Ive seen both Lindsay and Dr Smart for a few years. Theyve been amazing. I was treated with Mohs Surgery a couple years ago and the experience was as good as it could have been. Their new office is beautiful. The staff were friendly and attentive! Its always a great experience.

Dr. Smart and his staff are caring and spend time to listen to every concern you have. Sometimes when I’ve gone into other doctors and said things like “I saw this online and I wanted to ask” they just get annoyed, but here they really take the time to help you understand what’s good advice from those not based in science. The office is beautiful and I’ve never had to wait more than 5-10 min.

Dr. Smart has the best bedside manner of any doctor Ive ever been to, ever. He is compassionate and patient, and fully explains everything. Ive gone to him for a few cosmetic/medical procedures, and the results were amazing. He also treated one of our sons with Accutane, and the process was always positive and empathetic. AND the results were also amazing.

I brought my teenage son in today who is super self conscious about his acne. Dr. Smart was awesome!! He was super thorough and answered all of our questions. He made my son feel comfortable and excited to see the results from his treatment plan. The receptionist was also super sweet! Couldn’t be happier with our visit!!

Dr Smart is kind, gentle, extremely intelligent, insightful, humble and very knowledgeable. The staff was professional, highly capable, welcoming. All the things one might ask for in a Dr and their staff, this team excels at. A+ rating! From the first moment we met the team, we felt trust. Some dermatologists just want to cut, but Dr Smart found less invasive solutions that healed better and faster. We are customers for life!

I saw Lindsey and she is fantastic. Spent as much time with me as I needed and explained everything that she recommended. I feel like she has my best interests at heart, wasn’t just trying to sell me expensive products. She is extremely knowledgeable and the MAs and front desk staff were great too. Shawn Gibb is amazing! I initially went to him with concerns over a mold I had on my face, which he immediately removed and had tested. I enjoyed my visit so much I took my teenagers to him to help with their acne, which hes done a suburb job managing. Their acne has improved so much thanks to Shawn and his recommendations. Shawn is so nice and full of energy! My family and I would definitely recommend him.

As a patient with melanoma history, you can imagine I’m pretty particular who treats me. My derm Dr is retiring and it’s time to move on. I was VERY pleased with the care and treatment provided to me by Dr Smart and staff. I WILL be coming back for sure. He was thorough (a little too thorough, lol) but in a good way. When you’re concerned with your skin, you need someone who is going to have your best interest at heart and be an advocate for your personal health.

I was DEVASTATED months ago, when I found out that Shawn had left my doctors office to specialize in Dermatology. I had found a perfect doctor for my needs finally. However, I was having some issues with my skin and my husband told me that I needed to see a dermatologist to see what they could do. I immediately knew who I would actually trust. As expected, his staff is more than amazing and friendly. I was exceptionally tired today, as I had only a few hours of sleep and not enough caffeine. The staff member was so kind and personable. At the appointment as Shawn always has been, he was knowledgeable, kind, understanding and patient with me as I explained what was going on. He made a plan to make my life so much better. He doesn’t do cookie cutter treatments, he makes sure it is perfect for your needs. I am and have always been impressed with him! If you are looking for the best out there, he is legitimately it.

I just had an annual skin cancer check at Contour Dermatology today, which was long overdue. I never write reviews, but was compelled to do so after my experience. I saw Lindsey Smith and I felt like she was taking care of me like she would one of her own family members. I ended up asking a million questions and she never once acted annoyed or rushed through an answer. She went out of her way to get to know me and my lifestyle to help me select the best course of action. The care I received was unparalleled. That was the most important part to me, but the entire office checked all of the boxes too. The office was pristine and beyond clean (stunning too), the team at the front were kind and helpful, there was ample parking, its located in a convenient location, AND they scheduled my appointment in less than 24 hours of of me calling - not 3 months. I cant say enough good things about this place and I am truly glad I scheduled that appointment. Much needed preventative care and great advice was received. Thank you!!

On a personal minor note, I love how they don’t have a tip option on your bill like other places I have gone to for cosmetic procedures. I scheduled an appointment for botox and to have the skin on my face looked at. I saw PA Shawn Gibbs and he was very personable and professional. He explained to me the different looks of botox and i appreciated that. I have been elsewhere for botox and didn’t have it explained to me in a way that Shawn explained it. He prescribed me some topical cream for my face as well. Jen, the nurses assistant was also helpful and kind. Thank you for a great experience, Contour Dermatology! I will definitely be back!
