to guess the exact price plus drink. Additionally, the drinks always lose most of their carbonation by the time the drinks are in my hand. Always a bummer but I keep trying. The staff is always nice and the cookies are good though not that special. Swig is a fun casual spot where you can a small snack before going on your day. While I am never quite certain if my drink will be good or not, my family enjoys them and we keep returning. Overall its pretty decent!

The line is always long for good reason… the sodas are the best in town! The Heartbreaker is my favorite Dr. Pepper drink. Line generally moves pretty quickly and employees are kind and knowledgeable.

They are pros here at getting you in and out in the drive through. This location is pretty popular and in an awkward location but they do a great job getting your order quickly and you on your way. I tried the pumpkin cookie for the first time today and yuuuummm. That is so good! My favorite soda here is the endless summer!

Usually I love swig... But I waited for a long time for my online order to come out. When I asked the boy taking orders if he could figure out why It was waiting so long (going on 20 min) he said... Why dont you call the store... I was a bit taken aback. Usually I get great customer service and usually if Im waiting in their pick up spot for more than a few min, someone is asking me if I need help. Heres to 5 stars Next time swig.

Prepare for a long line, but the drinks are always good and staff is always friendly. The drive through is awkward because of location sharing multiple parking lots though.

Stopped by today, got Lifes a Peach and added the shimmer (because why not?!). It looked pretty cool. The service was wicked fast and the cookies were delicious! Ill certainly swing by next time!

If i could give this more stars i WOULD!!!!! i was helped by a girl named ella in line and she was so kind, really went above and beyond to help me feel welcome and even helped me find a drink i didn’t remember the name for. i was in and out so fast and my drink was delicious!

This was my first time trying Swig since there isnt one close to my town. I frequent Sodalicious and wanted to see how Swig compared. The drive thru line was incredibly long (about 12 cars deep) and moving very slowly, cars behind me ended up leaving the line because it took so long. They had one staffer out taking orders and the tablet lost internet midorder- the staffer admitted that they always lose internet connection on the Northwest side of the building. As this was my first time, I was disappointed that I could not see the menu, which I couldnt even pull up on my phone because again, bad internet connection.The whole affair seemed very disorganized and confusing. When I finally got to thy window they made my drinks in the wrong size. We got The Heartbreaker, Watermelon Sugar and Beach Babe; they were OK drinks, hardly memorable and ones I would never order again. The owners need to install a repeater to get the internet outside which would help improve the ordering process. Plus they need a viewable menu. Will not go back as it is out of the way and unremarkable. 3 stars only because the staffer was professional and friendly.

Super tasty, we loved the dirt ball cookie! I do wish their open light had been turned on because I got a little confused. But the drinks we got were delicious! We tried Pucker Up and Buttery Beer, so yummy! 😁

I am probably one of the few moms in Utah that DOESNT live off Diet Coke or Dr. Pepper, so although many of the premade mixes cater to that crowd, I chose the Riptide, which is Sprite based. It was so good! Maybe next time Ill branch out and create my own. Also, I just love their sugar cookies! #lfthx

Every time I got to a different soda shop, I’m reminded why Swig is my favorite. Their drink combinations are perfect, they are friendly and ALWAYS fast, even when there’s a long line. Also, if you have tried their Naughty or Nice, you need it immediately.

The employees at this location are all amazing but the online order system does not make sense. Because there is a constant line, there aren’t places to park to pick up your order. Even more confusing is hitting the “bring my drinks” button is totally useless. So... you have to end up sitting in the line anyway, waiting to tell someone you’d tried saving time by ordering 20 minutes earlier. No thank you.

After leaving the hospital from a car accident my husband wanted to stop and get me and my son a treat. It was great that they were super fast and the drink super yummy. We got the beach babe and chocolate chip cookie and they were both delish.

The drinks are alright, on par with most of the local soda shops. They do seem to have quite a few more options though including energy mixes and specialty hot chocolates. Would probably go again but wouldnt make a special visit.

Got their peanut butter cookie, and it is definitely my new favorite (and I have tried them all). Also, love the light lemonade with sugar free add ins!

I’m not a big soda drinker so I don’t go here often, but the few times I have they have been so great. The kids that work there are polite and helpful.I tried the Pretty In Pink sparkling refresher and I really like it! If you don’t like sparkling water it’s not for you, but I do and this one is really good. I also got a chocolate chip cookie. I came home and popped it in the microwave for 10 seconds and it tasted like I baked it at home. So yummy!

I absolutely love swig it’s the only place I go for my drinks, and the people are fantastic at any of their stores. The only issue I have is this new procedure for asking the attendant to select your tip. I think that is something that’s very personal and it honestly is quite embarrassing to have a girl or a guy stand there and ask you which button you would like them to push on their screen. I just have a problem with that at restaurants that are non-service and I don’t think they should be doing this at swig if they had a tip jar I would love to put money in it which I’ve done in the past. I hope they stop.

Umm... it’s Swig. What not do you say? Well, I can say that they’ve got the right amount of flavoring/fruit dialed in for each size. Some places don’t have enough flavor, some have too much. Swig knows what they’re doing!

This swig is very good. O had a very kind welcoming and was asked if I wanted to use my credits to buy the drink. I said no thank you and she put my order in. I got the heartbreaker which I highly recommend, I get it without the coconut and without the half&half. But when I recoeved my order Thwy made it the normal way, when I told them they got my order wrong the Immidiatley got set on making a new one the right way. The young man at the window made polite conversation with me so that was really nice. Would recomend!

Soda was flat 2 time in a row. (Drove around twice. Once for the original order and once for the replacement.)Rather than fix it the 2nd time around, we had to pull around and park while everyone else went through.Stayed parked there for 10 minutes waiting... No refund. Spent over $4 and 15 minutes. Not again.

Last weekend we came for a Saturday drink.44oz Mountain DewMangoPassion fruitGuavaDrove off and took a drink.Warm soda and no carbonation and no ice in the cupGot back in the drive thru and asked the young lady for a new drink with extra ice and she said they are having ice issues(this happens) and they can’t do extra ice. We said we don’t want extra just some.I tried to go through your corporate email, I hate to leave a bad google review, but no one is watching that account apparently. All I want is a 44 oz drink that is carbonated and cold with ice.

This place has amazing cookies. I especially love the sugardoodle. One of my favorite cookies ever! Also had a drive through which I haven’t used yet but is always a big pro for me.

Very impressed. It was mine and my husbands first time tying them. I had a gift card and needed to know the balance, and decided to order. I tried the Texas tab and my husband tried the Beach babe!! Drink was great. Just a suggestion, could you guys make a creamsicle drink. Only reason you get a 3 is that your employee did not know the menu, was very condescending because we were new. It was not a great experience but the product made up for it a lot.

I tried the pompom energy drink today. It was yummy! I loved that it wasn’t too sweet. The pomegranate bite and vanilla tame the sweetness just the right amount. The store was fast and had it ready before we even got to the window!
